For what projects/services did your company hire HELPY Media, and what were your goals?
I wanted to produce Moutain Biking related content, be it videos, social media marketing and brand awareness.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I was refered to Helpy Media via an existing client , made contact and really liked how they were willing to help, had creative ideas and a professional approach technically and delay wise.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
The first of 12 videos was shot at a ski resort that also doubles as a mountain bike park. They wanted promotion for their new bike park and I wanted to create attraction for them as much as for my project ,so this was a perfect first project.
We started with the introduction at the base of the site, then moved on to shoot action shots of bike riders, and Helpy Media was very creative in the process, brought some great ideas for these shots, while letting me assist with my own vision and shot locations and sequences. The editing process was quick and the final results were stunning.
The next 11 videos were just as much fun to create .
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
I worked with Louis. He is a true artist and not only his creativity but his technical abilities really put him at the top of my videast collaborators. Any detail I needed to change or adapt to my own vision was executed flawlessly.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The first video was seen by over 56000 people and attracted 4 times more visitors on the inaugural day than what the park owners were expecting.
The series of videos we published after that were seen by 15-25000 people and really had the impact I wanted for my project, given that they were in french, they reached way more viewers than I had expected.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Timeliness is impeccable, always faster than expected, with amazing visuals and audio, beyond my expectations on all levels.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The ability to create very appropriate visuals no matter the subject, the friendliness of the team, the constant updates and request for reviews. Their flexibility and respect for the project's vision were impressive.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Since they went beyond my expectations and beyond my own creativity for my vision, it is difficult for me to find negative points.

I measure the project's success based on how effectively they've helped me. HELPY Media has quickly set up my accounts and managed them very professionally. In the last year, I've gotten more leads through Facebook, which has never happened before.
I'm not very knowledgeable about social media, but HELPY Media explains things in a thorough and straightforward manner that is easy for me to understand.

I’m the VP and CEO of iFeelVirtuel, a VR video production company in Montreal, Canada.
What challenge were you trying to address with HELPY Media?
We called in HELPY because we needed help on a project we were completing for a client. We handled the VR content, but we needed another video production team to film everything in HD and produce a few videos for social media.
What was the scope of their involvement?
HELPY assists with our video production. They take charge of everything from sourcing equipment, setting a timeline, set direction, and editing and audio mixing. They generally film one-hour videos using their video equipment.
HELPY also handles captioning and rendering for our clients.
