We were trying to figure out how to utilize the data that we knew was "out there" to reach high level prospects. We really didnt know exactly *what* we were looking for, other than we wanted to generate more leads with minimal effort on our part.

We found a few companies that seemed like they had the knowledge base to create and implement a plan for a cold email campaign. After interviewing, Before Hello's enthusiasm, professionalism and confidence in their level of performance and ability to deliver results was clear.

During initial meetings Before Hello took the time to really understand our business, what we are selling, who our target audience is and what the natural flow of conversation with a sales prospect sounds like. They first created a high quality database of qualified prospects in a very niche market. They then meticulously reviewed typical emails we would send and then based on that drafted a sequence of cold emails to the point of setting the appointment.
To engage the prospect, there was an amazing level of personalization to the emails (not just their name/ company)- prospects assumed I had spent time researching them specifically and were very responsive to emails. Everything was set up in a CRM and the process was seamless.

I worked directly with Oleksandr. He has a team supporting him behind the scenes.

I cannot say enough about Before Hello. We have had to pause the campaign several times because we simply cannot keep up with the leads their work is generating. They have exceeded our expectations and delivered more than promised.

We have at least weekly meetings with Oleksandr, sometimes twice a week if needed. He is always on time and prepared. All work has met or exceeded promised deadlines. We have regular communication via online chat and responses are always timely. As we brought on a new sales person Oleksandr trained him on our system and patiently answered all of our questions. We feel very much like Oleksandr and Before Hello are truly a seamless part of our team.
