data.informed.creative
We believe in beautiful work, but more importantly in effective work. Creative for creative’s sake is, after all, a waste of your media spend.
That’s why we use data and insights to inform every step of our process. While other agencies believe in a creative- or media-first approach, we believe that creative and media cannot successfully exist without an equal balance of each other. Breaking down these silos is what allows us to build up branded content and campaigns that work hardest for you.
Part creative agency. Part media agency. 100% backed by data.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I oversee the development, community relations, and prevention education of Willow Domestic Violence Center. Our mission is to prevent domestic violence and ensure every survivor has access to the services and support needed along the journey to a safe and empowered life. Our services include a 24/7 hotline, emergency shelter, court accompaniment, counseling, and prevention education.

What were your goals for this project?
Our goal is to raise awareness about the frequency of domestic abuse and the many forms it can take. We also seek to increase support for survivors by advertising our events to the community. Most importantly, we wanted to make sure that survivors and their loved ones know that they have a place of support to turn to in a crisis, and that we are here for them 24/7.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Helen & Gertrude developed our social media calendar and strategy. They created content for our social media accounts for Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month last February. We had a modest budget to help them boost posts and attract attention to our platforms and services.
What was the team composition?

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
With their help, we were able to reach the majority of teens in the Rochester, New York area via social media. The engagement results were positive.
