Bruk-Bet® Solar is part of BRUK-BET, which operates in the construction industry for over 36 years. As the market leader, we continually set innovative standards that allow us to increase the life quality of our customers.

An obvious step in the strategy of the Bruk-Bet® group was to focus our efforts on the renewable energy sector. They contribute to improvement of the energy efficiency of households, industrial facilities and public utilities, and at the same time they reduce the extraction of fossil fuels.

For what projects/services did your company hire hauerpower?

We cooperated with Hauerpower company for several months on several projects. The main project was to redesign our old website and also design and implement new website for our other company Bruk-Bet PV.

Above all, Hauerpower's team worked with both ux design and website analisys. They created new content and structure and did the new responsive design.

Hauerpower work included full website implementation, presentation layer (front end) and the data access layer (back end), moving some content and also adjust and build new SEO.

We wanted to create a website that is user-friendly, effective and appealing.

We selected Hauerpower because they are a local company with extensive experience in ux design and analitycs.

At the beginning, we had several meetings to define our expectations and prepare a wiframes and mock-ups that enabled sharing the best project execution.

We have had the pleasure of working with CEO, ux designer and webdeveloper.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within two months of completing the project, we recorded a significant increase in website traffic. The website has become user-friendly and transparent.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

All members of the team were communicative and we had no problems in contact.

All members have good communication skills and work experience. They provide knowledge in an accessible way so all processes are understandable to the employer.

For what projects/services did your company hire hauerpower, and what were your goals?

We worked closely in tying in a redesign of our Logo and Website with the changes we were making in our overall marketing strategy. The school had grown rapidly, and its public image did not reflect its high quality or progressive educational ideals.

We vetted various Polish and international companies and after reviewing their work and meeting with their team decided they had the expertise and creativity we were looking for while allowing us to support a local company.

Multiple meetings on the existing image and website complimented by discussions of our true nature, mission, vision, and educational paradigm including a site visit and meetings with some of our stakeholders and employees.

Multiple proposals regarding logo and image preceding the website design. In detail revision of information, presentation and functionality needs until a clear Website Map could be understood and agreed upon.

Technical and design meetings to clear up details. Follow up by the company to sort out minor issues and design changes following on the "closing" of our main work together.

Our site has been well received and we have seen and increase in traffic. The final "image" design with logo, business cards, letterhead, etc. remains in place and we are finding it to be very flexible in terms of applications to various media (which was among our primary goals)

A lot of back and forth as we worked out details. Good independent work technically. Timelines were well maintained.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very open to changes. We had some very specific ideas we wanted in place and worked closely in getting things "just right"

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The final product was well done and met all of our expectations ... until we wanted to make changes later. The back end of the platform was not intuitive for the programmers and web designers we work with and some of the functionality has been difficult to pinpoint.

Hauerpower is the company that we hired to design our real estate website. We worked at two project - krowodrzafort.pl and matejek.pl.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to make user friendly website for our customers that they could freely surf on our site to look up the apartment they search for. We expected clean and simple web design that the customers were able to learn the interface quickly.

I was searching for company near our headquarter. I found the Hauerpower - they attracted my attention because of simple projects they made (of course I'd visited theirs website).

We needed to built apartments searching tool for. Than, we wanted to make sure that our customers will be able to use our 3D searching tool - they made it very simple. We decided to place little description of our investment, photos, visualizations, some tabs and searching tool for phrases. We had to place every 3D visualizations and local's card on website to show every single apartment that we have for sale. We also decided to place contact form - to make contact with us simpler.

We worked at our site with three persons, the CEO, web developer, web designer. From our company - it was me (Marketing Specialist) and the Director of Sales.

We could use the website very fast. The Hauerpower company developed simple interface, very user friendly in very short time. Our customers doesn't have any problems surfing our website.

The workflow was nice and easy. First of all we meet at my office to built brief. Than they send to us graphic projects and mockup. We chose the finest. There were no problems with contacts - email or on the phone

I am the Marketing Manager at Infolet, a software company based in Kraków, Poland. Our company has over 70 employees, and we are growing. Our clients are companies from Poland as well as from Europe.

We hired Hauerpower for redesigning our old website. Our previous website was created five years ago and was basically out of date. What is more, we were unable to update it and wasn’t responsive. The scope of the project was to UX design, front-end and back-end development as well as full implementation of the website.

The main goal was to build new, fully responsive, easy to update and searchable website. We wanted to increase traffic and conversion on our website. As an outcome, we wanted to increase our sell.

My team was looking for a web agency on the Internet that has experience building optimized websites, that are user experience friendly. Secondly, we were looking for an agency that works on google analytics and build SEO friendly websites. Last but not least, we wanted to find a company based in our city. In the beginning, we had three meetings with the vendor to discuss our goals and needs. Within two weeks, we received mockups of the homepage. After some discussions, we agreed on the final version and decided what the rest of the page should look like.

The work on the project has progressed smoothly. The supplier showed us mockups and prototypes of subsequent subpages. After the acceptance of the next subpages, front-end and back-end development began.

After implementing the new website we see a significant increase in traffic from organic search and conversion. Website is fully responsive and looks the same way on all devices (phones, desktops and tablets). What is more, the website now is far more editable, and it is easy to update content or add another subpage, as our services develop all the time.

The communication was smooth and uncomplicated with all team members. We usually communicated by phones and emails. We were also working with mockup comments system.

I am the CEO of HAE Poland (called Swelling Beautifully Association), the non-profit patient advocacy organization focus on increasing awareness of ultra rare and potentially life-threatened disease Hereditary Angioedema. We produce films that are both CGI and live films. I am the creative director and founder of the company.

We designed our website in our studio, and we wanted hauerpower studio to build it with their expertise.

We designed the website in Photoshop and we asked them to create it. hauerpower studio built it, ran it, and put it online. They built it on WordPress.

What is the status of this engagement?

We had the initial exchange of emails in January 2020, and we went live in June 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When the website went live for the first time, we realized that we wanted to implement some changes, but the changes were based on our learning experience. Now it’s just perfect. Everyone loves and admires the website, especially now that we’ve introduced some really nice things. 

How did hauerpower studio perform from a project management standpoint?

It was a particular process because we brought the design, but, as I mentioned,  we were not fully aware of how the website would look when it was live. It is two different things to have a Photoshop design and a website that moves and changes. 

hauerpower studio was very patient, and I have to emphasize that. There were many changes that were introduced without any extra costs. We were very happy, and they were very professional and quick.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team was patient, which was important in developing the website step by step into perfection. I assume that some companies wouldn’t have that same patience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing comes to mind right away. If anything, at the end of the process, the implementation of small changes took more time. We did ask a lot, so I think it was natural.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You have to know where you are going because this will speed up the process. In our case, we had a vision but there were still several things to correct, which extended the process. You need to have defined aims, and hauerpower studio will realize those very quickly.
