Abdul and the Hashlogics team were responsible to burning through about 50-60 bugs for both the web app and mobile app. Those bugs were part of stabilizing the platform. They were tasked to work with our existing developers. They did an amazing job. We experienced an internal change at Maidily and we were in dire need of good developers to not only support the platform but work on burning through existing bugs. Abdul and the Hashlogic’s team ended up being the perfect fit! 

They came in, quickly understood the back end, got set up and got to work! Their communication was above and beyond (joining stand ups, communicating on Slack). They are highly technical with great work ethic.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Hashlogic team were working in our ClickUp account, that's were we track all bugs. They burned through every bug assigned to them. For bugs that needed more detail we got Zoom calls and discussed details - they were always available.

Project management was easy - they were organized on their end. They communicated directly on the task in ClickUp and also were part of our Slack channels where communication was easy and fluid. They were incredibly responsive. Real time. They did deliver everything on time, if there was a bug that needed more time than estimated we were notified ahead of time with the reasons as to why.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Real time communication, ability to tackle complex code, adaptability (communicating in Slack, on stand-up calls, and on ClickUp), and dependability. I can't recommend them enough.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hashlogics could have done differently?

I wouldn't say much other than making sure that on Zoom meetings they are in a noise free environment with microphones set up so its really easy to hear and understand whats being said.

However, this is a minor point and did not significantly impact the overall success of our collaboration. As they convert my idea into real life.

What is impressive is their attention to detail around accounting for different edge cases and putting themselves as users of the product to deliver the best experience for the customer. It is always a bit nerve-racking to entrust development to a team located on the other side of the globe, but our decision to work with Hashlogics has really paid off. They have consistently exceeded expectations and displayed an extraordinary ability to understand and navigate the intricate nuances of our project. 
They have a problem-solving mindset, analytical skills, and deep technical knowledge. This enabled them to swiftly untangle complex issues that have stumped others. Communication has also been very good, with their team always being just a message away. 
Specifically, they've fixed several complex devops issues that were preventing our hibernated platform from being relaunched, improved and significantly added to our frontend offering, launched our mobile app for travelers, integrated 3rd party suppliers via API, created a backend-to-front API that is transforming how our users interact with our travel offerings, and significantly improved our trip building algorithms. 
They have a very broad set of skills, meaning we have not yet discovered an issue or project that they cannot tackle effectively. We are counting on them as our long-term partners for the future.

Relaunch of our mobile app. Significant revision and improvement of both. Success is demonstrated through increased sales and consistent 5-star ratings on Trustpilot.

They have consistently cooperated with us on ClickUp to manage the project in an orderly fashion, and have been very adaptive to frequently changing requirements. They are willing to invest the time in meetings and in conversations to gain a full understanding of our requirements and have promptly implemented changes whenever necessary. They have devoted the resources of their top developers and managers to make sure the work is done efficiently.
