NHS Digital Exchange
Working with Blue Prism Cloud, we designed and produced this animation.
The NHS digital exchange allows NHS organisations nationwide to implement automations that give thousands of hours back to front line staff. Enabling NHS workers to improve patient experience rather than concentrating on back-office tasks.

Local Government
Working with Blue Prism Cloud, we produced an animation showcasing how AI cloud-based digital workers can free valuable time and money for front-line staff. Giving back the highest ROI to citizens.

Interview Video Testimonial - Wingmans
We interviewed Matteo of Wingmans, on behalf of Deliverect, and produced a 90-second case study video.

Talking Head Interview Video Production - Tonkotsu
We spoke to Emma, the owner of Tonkostu restaurants in London, to ask how Deliverect had impacted how she runs the business.

Interview Video - Deliverect/Maize Blaze
A talking head interview video, produced for Deliverect. We interviewed Ruth, the owner of Maize Blaze restaurants in London, and asked her about the software integrations she has to help her reach more customers with delivery.

Hotel Experiences Animation
Six Star Cast allows in-house hotel guests to control their experiences with app-controlled casting solutions.
We designed and produced this animation for Six Star Global who use the video to show hotel General Managers how easy Cast is and how this improves guest experiences.

Particle Animation
An animation we created that allows harris&wilde to show how our video strategy system integrates into a client marketing mix to increase leads.

Interview Testimonial - Deliverect/Roosters Piri Piri
A 90-second talking head interview video, produced for Deliverect.

Hotel Display Optimisation
Six Star Display is a hospitality product that allows hotels to optimise unused and inefficient display monitors. This animation shows how hotels can create a uniform brand throughout the hotel and improve hotel guest experiences throughout the entire premises.

Rebrand for Roka Construction
A complete rebrand for fit-out specialists in a period of growth.
We presented three different brand styles to Roka Construction. Each rebrand had different elements from logo design, font style, iconography, colour palette and online/offline style.
Working closely with the senior leadership team at Roka we gathered intelligence and feedback based on the brand designs. At this stage we are at our most creative, testing and iterating the new face for the brand.
We are now in the process of developing the brand further and have designed website visuals that are currently at the build stage.

Six Star Global Product Animation
Harris and Wilde were tasked with creating 25 product animations for global IT company SixStar.
Six Star Meet is a conferencing platform powered by Zoom used by hotels in meeting rooms. It was our task to showcase the product use cases whilst positioning it as 'the solution' to previous conferencing issues experienced by most General Manager's of hotels.
The design needed to be bright and colourful with lots of detail and smooth and quick transitions. SixStar recognise that they have 15-30 seconds to capture the attention of the buyer and we have achieved this by telling a story rather than listing the product benefits.

Cocktail branding
We created a new look brand for Cocktail IQ. Logo design, logo animation and asset branding.

Propel Digital Branding
We created a fresh brand for Propel Digital including logo design and asset design.

Brand film for Teatulia
Teatulia is a tea bar in the heart of Covent Garden serving loose leaf tea in the day and tea cocktails in the evening. The brand film had to show the variety of daytime and nighttime offering to customers.
Using a series of closeup shots and slow motion effects we were able to portray the different styles of drinks made at the bar whilst capturing the energy of its people.
Working closely with the senior leadership team at Teatulia we were able to storyboard the 60 second video throughly that enabled our videographer and creative director to shoot on-location in one day and then move the raw files into post-production.

Animation for a leading insurance company
We storyboarded the journey of a single customer online who transacted and activated the new insurance policy. We used an illustrative style as we did not want to distract the viewer with hectic scenery and character movement.
The design adhered to the SPB style guide and was consistent throughout the video. SPB wanted to use a video to showcase the new offering instead of static presentations and text to help the target audience picture how it integrates.
The video is not in the public domain.

Pay-Per-Click Advertising
Campaign Results
71.64% Increase in goal completion rates
35.47% Increase in paid search conversions
12.18% Increase in organic search conversions
Campaign Outline
Protem apartments, a London serviced apartment operator, were looking to grow nationally expanding the apartment agency into cities outside of London such as Milton Keynes, Liverpool and Bristol.
The campaign success was defined early as contact-form submissions and phone call enquiries through pay-per-click campaigns and display retargeting.
The campaign was run from January through to the end of August and a total of 299 leads were generated.
A Birmingham location campaign resulted in Protem Apartments acquiring new client, The Labour Party, and arranged all Labour Party accommodation requirements in the city of Birmingham.

For what projects/services did your company hire harris&wilde?
We wanted to bring to life in a very simple and easy to understand way how organisations in the NHS and local authorities are using Blue Prism's Digital Workforce to help transform the way they provide services and how they manage increasingly high volumes of demand.
What were your goals for this project?
Key to us was making the concept and impact of a digital workforce each to understand for any leader in the public sector. We wanted to make sure it was simple enough for people outside the IT and automation team functions to understand. We also wanted to communicate the huge opportunity for public sector organisations to use our platform to share their innovation and thinking with their peers.
How did you select this vendor?
The team approached us and showed us some examples of previous work that we very much liked. When we spoke with them at a meeting it was clear that they had a fresh approach approach, were clear thinking and also incredibly enthusiastic about supporting us with some very tight deadlines.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
We ran through the overall concept of the project with the team. We then worked iteratively on a written narrative for the flow of the video. Jake turned this into a strong storyboard visually and cut down the words in the narrative to have a real impact. Once this was agreed, the team moved forwards to creating the full animation together with a test voice over. Once we had ironed out a little feedback on this we selected a professional voice over artist based on Jake's suggestions and went ahead on getting the final voiceover version completed.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
The team at Harris and Wilde are great to work with. Not only do they turn around material quickly but they listen carefully so that the ideas they put forward really hit the mark first time round. When it came to the iterations and tweaks they were fast and enthusiastic about getting the final video delivered.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We've been able to use the material for one on one meetings as well as at events and our website. Importantly some of our clients also share the videos with their colleagues to help explain the bigger picture around how they are working with Blue Prism. We get a really positive response from the people who have viewed these introductions. I'm thrilled with the results.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The team is incredibly response. We love working with them. They listen to feedback and help interpret that into an improvement that really works for everyone. Alongside this they continue to provide fresh thinking into how we illustrate the points we are trying to make.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They are good storytellers and they helped us step back and simplify what could be a too technical and too confusing list of benefits and features. They came up with a very approachable look and feel which was also a real asset to us.
Are there any areas for improvement?
With every project we always want to push the bar even higher. That means on both sides we have to build on success and not just repeat what worked last time. Harris and Wilde I know are up for that - but it's definitely key to have them keep pushing us (the client) as well as themselves to think beyond a 'step and repeat' approach.

Branding Video Production for Hospitality Tech Company
"They let me know what’s possible, and I trust their experience."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
Six Star Global is a hospitality IT technology band. I head up the marketing, design, and brand side of the company.
What challenge were you trying to address with harris&wilde?
We didn’t have anything to push our brand forward as an authority in IT and hospitality when I came on. So, I decided to strengthen our brand name and image. There was a lot to be desired when it came to pushing ourselves to where we needed to be. I needed help with explainer videos since we have a lot of technical information. The videos were to engage people on social platforms, as well as our current existing customers. We were also hoping to drive traffic.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ll be working with them across the 30 products that we sell. They’ve made three amazing videos to date for our primary products.
We just asked them to do a video explaining who we are as a company. The videos are for every purpose: internal, external, new customers, returning customers. We just want to build our brand into a 21st-century brand to attract a following.
What is the team composition?
I work with Jack (Creative Director, harris&wilde) and Jake (Director, harris&wilde). They outsource some things as well.
How did you come to work with harris&wilde?
They messaged me on LinkedIn, initially. When we thought about doing videos a few weeks later, we went to a lot of London-based video production agencies and they asked for more money than we had to throw at it. Jake came back with amazing showreel and incredibly reasonable pricing. We take our social responsibility as a small business seriously, so we wanted to work with a small business.
How much have you invested with them?
It’s an ongoing cost, but we’ve spent around $5,000–$6,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve worked together since September 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Internally, it’s been fantastic. It’s pushed a new design language forward for every department. Currently, we have plans to meet some hotel general managers that we’re friends with to get their feedback.
How did harris&wilde perform from a project management standpoint?
We actually meet in-person once or twice a month. Other than that, we communicate over email. It really depends on long and intense each video is. We don’t use any task managers though, nothing too technical like that.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I love how personable they are. I get along so well with both Jack and Jake. It’s so easy to bounce an idea off them. I’m big on honesty when it comes to design, and they’re able to tell me if something is a terrible idea. They let me know what’s possible, and I trust their experience.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’ve had such a positive experience with them that I can’t honestly say. I haven’t had any troubles or issues. If anything, I’ve had trouble replying to them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Definitely meet them in person. Their personality has strengthened the bond between our two companies. Doing it over email or a program is fine, but meeting them in-person helps start that creative spark.
