We had tried e-commerce to our dealer network using Microsoft Dynamics, unsuccessfully. Working with Harris, we were able to explore other options. Harris was tasked with getting all 8 of our companies online and allowing our dealers to order when they can and not just during working hours. They were also tasked with a useful and engaging design for the sites.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to have 95% of our dealers utilizing the e-commerce site. Harris provided an easy way for our contractors to get what they want, have the dealers special pricing on the site and have it work with our culture and Customer Service and Shipping departments.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Having worked with harris for over 5 years, we have yet to run into any issues of not meeting deadlines. The communication is spot on and we meet weekly to review any outstanding issues. Their project management is far better than most of the outside vendors we work with.

The culture. The team is so easy to work with. They never get flustered. Even in the most difficult times, Harris Web Works has been a great resource for us.

Harris Web Works maintains our two e-commerce websites on an ongoing basis. Additionally, they have provided web design services, SEO optimization services, google ads and other digital marketing strategies, API implementation, and much more over our years of working together.

Our e-commerce sales have continued to grow steadily since we started working with HWW and our google search rankings have measurably improved as well.

Our project manager Amanda always communicates clearly and effectively about all steps in each project's process. HWW has always met all deliverables on time and communicates early if any schedule challenges occur.
