Website for Mesg.ai launch
We created a new website alongside the new brand for Mesg.ai to generate leads and add users to their waiting list.
We collaborated with their in house developers to get this built.

New website for Teaching HOW2s
"The HOW2 platform serves a complex and diverse market. No two implementations work in quite the same way. We needed a website that would capture and clarify the benefits of the HOW2 proposition without losing sight of the depth and breadth of the platform. Hancock and Rowe wrapped their heads around the app very quickly and offered both business and design-based expertise to come up with creative and impactful solutions - every step of the way. Working with Hancock and Rowe could not have been easier."
Ian Harris, CEO, HOW2
- A new website to show the true opportunity of the HOW2 platform
- Reduced lead times by qualifying and educating buyers ahead of making contact
- Using the Saas framework to sell human services
- Providing supporting steps for future leads

Sales Writing Assistant for Gmail
"We were over the moon to be chosen as the design partner for Mesg.ai's new venture into sales tech. We were quickly bought up to speed to make sure we could properly utilise our UX expertise and support them in bringing their new product vision to life. The collaboration and conversation was so open that we were able to complete the project in record time"
Jason Hancock, UX Director, Hancock and Rowe
- Improving emails directly in your mail client using best practice data
- Adding value from day 1 using multiple tools in a single application
- A brand that can stand out in a crowded market
- Helped turn contacts warm

Motherboard Dashboard and buying assistant
"It was really exciting to receive the call from Asad and be invited into their team to work on an exciting new product offering developed with such clear direction of who they were helping. Being part of a product design for something that you yourself can use and extract value is always a great way to achieve the right outcome."
Jason Hancock, UX Director, Hancock and Rowe
- A new way to buy technology based on usage rather than technical specifications
- 3 step process to create staff bundles
- Asset management and purchasing in a single dashboard

New onboarding journey for Trouva
"Our Boutique platform is a complex platform that can take time to understand. Jason came in and picked up on things immediately. His comprehension was incredible and was visible in conversations and meetings. He took our Boutique platform from something barebones to something that was thoughtful and intentional. "
Farhana Ali, User Experience Lead Trouva
- Reduced onboarding time from 3 weeks to 20 minutes
- A new process owned by Trouva, no longer dependent on third party applications
- Digitising a contract signing process to speed up agreements
- Invited to consider other areas of the platform to excite consumers

Audit platform for property managers
"Working on an industry first is always hard to turn down. Especially when it is looking to qualify safety for people staying in new cities around the world. The challenges of the MYSA audit platform was going to be keeping users on task through long but worth while audits across multiple devices. Inspired by kanban we designed a solution which always kept the path and goal visible at all stages."
Jason Hancock, UX Director, Hancock and Rowe
- Encourage audit completion across multiple devices through Kanban
- Interfaces that change but keep familiarity
- Keeping the goal visible at all stages

What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with one web developer and one graphic designer from their team.
How did you come to work with Hancock and Rowe?

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of Pulling Together Kent. We make scrub bags for all care workers.
What challenge were you trying to address with Hancock and Rowe?
We originally engaged them because we needed a logo.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Hancock and Rowe created a logo to be used on the back of the bags, as well as for Facebook and a URL image. They also designed and developed a website, completely from scratch, and provided all of the content for us. For the distribution of the bags, they made certificates so that we could give one to everybody who helped in making the bags.
What is the team composition?
We worked with two people.
How did you come to work with Hancock and Rowe?
One of the volunteers recommended them and we invited them because of how big our group was. They became part of the team and involved in the project.
How much have you invested with them?
Hancock and Rowe actually didn’t make a profit off of this. They just volunteered to help.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in May 2020 and wrapped up that September.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
All of the work they did was absolutely spot on. A lot of our elderly users found the site a lot simpler than trying to scroll through Facebook. Also, some of the comments from the staff were also positive and they found it easy as well. We were able to arrange a courier that came from across the UK. Because of Hancock and Rowe’s work, people knew that we were there for them.
How did Hancock and Rowe perform from a project management standpoint?
They performed fantastically. There were no missteps or misinformation of any kind. If they needed something, they asked and we gave it to them. That’s why they came to our monthly meetings; so they could be apart of it and know what was going on. Then, they were able to figure out what the best next steps were. They’re brilliant.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Hancock and Rowe were amazing. They were at the meetings to listen to what we needed and they acted on it for the good of the community. They were involved rather than just sitting on the surface, waiting for information to come to them. I think they worked really hard and served their community flawlessly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don’t think there are.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Allow them to come on board and actually talk to them. Communication is key; you need to make sure that you’re allowing them to have good discussions with you because that’s the only way they’ll ever know what you need.
Thanks to Hancock and Rowe's development and design efforts, the newly launched website has secured positive feedback from the supplier’s customers. They exhibit attentiveness and ample experience in meeting the objectives of their client. Overall, they're a results-driven, reliable team.
