We hired Hallwil to design a responsive website and a graphic design (logo, graphic materials) for our company.

Hallwil was recommended to us by one of our partners.

The deliverables were: A logo design, a graphic brand book with style guides, a prototype of the new website and a fully functioning website.

We worked with a project manager, a graphic designer, a web developer and an account manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All the communication was clear, the updates with regards to the project status were communicated every week and we were happy with the outcome. The team did not need too much input, they knew exactly what we needed and have executed it.

The project statuses were communicated frequently, we knew exactly what was happening, and when the outcome is going to be delivered.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As I said, they did not need a lot of our effort to deliver the results that we were expecting, and in my opinion, that is exactly how it should be when you are hiring professionals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None. We are satisfied with the project and the outcome.

Co-founder of popular science media Kunsht (https://kunsht.com.ua). Kunsht creates podcasts, programs about science and tech on festivals, projects dedicated to science and tech popularization.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hallwil, and what were your goals?

Together with Goethe Institut in Ukraine and Tactical Tech (Berlin), our goal was to create online and offline exhibition Data CTRL Centre. The main purpose of the exhibition - to inspire visitors to regain control over their data, cybersecurity and newsfeed. For that purpose, we had to create interactive games, tests and quizzes and we hired Hallwil to accomplish that.

How did you select Hallwil and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Hallwil because of the recommendation of our friends. Deciding factors were references, price, quality, and the ability to meet the deadlines.

We worked with one person, who is the founder and team lead from Hallwil.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were very satisfied with the outcome of the work by Hallwil, they were ready to fix some bugs that occurred along the way and were providing constant support. The 9 games turned out to be the favorites of visitors of the exhibition.

We were very impressed by the ability of Hallwil to meet the deadlines. It is very rare on the market that it was not necessary to follow-up Hallwill team constantly, because they provided the work often even before the deadline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their deep interest and involvement with the project. They were very much result-oriented and were not just blindly following our technical requirements but suggesting better solutions, which made the games better in the end.

No, actually we are very satisfied

My name is Daria, I am a co-founder at Eventator. We are a sport-tech startup with a big idea of connecting non-professional athletes with events across the world.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hallwil, and what were your goals?

We have hired Hallwil for developing an MVP of our product. They took over the full development cycle from setting-up and managing our servers to developing and deploying our web-based platform

How did you select Hallwil and what were the deciding factors?

I have worked with Hallwil in the past when I was working as a Marketing Manager at another company.

We have worked with Hallwil ppl from real 0 to 1.

They helped to write a full documentation for the project before the start as we needed this for our investors. We have started with setting-up of the server/hosting for the project and a holding page that was in place before we launched an MVP.

We have a UI designer in the team, so the design part was on our side. We have provided the mock-up and guys have started working on the front-end.

Right now we have a fully working MVP that includes the front end, the back and the admin panel for managing the system.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have communicated with a project manager, a DevOps, a Front-end guy, but there was also a back-end programmer and a tester.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are planning to continue our work with the team, Hallwil is delivering great results that allow us to focus on business development rather than solving technical issues.

They are taking care of all the processes associated with the management of the development team.

We were using Trello internally and guys have integrated their processes into our current workflow, which again helped to avoid spending time on extra communication tools.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were speaking the same language, they were transforming our requests into solutions, without making it more difficult and technical for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of what they should be doing differently. We are happy with the process, the communication, and the results delivered by the team.

I am working as a project manager for Art Torg S.R.O, a Czech company, located in Prague. We specialize in art trading and provide a full range of services in Buying, Selling and Evaluating art pieces.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hallwil, and what were your goals?

We have hired Hallwil for re-designing our website. We had an outdated website that was not working for us. We needed a new web design and an easy-to-update CMS system, so that we could maintain the content of the website internally.

How did you select Hallwil and what were the deciding factors?

Hallwil have developed a website for one of the companies that we work with, we received a very positive feedback about them and have decided to select them for this project.

The deliverables were: Prototype of the new website, a new UI and a fully deployed website. The website was developed using WordPress, in which we had some experience before, so it is super easy for us to maintain the content.

We have worked with a project manager, a UX/UI designer and a Web Developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were happy with the process, all the statuses of the project were communicated clearly and in a timely manner, the team was professional and passionate about delivering the results.

We have worked in weekly sprints and Trello was used for managing the development process. Project management was always there for us and all the deliverables were submitted on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have worked with several development agencies before, but we never had such involvement from the team. This project was relatively small, yet the got a great involvement from all the team members.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were happy with the way things were working and I can’t really say what they could do better. I would definitely give them our next project we have.
