For what projects/services did your company hire GTM Plus, and what were your goals?

We hired GTM Plus for development of a platform that helps to manage and collect machine data. Our goal is to create a progressive web application that works on the tablet inside the machine and transfer all data directly to the cloud so the backoffice can work with it.

How did you select GTM Plus and what were the deciding factors?

I met the CEO of GTM Plus at WebSummit in 2019, where I was presenting my startup. We talked about software development and I shared the ideas of projects I’m working on.

After that, the CEO of GTM Plus told me about her company and we decided to stay in touch because we saw that potentially we can build cooperation in the future. After 6 months I reached out to GTM Plus because I needed the software development services for my new projects. As a result, we started to work together.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

I started with the design and concept development phase. This step of the project took me almost 3 months, and after that, we moved forward to the development phase where we hired GTM Plus. First of all, everything started with the meeting with the CEO of GTM Plus.

We discussed our needs and what the company can offer us. Within one week from our first meeting, we started to work. What exactly did we do? GTM Plus integrated software developers into my existing team. GTM Plus provided us with 3 FrontEnd developers.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

As I mentioned before, GTM Plus provided us with 3 FrontEnd React Developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

GTM Plus provided us with really professional and experienced developers that took a lot of work from my shoulders. At the same time, they provided quality assurance services, so we could easily and quickly fix any bugs. The deliverables are going smoothly and the developers are meeting all deadlines.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

First of all, we are using Slack and Jira for communication and task tracking. It makes it really easy to see the process and results. At the same time, we have no problems with communication, because if I have any issues or questions, I can reach the Account Manager and she will solve everything within a really short time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

GTM Plus provides really great customer service and we were so impressed by it! Everything is going smoothly and fast. We had a case when on Thursday I wrote that I need a developer and on Friday we already had a job interview with him! The speed of the working process is really fantastic!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I really like how everything is going now, so I just want it to be like this in the future.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the chief product officer of a startup developing a multifunctional time tracker. It’s a smart system that allows employees to track their hours. On the other end, HR managers and business owners can track their employees’ hours and calculate payments.

What challenge were you trying to address with GTM Plus?

We needed development support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

GTM Plus developed native apps for iOS and Android. They also developed a web app using AngularJS on the frontend. All three apps offer the same functionalities. The design and concept came from our side, and they developed everything from start to finish.

What is the team composition?

Three people were working on this project from our side: myself, our CTO, and our CEO. From GTM Plus’s team, we had two frontend, two backend, and two mobile developers, as well as two testers and a scrum master.

How did you come to work with GTM Plus?

My colleague searched for IT companies on Google and found GTM Plus. We had a few interviews with them and liked how they worked and what their experience was, so we decided to work with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from November 2017–August 2018. We have other projects coming up, and I think we’ll work with them again.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They were the best solution for us. They gave us the greatest product in the shortest amount of time and with the best price. We’re very happy to have worked with them.

The apps are working fine, and we’re happy with the solutions we got from GTM Plus. The testers on their side tested everything, after which they showed us a demo. We had some small issues with the text, but that was more due to us. We didn’t encounter any bugs on the apps.

How did GTM Plus perform from a project management standpoint?

We used Jira to track the process, and we also used Skype and email. They gave us very good estimates, and our cost was the same as what they told us it would be.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a very good company. The quality of the application was high.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’re very satisfied. I can’t think of anything.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I’d recommend them to clients who want the best quality code. GTM Plus has a good management team, and it’s easy to connect with them for any questions. The organization and the development costs are very good.

I’m a product manager for a technology company building innovative digital products. We’re based in Ukraine.

What challenge were you trying to address with GTM Plus?

We were searching for a new vendor to build a cloud platform to enhance one of our existing products.

What was the scope of their involvement?

GTM Plus developed our platform using PHP and AngularJS, and they integrated PostgreSQL and MySQL databases. They also developed mobile apps for Android and iOS.

What is the team composition?

In the beginning, we worked with a tester and two backend and two frontend developers. For the mobile development, we added one Android and one iOS developer. We’re now developing on a part-time basis and have a business analyst and a scrum master.

How did you come to work with GTM Plus?

I found them while searching on Google. We considered several companies for this project and chose GTM Plus based on their vast product development experience and staffing process.

How much have you invested with them?

My company has spent around $200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with GTM Plus in 2018, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve entrusted the whole project to them, which has enabled us to work on several products simultaneously. We were able to deliver more within a short timeframe. I’ve really enjoyed working with this company. They save us a lot of time.

How did GTM Plus perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication with them has been smooth and effective throughout the process. We have a scrum master as a point of contact, and we use tools like Slack, Jira, and email to stay in touch.

What did you find most impressive about them?

CTM Plus is really open to new ideas, even if they’re a little out there. They’re invested in our project and are more than willing to learn new technologies. They work really hard to solve urgent issues.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t.

I’m the CTO of a digital agency. We are a young startup in the advertising sector. We offer users solutions to help them stand out among their competitors.

What challenge were you trying to address with GTM Plus?

We needed someone to help us with web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

GTM Plus developed an advertising platform using PHP, Symfony, MySQL, Angular, and GraphQL.

What is the team composition?

There are three backend developers, three frontend developers, and one scrum master.

How did you come to work with GTM Plus?

A friend of mine suggested I take a look at them. GTM Plus proved to be more experienced in the advertising sector than anyone else we contacted. They also were able to start on short notice. It was a perfect solution for us.

We started working together in June 2018, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They helped us to speed up our product time to market. We’ve received 645 million views since it was launched. The number of users is still growing.

How did GTM Plus perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve communicated with us throughout the project. They’re able to follow every step via their Scrum master. We interact with the team regularly through Slack. They’re always available on Hangouts or Skype too.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I consider them a part of our team; they’re as passionate about our product as we are. Their knowledge of the market is impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t see any need for improvement.

What challenge were you trying to address with GTM Plus?

We were looking for a company to develop our idea.

What was the scope of their involvement?

GTM Plus was brought in for development, while the marketing part was handled on our side. The main platform was an Android application with a backend developed with Golang. The web admin panel was done on Symfony PHP.

What is the team composition?

GTM Plus assigned two backend developers, one Android developer, two UX/UI designers, and a scrum master to the project. We also worked with two QA engineers that performed automated and manual testing.

How did you come to work with GTM Plus?

One of our product owners received positive feedback regarding GTM Plus. We had some presentations from them. Their team has experience with startups and advertising. I believe our management approached several companies, but I’m not sure of the overall process.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with GTM Plus started in early July 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The MVP was ready in autumn 2018, but we’re still working with GTM Plus on additional features. From my perspective, communication was the best thing about them. It was easy to collaborate with the designers. Their management is excellent, delivering work right on schedule. The code quality is excellent, and the product is working smoothly.

How did GTM Plus perform from a project management standpoint?

The engagement was smooth throughout. We receive constant status reports that keep us on track. We used Slack and Skype when needed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We had a close collaboration with their specialists, and the communication with them was perfect. The team at GTM Plus was able to make suggestions based on their experience, going beyond providing development services.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I could think of. Everything went well.

I'm a CEO at tech recruitment and HR company.

For what projects/services did your company hire GTM Plus?

We hired GTM Plus to develop a website for my HR and recruitment agency. We were starting from scratch so we needed the full-cycle development.

What were your goals for this project?

Like I said, our goal was to create a website from scratch. Our goal was to make it easy, fast, and aesthetically pleasing. We needed to design the style and brand identity too.

How did you select this vendor?

We did like the pricing, as it was more attractive than 3 of the other final options that we were reviewing. We also liked the way they communicated with us and the questions they asked.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

GTM Plus joined us at the stage of conceptualizing. We needed a search engine friendly website where non-technical employees will be able to comfortably adding, changing and modifying content like blog articles, news and job openings.

We also had 2 main target user types: a job seeker and an employer. And we needed to make these two find what they needed in one click. Later, we also asked GTM Plus to develop a website for our Academy (education) as it was a new side-project of our agency.

What was the team composition?

1 WordPress Developer, 1 UX/UI designer, 1 Graphic Designer, 1 QA.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We started getting significantly more CVs from candidates which helped us operate faster with our clients. In this business, the speed of closing vacancies for clients is the key to retaining clients and getting more business.

Apart from that, we also started hearing more positive feedback from customers regarding the website experience. We started hearing that it's definitely memorable much more often. (I didn't calculate it though)

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

GTM Plus managed this project and always came up with solutions instead of problems. We used Slack, Google Meet and Jira for communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We did like the pricing, as it was more attractive than some of the other offers. We also liked the way they communicated with us and the questions they asked.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing in particular. It's hard to answer this question because we did get our website in time and it's just right.
