He doesn’t do project management; he translates the code. What I can say is that he does a good job communicating and sticking to a budget — he's always available and responsive. In terms of tools, we use Telegram.

Our restaurant has been operating for many years, and we decided to create a platform where users can order their favorite dish with home delivery. We hired these guys to create a website with a design and an admin panel from scratch.

Since I have known these guys for a long time and how they work, I decided to ask them to help us in the implementation of this project, being polite that they have highly qualified developers and product managers.

The manager described all the steps and introduced me to the designer, who periodically showed the layouts and coordinated the details with me. The team worked according to the Agile methodology, everything was detailed and understandable to all interested parties. A very competent manager who controlled the entire development process, analyzed the results and effectiveness.

The team works in a regulated manner. Every little thing has an argument and I really like it. We introduced communication in a telegram or in a slack. Every 2 weeks, they groom and drew up a plan for the next sprint, and also analyzed the effectiveness of the workflow.

We have worked with several companies. With all the positive experiences, everything was clear and they worked in a systematic and regulated manner. They created high-quality products that do not require additional resources for rework.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

All perfectly. Maybe the problem is, not everyone speaks English well. All key specialists (Team Leads and Managers) speak well. But not all developers know English well.
