In 1992, the first company of the Group was born - Carvalho Júnior Imóveis, for the purchase and sale of properties in Rio de Janeiro, especially those located in the south zone. Its headquarters in Copacabana created roots and the trademark of the charisma of the founder, Normando Martins de Carvalho Júnior. In 2002, Carvalho realized the growing need in the market for season rental. Thus, the second company of the Group - Carvalho Rent Rio Apartments - was founded in 2002. The interesting thing is that at this time the clients did not show great needs in the season rental, besides the necessary basic compound in an apartment. An interest the part they started to present was the services of receptive tourism in the wonderful city and surroundings. In this context, the third company, Tour in Rio - with the characteristic of a travel agency - was founded in 2004.
