Launching The Next Tinder
GrowthExpertz was hired to launch and scale the newest dating app from Tinder's parent company Match Group: Crown Dating and the rest was history.
We scaled the app for 9 months to over 30,000 daily users in Los Angeles before the company spun the app off into an existing product. An internal acquisition, successful!

How GrowthExpertz Grew GetEmails 900% in <90 days
Adam the founder of GetEmails was working on launching his second startup. He reached out to GrowthExpertz to help brand the company, strategize the launch and then execute each channel.
Within 3 months we had helped brand the company as GetEmails.com
Create the website and all social media with their team.
Launch PR, effectively getting the company in Forbes and other publications around the US.
Scaled their paid user acquisition and got their CPA down to ~$25 which enabled them to achieve 5X ROAS within their first 6 months as a business.
The company eventually exited for an undisclosed amount!

This Client Raised $10mm Pre-Product From Our Work
The company was founded by Data Scientists from leading Govt. agencies. Hence they knew nothing about Marketing. GrowthExpertz was hired pre-product to drive traction and meeting interest from enterprise clients.
We finalized the company's branding, message, online presence and then set about creating scalable leadgen strategies.
In our first 3 months we got their sales team meetings with Paypal, Netflix, Oracle, Hertz, Commonwealth of Virginia and several other huge leads.
They were able to sign LOIs with a few huge potential clients which lead to the company raising $10,000,000 for product development.
Here's the review from the CEO:
"I’m a data scientist. I hate Marketing, but I know it’s vital to my company’s success. The way GrowthExpertz was able to break it down to no-BS easy to execute steps that coincided with our product dev cycles, that truly make an impact and made fun. They're amazing at outreach and we wouldn't be where we are now without their help." - Charles Givre, Founder of DDR.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of an e-commerce company. We sell food, beverage, and other coffee accessories.
What challenge were you trying to address with GrowthExpertz?
We were looking for digital marketing strategies for our business.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I worked with GrowthExpertz for three months, and they helped me hone in on key strategies to grow our communication channels and get in front of people. We implemented PR, SEO campaigns, and social media marketing on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
What is the team composition?
We worked directly with Andrew (CEO) and an intern that he found for us.
How did you come to work with GrowthExpertz?
Andrew was giving a live seminar, and that’s how I contacted him. I liked what he had to say and decided to hire him for this project.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $5,000–$10,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from July–September.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I now have a better idea of how to grow our company and through which channels. I also learned how to focus my energy efficiently. Also, our website is more optimized in attracting traffic to it and overall UI/UX improvements.
How did GrowthExpertz perform from a project management standpoint?
They were always on top of everything and communicated transparently — I never felt like there was an issue with them. In terms of communication, we used email and WhatsApp.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I liked that they had a personalized program, and they tried to cater to our needs.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Sometimes, the intern didn’t quite hit the deadlines on time, but I don’t think that reflected GrowthExperts’ work.
Any advice for potential customers?
Make sure that you’re taking ownership over the intern — that’ll help make the program successful.

Digital Asset Audit, Branding & PR for E-Learning Platform
“He went above and beyond in every way.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of EntreTeach Learning Systems, an e-learning platform catered toward entrepreneurs. We’re the educational arm of a well-known and established thought leader, Dr. Robert Wallace. He’s written books, taught at business schools, and done keynote talks.
Our business is twofold. On the tangible side of the business, Dr. Wallace does coaching. Then, there is the content side of things, like the courses.
What challenge were you trying to address with GrowthExpertz?
Our business has a lot of moving parts, and no one on our team is experienced in keeping the full machine flowing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started off with a consultation with GrowthExpertz. Through that process, it became clearer how dynamic our needs were. They essentially interviewed us so that they could clarify what we expected out of working with them. We hadn’t taken the time to get down to the fundamentals, so that consultation clarified, in an ideal world, how much money the business would be generating through evergreen products versus in-person events. They also asked for our feedback to determine whether they missed any other avenues of income.
After the consultation, they performed an audit of all of our digital assets. At the time, we had two websites, two Instagram pages, a Facebook business page, a Twitter account, and an Amazon author page. Andrew (Funded Startup Growth Consultant) conveyed the information to me. He shared a Google Sheet that provided a high-level overview of each digital asset and how we could clean things up.
Then, based on the objectives we’d outlined during the consultation, Andrew proposed how our time together would be best spent. He did screen recordings of some of his recommended changes. I could just watch the video of how he changed something, and then I’d go into the backend and make the change myself, rather than having to message our developer.
After Andrew and I went back-and-forth on his recommendations of where to start and what a 30-day campaign would look like, we put together a proposal for the board. We met with the board members and walked them through where we were at the moment, the top four things we wanted to focus on, how we planned to do it, and what the KPIs would be to determine whether our approach was successful or not.
We focus largely on boosting Dr. Wallace’s digital presence. Based on how much experience Dr. Wallace has, Andrew immediately said that there was no reason that his name shouldn’t appear in the top Google search results. GrowthExpertz let us know what changes we needed to make to our digital assets, and we did a full blitz of the website and social media channels. On the backend, their emphasis was on the PR front. GrowthExpertz worked off of an epic master list to find opportunities to get Dr. Wallace’s name out there. They booked Dr. Wallace for podcast interviews, feature speaking events, and panels on his subject-matter expertise.
They also created the press kits, different side bios, and all of the things that made it easy to efficiently correspond with outside parties. They taught us along the way so that we would understand the process and know which opportunities were worth our time when our contract ended.
What is the team composition?
My correspondence was directly with Andrew. He may have had people working on the backend of things.
How did you come to work with GrowthExpertz?
I’ve been part of the digital world for a couple of years now, and Andrew and I have some mutual friends in this space. A mutual friend hosted a webinar in 2020, pre-COVID, and Andrew was brought in as an expert in the niche marketing area of growth hacking. As I started looking ahead to what I projected to be the biggest needs and obstacles for EntreTeach, I realized that Andrew had talked about many of these challenges.
I reached out to Andrew and asked him for feedback. At the time, Dr. Wallace was running for political office. Andrew’s ability to be flexible amongst so many moving parts was key. He also let me know that he was personally invested in minority- and female-run businesses. Then, Andrew’s book publisher ran a promotion, where people could enter to win consulting with them. We were able to get GrowthExpertz’ services at a reduced cost, which made the pitch to our board a lot easier. We reached a mutually-agreeable rate for a 30-day campaign.
How much have you invested with them?
We paid $5,000 upfront, and we have some other ongoing things that will probably cost another $5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our 30-day contract began on December 15, 2020, and we worked through February 1, 2021 due to the holidays and other circumstances.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
GrowthExpertz made sure that when people Googled Dr. Wallace or checked out his press kit, his presence was solid. Our biggest KPI was the number of opportunities booked while working with GrowthExpertz. Over that one-month span of time, we booked 26 speaking opportunities, including interviews, write-ups, and panel invitations.
How did GrowthExpertz perform from a project management standpoint?
Andrew was incredibly easy to reach. We generally communicated through WhatsApp or direct text. If we needed to discuss something more long-winded or complicated, we emailed or had FaceTime calls. We pretty much used every channel of communication, including voice memos.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I really appreciated his ability to stay focused. He was always objective-oriented, regardless of what was happening within my team. I’ve worked with contractors in the past who have let our weaknesses set the pace of a project, but Andrew was really good at making sure things got done when they needed to get done. He didn’t make excuses; he just found a way to make things happen. That, in turn, pushed my team to be better. He was intrinsically motivated to get the job done, rather than just honoring the contract.
Are there any areas they could improve?
If I were to go back in time and restart our business relationship, I would’ve set more rigid deadlines and milestones. However, that’s not necessarily something Andrew did — I just wish we had done a better job of maximizing the time that we had him for. We were clear on the things that we wanted to get done, but I didn’t do a great job delineating tasks and deadlines.
Andrew was willing to put in the time. He went above and beyond in every way, so it’s hard for me to think of any situations he could’ve improved upon.
Any advice for potential customers?
Be ready to work. In some ways, my team thought that we could sit back and let them take the reins because they were the experts. However, they were there to teach us how to get things done. We weren’t immediately ready to work as hard as we needed to to get the most out of the experience, but we got moving by week two. Be clear on what you want and work for it, and trust that it’ll be worth it in the end.

SEO Optimization for B2B Marketing Company
"We were delighted with their business model of tackling everything in 30 days."

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the CMO at Hushly. B2B marketers use Hushly to increase content engagement, lead conversions and lead quality at a fraction of their current acquisition cost. We are a content engagement, lead conversion and lead enrichment platform that's powered by AI.
For what projects/services did your company hire GrowthExpertz, and what were your goals?
I needed a complete overhaul on our website from an SEO perspective. My goal: To eliminate all the issues that are holding back the site from optimal ranking and increase the quality and quantity of organic traffic to the site for ideal keywords. My requirement was not only to get the audit and recommendations but have the agency implement those recommendations as my current engineering team was focused on our own software solution.
I wasn't looking for this to be a long drawn out ordeal over an annual contract where someone would incrementally implement fixes and changes on some hourly basis over months. I needed a hard hitting deep dive that could get done in 30-60 days.
How did you select GrowthExpertz and what were the deciding factors?
I solicited bids from 5 agency and sat down to have a conversation with every single one of them. In the end Andrew Miller from GrowthExpertz came across as having the best grasp on what my needs were and how to translate that effectively both in conversation and in the service quote. The GrowthExpertz model is to really set out an aggressive goal to implement all the required fixes and changes within 30 days. That was a huge decision for me. I wasn't looking to pay a subscription fee on a monthly basis to get incrementalism.
Along with that I needed someone who could not only make recommendations on what needed to be done but also make the changes from both the technical perspective and at the page level.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
Phase 1: Research and Writing
Phase 2: Technical Analysis and Audit
Phase 3: Implementation and Handover
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked with a single point of contact. That person quarterbacked all the necessary resources and managed the timelines to get everything done on time, on budget, and exactly to the specs we agreed upon.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Overall I'm extremely pleased with the results and I've already seen measurable impact on my SEO rankings.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
Communication was always easy and open. We were able to manage 90% of this over email with the other 10% via quick phone calls. The timelines exceeded my expectations and delivery was done in just under 30 days.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We were delighted with their business model of tackling everything in 30 days and not doing some hour plan over the course of months.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
None from me.
