I am the owner of PT. Mitra Jaya Sarana. I am the owner and full responsibility for the operations of my company. Our company is a provider of Fire Safety Equipment such as Fire Extinguisher, Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler and Fire Hydrants System with our brand Quickfire.

For what projects/services did your company hire Grow and Bless?

My company has been running for 14 years without going into the digital world. Our website was last updated in 2010, and we have only relied on offline sales. Since covid-19 our company has experienced a significant drop in sales due to the government lockdown. Ardian came to me earlier this year and showed me how my company can grow and increase our sales online.

What were your goals for this project?

The initial goal of the project with Ardian was to make my website look professional and customers can see that our company exists online. I just hope that our company can get through this year until the pandemic ends.

How did you select Grow and Bless?

He came and gave a gradual explanation of what to do. Ardian gave an explanation that was easy for me to understand and made me believe that I could actually use the online world for my company. So far, I thought that the online world was only limited to selling through Tokopedia, in fact he explained that the digital world is much wider and that can help my company.

Because I am completely blind to the digital world, I entrusted Ardian with the process. He always took the initiative to meet and interview me about my company, company values, and my company's mission. I just gave him the data he needed from time to time. We also still meet regularly to discuss things that could be improved.

Ardian meets with me regularly. As for the other teams behind him I've never met them

Initially I only tried their services, I used my personal number to receive calls from digital marketing. I was quite surprised because it turned out that after paying for google ads, my sales increased drastically. I had said to stop advertising first in August because our team has to follow up our prospective customers day by day.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They come to me regularly every month to report on developments digitally. He is committed to continuing to be our partner.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Ardian has become like a friend to me. Because I have never had much contact with the digital world, I only use Instagram for my social media. Ardian gave me a lot of new knowledge and insights.

there is none.

We are an established forklift rental company still in the expansion phase. Our main line of business are forklift and hand pallet rentals with some technical consulting projects.

Our company needs a more established presence on the digital space, mainly on seach engines and social media. Hiring and maintaining a team to solve this challenge in-house requires a great deal of expertise, in which we do not have in abundance, and cost. We hired Grow and Bless in order to solve this digital marketing challenge.

What were your goals for this project?

Our objective is to let rental forklift clients know that our forklift service is one of the best in jakarta, Bogor, and Tangerang area. By hiring Grow and Bless, we are very certain that this objective will be met and exceeded in the days to come.

We have hired two previous SEO and digital marketing companies previously, but these two companies didn't quite fulfill the stated objective by not showing and progress. Grow and Bless was the third company we contacted and worked with until now.

The team demonstrated through technical meetings their strategies using SEM, business-to-business marketplace listing, addition of related backlinks, and other proprietary methods in order to boost search engine rankings

What was the team composition?

There are at least 3 people that have been constantly involved during the project. All are well equipped with digital marketing knowledge.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So far, our Google search ranking for a few main keywords are already showing signs of improvement within one week of hiring their service. One particular keyword already took the 2nd position on the 1st page.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Constant communications are maintained via Whatsapp and calls. Important updates are broadcasted frequently.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Extremely fast response and great knowledge of the inner workings of search engines that made it possible to increase the ranks of related keywords. The efficiency of their work is very exceptional. Nothing unnecessary was carried out and executed, which saves a great deal of time.

Are there any areas for improvement?

More status updates would definitely be appreciated to make sure clients understood what they are paying for, although the current rate of project reporting and status updating are already well beyond their competitors. Overall, at the moment, nothing critical needs to be improved.

I am the Marketing Communication of Podomoro University. our project start from a proposal which part of our website that need to be fixed, after we agree with all terms and condition, Grow and Bless team start with page speed insight for our website, backlink, Google tag manager, google my business, article and many more

They assigned the owner and another 3-4 person per team to work with us. 1 admin, 1 content creator and another one for developing the SEO.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

since we implementing SEO project together. turns out we made our first page on google with several keyword. our page speed is on a good condition also. and we got several bonus from this vendor (free design for our homepage, elementor pro for 2 years, and many more)

They've meet our expectations beyond what we've been imagine, we have a meeting twice a month (every 2 weeks), they gave us complete report about a progress of each work and timeline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're so professional and followed the timeline they promised to us. They gave us the best service. Even when we ask a question out of the topic about SEO they're gladly help us and guide us till we found out the answer

our 6 months of working together surely a great experience for us. Keep it up and hope we can work together again in the future.

We have a problem to increasing our SEO score and to manage our digital ads (SEM)

We ranked nicely in Google Search and our SEM have an efficient targeting and budgeting.

Grow and Bless helping TapTalk.io in managing SEO technical, optimizing our web and landing page, managing our sales funnel, and also managing our blog and SEM.

I worked closely directly with the cofounder and all the team is really helpful.

Our organic traffic is grow by 3 times in 2 months time, and we also have some good keyword ranked in page 1 in Google Search.
