I am the marketing director for Ispirer, which provides the intelligent, custom, and highly automated conversion of programming and SQL languages. By offering the Ispirer MnMTK conversion software along with quality support and superior migration services, we are able to find solutions that satisfy even the most particular customer.

We hired Gresbi to design the product interface, update the CMS version, and develop new functionality.

The goal was to increase customer brand loyalty and optimize our processes using additional software modules.

How did you select this vendor?

We sent several requests to various web development companies. We selected Gresbi based on the following critieria: sufficient team experience and qualifications; Joomla support; suitable terms of work performance; and reasonable price.

Describe the project in detail.

Our corporate website is an important lead generation tool for the company, so its design and functional features are critical. The website contains a large number of pages and unique content intended to maintain a steady flow of customers. The Gresbi specialists designed a new interface and all of the graphic materials, paying close attention to our requirements and business processes. Moreover, they freely shared their experience in developing similar projects and offered invaluable advice. 

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of a project manager, an art director, a UX/UI designer, and a developer each for the backend and frontend.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Not only did we receive a new, more modern image for our brand, but the website’s new functionality and CMS will allow us to increase traffic conversions. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The manager planned and organized the team effectively while remaining cognizant of the specific terms of each development stage. In addition to receiving regular reports, we were kept abreast of any mistakes or shortcomings, as well possible solutions to stay within budget and on schedule. We communicated closely with both the manager and various team specialists.

We were looking to create a best-in-class product with outstanding design, intuitive usability, and an advanced backend within a short time frame.

We sent out an RFP and Gresbi was among just over 10 potential partners. The Gresbi team had a deep understanding of our project and a very professional approach with realistic timelines and price quotes, which led us to choose them over other options.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

This project was the largest our business has taken on thus far. It encompassed all aspects of creating a complex web-based platform from scratch, provided with little more than preliminary ideas on design and functionality. Aspects of the project included frontend development, client cabinets, a managed product database, backend management and analytics tools, and an integrated, external shipping solution. After about three months of work, the Gresbi team pioneered this product to the market and mastered a unique solution that we are now very proud of.
