Web Design, Branding & SEO for Nonprofit Dance Organization
“I appreciated their professionalism and punctuality throughout the whole process.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founding executive director of Pennies for Pointe, a nonprofit organization that aims to increase underrepresented populations in dance. Dance education and training are very expensive, and usually, only a certain class or group of children have access to it because their families can afford it. We provide resources to underprivileged children to train safely and effectively and potentially go on to have a career if they so choose.
What challenge were you trying to address with Greenflag media?
We used social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, but we didn’t have a website where people could find our organization’s information and services. The purpose of hiring Greenflag was to build a website that would be a centralized place for information.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Greenflag created our website, helped us with branding, and also offered SEO services so people could find us on Google. They helped us establish a color palette for our organization. I gave the team specifications related to the site’s design; for example, I requested a video to play when users entered the site.
From there, Greenflag presented a layout and a draft. The team gathered pictures, videos, and placeholder content for us. They requested specific things from us, such as bios for our board members. They built the site from scratch using Webflow and set up volunteer forms for users interested in participating in our initiatives.
What is the team composition?
I worked with the CEO.
How did you come to work with Greenflag media?
The CEO was highly recommended to me by people who had worked with him in another capacity. I searched for Greelgflag and saw that they had great reviews. At one point, they contacted us to offer help with marketing and SEO through a Google Ads program they have for nonprofits. I had already heard great things about them and knew that I wanted to work with them. In our initial call, I told them what I wanted, and they knew exactly what to do to get those results for us.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $17,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from February–March 2022.
I want them to add a couple of elements to the site, so I’ll probably engage them again in a month or so.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I was amazed by the quality Greenflag Media had to offer. After the website launched, we saw a lot of traffic coming through it, and we also saw an increase in our social media traffic. Many people have shown interest in filling out the volunteer forms, which shows that the project was successful. Greenflag also posted about working with us on their social media to promote our organization. There were no bugs on the website; everything ran smoothly and functioned really well. The only changes we asked for were typos on the site, and when I brought them to their attention, they fixed them immediately.
The team was extremely proactive. We had weekly meetings, and they would show significant progress every time, working faster than I expected. I was even lagging on my end because their turnaround was so quick. When I contacted them initially, they said they could launch the site within a month, and they stuck to their word. They built the site within an excellent timeframe, especially considering the amount of work it took. More than anything, I appreciated their professionalism and punctuality throughout the whole process. Overall, this was a great investment for us.
How did Greenflag media perform from a project management standpoint?
They performed extremely well from a project management standpoint; they were very punctual. We primarily used Google Drive for me to share content for the site. Our meetings were through Zoom, where he would share their screen to show the progress, timeline, and what I needed to do.
I don’t have any expertise in web development, so I appreciated how they communicated with me; they were very patient and willing to explain everything and break it down as simply as possible. They were very thorough in explaining the backend. Overall, their management was a great experience.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Greenflag’s sense of urgency stuck with me the most — there was no delay in their response. Additionally, their patience with me and my team stood out. The Greenflag team really cared about our organization and branding and wasn't doing things just to do them. They wanted to get us the results we requested and made sure everything was laid out in a detailed way.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don’t have any notes for them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I have two pieces of conflicting advice that depend on the project’s turnaround time. We had a very short timeline, and we needed to provide them with certain things, such as site language, headshots, and other content. My advice is to have those things prepared. However, knowing Greeflag’s patience, they'll work well if you don't have the materials prepared. Even though the project would get delayed, they'd push back the launch date. Overall, the team works well, and they’re very understanding — they’ll get the project done either way.
Additionally, I would advise you to listen to Greenflagh’s advice because they have your best interest in mind. There were certain design elements that I wanted regarding colors and font size. The team took them in and then made recommendations. When they showed me a mock-up, I understood their advice. The team would have used the colors I wanted, but ultimately they knew best.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of Pro Hauling & Demolition.
What challenge were you trying to address with Greenflag media?
We needed someone to improve our website and streamline the information on there.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Greenflag media is helping us with web development and SEO. We started with a discussion of our requirements and we moved forward with the project with them after they showed me some examples of what our website could look like.
I provided them with a folder that includes the documentation of our company such as photos, mission and vision statements, and the description of our business. Apart from that, they’re also doing some branding work and SEO.
What is the team composition?
My main point of contact is the owner.
How did you come to work with Greenflag media?
My son met the owner of Greenflag media in college, so he recommended me to them.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve invested somewhere between $10,000–$15,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our partnership started in January 2022, but it’s still ongoing as we continue to work through our SEO efforts.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve only been partners for a short period of time but the website that Greenflag media developed helped fast-track some certifications with several partners.
How did Greenflag media perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is right on point as the team consistently does what they say they’re going to do, and answers all our questions.
We typically communicate through Zoom, email, and phone, and set appointments through Calendly.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re impressed with how they’re able to translate my needs into their tasks and keep the process moving forward despite my shortcomings.
The project flows freely, and they’re very responsive and patient to my needs.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They’re putting more effort into the project than we expected, so I don’t really have any constructive criticism for Greenflag media.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I advise you to keep asking questions even if you think they aren’t good ones.

Website, Logo & Social Media Page Design for Notary Company
“The Greenflag team took ownership of the project’s schedule and deliverables.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner and president of an online national notary and license signing agency.
What challenge were you trying to address with Greenflag media?
We hired Greenflag to help us develop our website and launch our social media pages as part of our marketing campaign.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Greenflag created a website for us on Webflow. It had social media links to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The team also designed our logo and social media pages. I gave them my requirements for the logo’s color scheme and what the design should represent. Moreover, Greenflag also handled our SEO efforts, helping us rank for keywords related to our industry. They also did backlinks and blog posts.
How did you come to work with Greenflag media?
We evaluated five web design companies, including Greenflag. Our VP of marketing was responsible for getting bids. During the bidding process, Greenflag had the best score and was the most responsive team, so they were awarded the contract.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted from November 2021–February 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The website underwent several iterations, and we weren’t happy with the initial draft that we received. We went back to the drawing board, and Greenflag’s outputs eventually got better. To be clear, the iterations were fine because we were doing a unique website. To be clear, their work quality was good; we simply had to be more involved and engaged than we initially thought. Meanwhile, we also acquired more leads from the website.
How did Greenflag media perform from a project management standpoint?
I was the project manager, and we used Microsoft-based project management tools. The Greenflag team took ownership of the project’s schedule and deliverables. We encountered delays on our side in giving them the content they needed — our team missed the deadline and not them. We experienced some challenges in compiling content. Meanwhile, we typically communicated via emails and text messages. We also had weekly meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Greenflag’s responsiveness was impressive — that was one of the main reasons we hired them. They were a bit more expensive than the other web designers we were evaluating, but we truly liked their responsiveness.
Beyond that, they were flexible to the changes that we needed as we took our time to finalize the content. Moreover, they had great attention to detail. We had requests that were outside of the original scope of work, and the team managed to incorporate them into their work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I would’ve liked to see Greenflag with a larger team that would dive deeper into the creative aspects of the project, such as the branding, logo design, and social media pages. It would’ve been better if multiple specialists could give me advice and guidance as we struggled with getting our content to them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Prepare your content and collateral ahead of time. If I could go back in time, I would’ve ensured that I’d locked in all the content first before engaging Greenflag.

Front- & Backend Dev for Multilingual Communications Firm
“Greenflag has great communication and flexibility; they’re also thorough when it comes to planning.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the executive director of a language services and multilingual communications firm. We provided interpretations, translations, and a variety of other services.
What challenge were you trying to address with Greenflag media?
Our website was outdated, and we wanted it to be a more effective tool for marketing and lead generation. We also needed it to better represent us and our value proposition.
What was the scope of their involvement?
At the beginning of the engagement, we needed Greenflag to fit within our project management team. Since we were also working with an external marketing consultant, we also needed them to handle the front- and backend development of our website, which also needed to be multilingual. Our team also wanted to have integrations within the site.
Although we provided the translation, we wanted to ensure a seamless experience for our users. Our team also required the site to be accessible for people with disabilities. On top of that, Greenflag worked to communicate our values and messaging through the website. That way, it would be an effective tool for marketing.
The website had around 30 pages, and it was fairly comprehensive even before the translations. While the Greenflag team didn’t do the actual content writing, they supported some of our content and SEO efforts. Moreover, the website was on WordPress, but we transitioned it to Webflow based on their suggestions.
We’re going to continue working with them for SEO to make sure the website is performing well and showing up in search results. Our company hasn’t signed them on for an additional contract, but we plan to do so. At the moment, we’re taking a pause to get things together before we go full steam ahead with marketing and SEO. Meanwhile, Greenflag is doing their research; they’ve presented a strategy to us and asked us for important keywords that we want to target.
What is the team composition?
We work with one account representative, although a team of people works behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with Greenflag media?
We hired an external business consultant, who looked for different web designers. We reviewed several service providers and their proposals before we ultimately decided to pick Greenflag. One of the reasons we chose them was their proposal process. They were clear in the steps they’d take to implement the project, what they’d take responsibility for, and what they’d need from us.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested about $15,000 on the website; the initial quote was lower, but the investment has risen because of integrations and adjustments.
What is the status of this engagement?
They developed the website from December 2021–January 2022. The engagement is ongoing because we’re going to use them for their SEO services.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Because of the short timeframe, we haven’t tracked specific statistics in terms of the website’s performance. That’s something we’re going to do when we engage Greenflag for SEO. However, our internal members have given their feedback — the difference between our old and new sites is night and day.
To elaborate, people love the pictures on the website; they also love the clarity and simplicity of the messaging. The site is also highly user-friendly; I personally love the site integration that makes the translation process easier for our team.
As an organization that prioritizes language justice, we want to make sure that our web materials and communications are multilingual. That’s also why we’ve been hesitant to use unfamiliar technology. Fortunately, Greenflag has provided us with training and tutorials so we can understand the transition. In other words, we’re not only receiving services; we’re also being educated on the platform.
How did Greenflag media perform from a project management standpoint?
The engagement has been an easy process on our end since we haven’t had to manage the project. We simply have to follow the instructions in the path that they’ve laid out for us. On top of that, they’ve been flexible in integrating with our team members, ensuring that other people can participate in the project.
Moreover, Greenflag’s resources are highly communicative; we’ve used Zoom conferences and ClickUp. In terms of tools, they’ve used WordPress, BlueHost, and Figma for the website. Using Figma has been truly helpful for us because it allows us to see the website before it’s completed. We can also provide our input for the site through Figma. The team has also used Google Drive tools, putting together a folder where we can upload content easily and review them for approval.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Greenflag has great communication and flexibility; they’re also thorough when it comes to planning. As other people say, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure — we could’ve tripped up in many areas if the process hasn’t been mapped well prior to starting the project. Thanks to Greenflag, we’ve been clear on what exactly is happening. Everything is also done on time.
To sum everything up, the team communicates well in layman’s terms, manages the project thoroughly, and has the technical skills to execute the project. All of these places them far above their competitors.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The initial pictures they provided didn’t fit our style. Our vibe is different from traditional corporations and companies, so we want to make sure that the pictures they deliver match our style.
To be fair, once we’ve given feedback to the pictures, they’ve been able to run with it. The next pictures they’ve shared have been perfect.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be clear in what you need, and pay attention to Greenleaf’s proposal. Give feedback early on if you feel you need to make any adjustments. In every step of the process, check if you’re aligned with what they propose. They’re meticulous in putting together a project plan. You’ll miss the benefit of that if you don’t tell them everything you need from the beginning or forget to map out the project from the beginning.

Web Development for Pharmaceutical Company
"They were a great team to work with."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a pharmacist at a pharmaceutical company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Greenflag media?
We wanted to improve our online presence by upgrading our website, which was very basic. We wanted to streamline everything to make things easier for our customers and future patients who wanted to learn about our company.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Greenflag media created a website for us from scratch; they focused on helping us create an entirely new design. We started by sending them ideas of what we wanted to accomplish, and they could execute everything very well for us.
In terms of requirements, we asked them to come up with a logo that people could see right when they clicked on our site’s link — that was important for us. They also took care of automation by creating a way for customers to submit research requests for their prescriptions and make COVID-19 vaccines and tests appointments. Additionally, they advertised our website, which we were happy about.
What is the team composition?
We worked with four members of their team, including our first contact when we first reached out to them, a website designer, someone in charge of the financial aspects of our project, and a person that we can reach out to in case we have any questions or concerns about our site.
How did you come to work with Greenflag media?
They were referred to us by a colleague. After searching their name, everything was transparent about their services, so we decided to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $40,000 with them on this project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from January 2020–January 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their work emphasized the importance of our Google profile and its integrity to our workflow, which means having someone on hand answering questions to customers about our services and our store. Thanks to that, we noticed a 150% increase in views on our website and 8,000 reviews on it — it’s exciting to see people looking for our services online.
How did Greenflag media perform from a project management standpoint?
They were diligent and transparent; whenever we had questions or concerns, we felt like we could easily express them so they could help us solve them. They were also able to show us how they were accomplishing what their team said they’d do, thanks to their organization.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were organized, serious, and got the job done. Additionally, they lead a thorough but fun process, and I can see how their work impacted our business.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.
Any advice for potential customers?
Don’t hesitate to ask questions; they make themselves available at all times so that you can send them an email, and they’ll respond quickly. They were a great team to work with.

Branding, SEO & E-Commerce Web Dev for Fitness Company
"They were able to take what ideas I had and cement them into a plan of action."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of Fitnik, a fitness and wellness company that provides workout programs, virtual training, and meal plans for its clients. We are getting ready to provide fitness apparel as well.
What challenge were you trying to address with Greenflag Media?
I wanted to do a rebrand as well as build a new, optimized website, so I contacted Greenflag Media.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started off with a consultation. Greenflag Media tried to get an idea of the tone and image that we wanted to build for Fitnik. We went into discussing the different elements of the brand such as the colors, imagery, and mission statement. They helped us redo our verbal and visual branding but retained our existing logo.
Once we had established those elements, Greenflag Media went into designing and implementing our new website. Their team provided the wireframes and sketches and developed the site from scratch on Webflow.
We’re now in the SEO phase of the project, with Greenflag Media managing my existing content and blog page. They’re also doing paid media campaigns and advising us on how to create and publicize content on our social media channels.
What is the team composition?
I worked with about three people: an SEO specialist, a web designer, and a brand marketer.
How did you come to work with Greenflag Media?
Greenflag Media was referred to me by a friend who had worked with them in the past. I decided to contact them and found that they were extremely informative. I wasn’t exactly sure of what I wanted during our first call, but they were able to take what ideas I had and cement them into a plan of action. They were very knowledgeable about everything, so I felt safe entrusting them with the project.
How much have you invested with them?
At this point, I’ve invested around $17,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together around July 2021, and the project is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Google Analytics shows that, since our rebrand, our website traffic has gone up by 280%. We’ve also experienced an 89% increase in our sales and a significant decrease in our bounce rate. One of the social media posts that Greenflag Media created for us has been going viral in the past few weeks as well, and we’ve gained 150 new followers as a result. They’ve been really helpful on the branding side as well as the marketing and social media side.
How did Greenflag Media perform from a project management standpoint?
Greenflag Media performs really well on this front. They always deliver on time and with quality, and their communication is A1. Their team makes sure to keep us informed at every point in every phase, which makes for a great overall experience.
We communicate with their founders via email and reach out to their team through ClickUp. We also used Hello Bonsai for invoicing.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The quality of Greenflag Media’s work really distinguishes them from other providers. They’re very knowledgeable about their field and are extremely transparent about what it will take to get the work done. They always tell us what they need or how long something will take.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I have no complaints. Everything is going smoothly.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
When you work with Greenflag Media, you have to learn to trust them. They have the ability to simplify any ideas you may have and make it turn out better than you thought they would.

SEO & Advertising for Urban School District
“The level of their service quality made me feel that this was the only project in the world for them.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I work for a large urban school district and handle enrollment campaigns. We’re a district of choice and operate like an admissions office for the 170 schools in our portfolio.
What challenge were you trying to address with Greenflag media?
Having been away for almost two years and coming off of the COVID-19 pandemic, we found the involvement of pre-k and kindergarten pupils to be challenging. We wanted to establish a strong academic foundation for them in their early years, but we didn’t know where they were. The families of pre-k children with older siblings were easy to identify, but we were essentially tapping into an unknown audience. As a result, we needed Greenflag to help us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Greenflag collaborated with our communication department to ensure that we were using our website properly. The team also ensured that our social media ads were optimized to drive traffic to our pre-k and kindergarten pages.
Moreover, Greenflag created ads for us on Google, Yelp, and other platforms. They also optimized our SEO efforts and created SEO tags for our website. The overarching goal was to drive traffic to it.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Martin (Founder & Owner), and he had a team working behind him.
How did you come to work with Greenflag media?
I was introduced to Greenflag by a close fraternity brother, who had done a similar project with them. We didn’t need to acquire the full gambit of their business, but we did contact them at the last minute — one of our requirements was to find a team that was nimble enough to meet our demands in a short time frame of only two weeks. Despite the time constraint, I was impressed with the presentation they gave us.
Overall, they had a great track record and strong presentation skills, but their nimble quality convinced us to hire them. In addition, their team was small enough that they could avoid being too bureaucratic. They could do what we needed them to do within the required time. These were our reasons for hiring them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement lasted from June–August 2021. However, we’re in the season where we have to think of enrollment campaigns, and we’re planning to follow up on the Greenflag team to support us again.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We gained over 15,000 impressions and 5,000 actual clicks on our pre-k and kindergarten pages — we were pleased with these results. Meanwhile, our pre-k pupil numbers were up from 2,000 prior to the COVID-19 pandemic to 5,000 during 2021. While we couldn’t attribute these last numbers directly to Greenflag’s work, our page clicks were telling.
The traffic we generated on our pre-k page could be attributed to Greenflag. Seeing such an uptick in clicks was refreshing and gave us a new baseline, especially since 2020 was an off-year for education due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
How did Greenflag media perform from a project management standpoint?
Greenflag sent us emails with our statistics, and they gave us access to a dashboard with impressions, clicks, and other statistics associated with them. At the end of our engagement, they sent us a full report of the project.
Moreover, Martin checked in frequently with their project manager, and he also called me for updates, which I appreciated. Keeping everybody on the same page was crucial for the project, and I was happy with the kind of communication that Greenflag maintained with us.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their ability to meet our needs in a short period of time was impressive. I appreciated the level of focus they put on our project. While I didn’t know how many clients they had at that time, the level of their service quality made me feel that this was the only project in the world for them. We certainly weren’t their highest-paying client, but they ramped up the project quickly — we appreciated that.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there weren’t any.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I highly recommend working with Greenflag. We’ve got the most out of them, and I hope that you will as well.

Web Design, SEO & Online Ads for E-Commerce Brand
"Greenflag helped us achieve satisfaction and confidence in our brand."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a co-founder of Opti, and we’re an e-commerce brand that sells goods that optimize people’s wellbeing. Right now, we’re focused on air purification — we sell portable mini air purifiers and essential oils. We market in different avenues, including Amazon and our website.
What challenge were you trying to address with Greenflag Media?
We needed help making our platform professional and clean. Although our Shopify website is performing well, we feel like we’re missing something in terms of communicating our values and brand.
We don’t have too much design experience, and we’re looking for someone to help us with their expertise.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We had an idea of what we wanted our website to look like, but we gave Greenflag the freedom to do what they wanted with our website. The only thing we provided was our pictures and videos.
Greenflag then proceeded to reinvent our website’s design. They solidified our color palette, ensured clear pictures for our products, and added features that improved our marketability.
Greenflag also assisted us with our initial ad package. They improved our website’s SEO and ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
What is the team composition?
I worked with Martin (Owner).
How did you come to work with Greenflag Media?
We spent $9,000–$11,000.
How much have you invested with them?
Martin was referred to us by one of our co-founders.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from April–October 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our website impressions increased by close to 1,000%, especially when we were actively running our ads. In addition, our conversion also improved. Greenflag helped us achieve satisfaction and confidence in our brand — we could now run our marketing campaigns by ourselves.
How did Greenflag Media perform from a project management standpoint?
Greenflag was good at meeting deadlines. Their team was available whenever we sent calendar invites; we had good communication. We also appreciated their availability whenever we wanted to tweak bug fixes.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Greenflag cared about us, and they helped us succeed. They were also very personable.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It’s good to have your ideas, but you should come with an open mind. There are a lot of things that they’ve educated us about. Trust the process; know the goal you’re trying to achieve.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I do freelance photography and videography. My company is JKG Imaging.
What challenge were you trying to address with Greenflag Media?
I wanted to build a professional website to provide snapshots of my work in an interactive way so people could take me more seriously than on social media.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I didn’t have to give much to start. Greenflag Media showed me some samples, which were pretty much perfect. They used Webflow for development.
For features, I didn’t want a direct-booking tool, but they built a panel at the bottom of the site that shows different videos I’ve shot and their descriptions. Also, if the user follows the link, it goes directly to the full-resolution video.
What is the team composition?
I only worked with the founder.
How did you come to work with Greenflag Media?
I knew them through a friend.
How much have you invested with them?
It was $1,800 overall, excluding taxes.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from August–September 2021. The project is completed; they’re just waiting for my answers.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The website isn’t published yet, and I haven’t shown the site to anyone.
How did Greenflag Media perform from a project management standpoint?
They communicated and met deadlines very well, and the team kept me on my toes. Also, they were intuitive and gave me insight into how other people would perceive the site, which strategies would work best, and so on. They went beyond my expectations.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They did everything well, but their intuition made them stand out.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can’t put my finger on anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have an idea of your goals. They asked that from me, and that really drove the project.

Web Development for Nonprofit Organization
"They’re one of the best organizations I’ve worked with."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-executive director of a nonprofit educational organization.
What challenge were you trying to address with Greenflag Media?
We wanted to remake our website because it wasn’t great for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Greenflag Media redesigned our website from scratch using Webflow. As an organization, we were shifting our image, and they really listened to that; they committed to understanding what we were looking for, what we wanted to convey, and the purpose of our site with a new brand image. They proactively proposed ideas, took us to a feedback session, and ended up creating the beautiful platform we have now.
In addition to that, they also provided a couple of free months of Google Ads and taught us about it.
What is the team composition?
We worked directly with Martin (Web Designer).
How did you come to work with Greenflag Media?
They were referred to us by someone who was previously in my position.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from June–July 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We didn’t like our previous website, and the one they’ve delivered is beautiful — we now reach over 3,000 people a month to introduce our events and the policy that we’re pushing as an organization.
How did Greenflag Media perform from a project management standpoint?
In terms of communication, we had video calls and meetings. They made themselves available for the whole process, even to make changes to our site once they finished it — they committed themselves to give us a product that we were happy with. We also encountered a leadership change in our company; they were responsive and understanding, which enabled them to know our company better.
In terms of tools, we used email, phone calls, and virtual meetings where they walked us through the site with videos on how to manage the platform in the future.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re one of the best organizations I’ve worked with; their personable approach is something we don’t get often. The fact that they committed to knowing the bones of our bed and proactively giving the advice to improve our project is outstanding.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.
Any advice for potential customers?
Go for it. Also, be ready to communicate and collaborate because they have amazing ideas — if you’re open to hearing them out, you’ll get something beautiful out of working with them.
The site has had a lot of traffic, and users have shown interest in the volunteer form. The client was delighted with Greenflag Media’s proactive approach. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and communicative. Their responsiveness, patience, and investment in the project’s success also stood out.
