We are Lizza Low Carb Food. The market leader for Low Carb Products in Germany. We are a young start-up and growing fast. I am the Head of Marketing and eCommerce.

We hired GreatDev for our eCommerce Shop Relaunch. Further, we improved performance and functionalities.

What were your goals for this project?

Creating a new theme on Shopify with our new design and expanding product portfolio by improving the overall site performance.

Research on Upwork and networking.

Customized and improved the Prestige Theme on Shopify to our requirements in all aspects to relaunch our online store.

We had the Technical Product Owner and they developed, tested and provided the results for deployment.

The work and communication were always fast and professional. It was a great experience to work with the team and we succeeded in any aspect of the job and project. The results were on point and it was fun to work with them.

To implement a custom webshop design and for ongoing maintenance and improvement of the customer experience.

A fast and easy to use webshop which solves the specific needs posed by Questlogs products.

GreatDevs vast experience in working within the shopify ecosystem as well as their great reviews with regard to their quick delivery and clear communication.

- Building of a custom map-interface for the webshop - Integration of video and image content in the responsive design - Many customisations to the default theme - Troubleshooting and conversion-optimization

Part of the project included a Berlin-based design agency.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Questlogs specific challenge is the high number of variants. Building a custom shop interface that facilitates an easy customer experience is key to high conversion. The work delivered by GreatDev had a big positive impact on sales.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Along the way, the project was a clear back-and-forth of defining deliverables, clarifying questions, getting and reviewing the results and follow-ups. At all points it was clear and transparent.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The very structured communication and the ability to understand which aspects of the project were most important. Also, the fast delivery of results was very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I was very happy overall and would have only welcomed more initiative and own ideas about how to solve some design issues I was struggling to come up with a solution by myselff.
