I am the owner of a company that manages mobile phone usage across countries and mobile networks for large enterprise customers. 

What challenge were you trying to address with Grange Web Design?

Our online messaging wasn’t very good, and our old website needed to be updated to look more corporate.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Grange Web Design created a brand new website for my company. We worked together to craft a web design plan using information about our competitors and company during our first meetings. The Grange Web Design team added images and a references page to portray our services. We went back and forth a few times before finalizing the website design. 

Even though the website is complete, Grange Web Design continues to make website edits when we request them. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with two teammates from Grange Web Design, including Kieran (Founder). 

How did you come to work with Grange Web Design?

A colleague who had worked with Grange Web Design before recommended them to me. I was keen to try working with Grange Web Design because my colleague was happy with their work. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested less than €4,000 (approximately $4,500 USD) with Grange Web Design. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in December 2020, and our partnership is ongoing.  

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I don’t have specific metrics, like the number of website visits or engagement. However, I will be tracking those metrics in the future. 

How did Grange Web Design perform from a project management standpoint?

Grange Web Design was very engaged with us throughout the project and followed up on our feedback about the website design. Usually, we communicated through phone calls and Microsoft Teams meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Grange Web Design is very engaging and easy to work with. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think they could improve anything. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Customers need to have a clear outline of what they want and must set clear expectations with Grange Web Design.

Director of Inbound Marketing at Kemp Technologies which was acquired for $250m in 2021

For what projects/services did your company hire Grange Web Design, and what were your goals?

We had a need to wireframe and build landing pages, micro-sites and the onsite blog with 12k reads per month. Without using up the internal teams Bandwidth, Grange Web were able to support the transformation of Inbound Marketing ideas into HTML prototypes for the Web Team to implement.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I'd known Kieran from a number of projects before Kemp and he is like a swiss army knife with his different skillsets from working with PHP, WordPress, HTML, CSS, Photoshop and so on, so it made sense to bring Grange Web on board.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had an initial call to provide support for 6 months which ultimately turned into 6 years. The requirements were fluid and frequently changing. Grange Web Design was great to work with, agile, flexible, and professional.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Between 2 and 3 at any time - ranging from designers to web engineers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Kemp grew from a small startup of 25 people from when I met them up to nearly 400 at its acquisition with Inbound Marketing being responsible for the vast majority of leads.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Grange Web was really great at taking concepts and building HTML reality from those. They are really flexible about communication tools from email to Skype to Slack - whatever we needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Flexible, professional, timely and going the extra mile.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really.

Our website was old and outdated and we needed an ecommerce function.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Kieran online. During our initial phone discussion his knowledge immediately impressed us. He sounded like a "good guy" and we were confident that we could work together to deliver the project

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked solely with Kieran as he managed all aspects of his team for us. This single-point of contact worked well and we were happy to let Kieran manage his team in the background

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our sales went through the roof after we set up the ecommerce function. Some of our customers actually remarked how professional our website looked (in comparison to our competitors) and this was why they called us first

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Communication was over phone and email. Very personable and efficient. Snaglists were done in a shared cloud excel file that both parties could edit so that was useful

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are easy to work with and will always do a bit extra. Just a great team at Grange Web Design
