E-freight

Gram created a new brand identity and UI/UX design for web and mobile app E-freight. 

E-freight is a service that creates a unique communication cloud for all the participants of the road transport network and provides the maximum efficiency and convenience of semi-automatic cooperation between them. 

We had to simplify the usage of complicated functionality of the service as maximum as

possible. 

We provided a new brand identity and a series of landings. Based on user testing, we developed a simple intuitive UI with an emphasis on the main functions of the program. Our design focuses on maximum ease of use for different users.

COMO

Gram created an interface for a mobile application COMO. It is an IoT application for temperature control. It allows to monitor the temperature in different rooms and to track the level of energy consumption to maintain this temperature.

We have developed a simple intuitive interface representing the main functions of the program: connecting a new device, device location, energy consumption diagram, etc. We chose

the minimalist design for the easiest and the most convenient use of the application.

Magur Cheese

Gram developed a brand strategy, naming, positioning, design of a series of labels and cardboard packaging for "Magur" cheese made by Eco Gazda manufacture.

We have created a brand to transmit an atmosphere, mood, and environment where people making cheese work. We emphasized the mystery of highlands with rare herbs, which affects the quality of milk and the taste of cheese particularly.

We took the

idea of ​​sincerity and authenticity for the basis of the brand. The main elements of the design were the images of ordinary people working on the farm: a shepherd, a boy with a cow, a woman with buckets and a dog. Hand-crafted watercolor illustrations emphasize the authenticity of the cheese-making process.

Gram developed a design concept for $AVE application improving user financial management skills.

The app shows what your money is spent on, and helps you to accumulate them. Based on regular income and constant monthly expenses, the app plans the user's daily budget.

We developed a simple intuitive interface with an emphasis on the main functions of the program and a minimum of distracting

details.

Vzhe-Vzhe

Gram created brand identity, naming, and online store design for the largest online and offline store of national clothing in Ukraine.

The basis of the visual identity is an ornamental motif symbolizing folk art. It links modern vyshyvanka with a traditional craft of the Ukrainians.

Simple, easy-to-understand steps for wholesale purchases is an advantage of the updated site. The design of the

online store focuses on maximum ease of use for different target audiences.

TEDx Lviv 2017

Gram developed a vivid brand identity for TEDx Lviv conference to distinguish it from other events taking place in Lviv.

The basis for branding for TEDx Lviv is the idea of ​​the intersection of various spheres of public life: in fact, the intersection of thoughts and experiences brings new inspiration and new ideas. The logo consists of four dynamic circles that reflect the progress achieved as a result of forwarding

movement, action. Each circle represents another sphere. Their differences are expressed due to a different thickness and inclination of the lines. Their commonality and the potential to unite and cooperate is expressed by geometry and common dynamics.

Intersecting, circles — that is, different spheres of life — represent the ability to think beyond the bounds and enrich themselves with different points of view. On the other hand, the logo encourages to act locally — where you can and want to act. So, broaden your horizons by communicating with others — act and change the world around you: “Think globally — act locally!”

Enzym

Gram updated the logo and visual identity system for Enzym company. We made the brand identity modern, easy to perceive and reproduce while keeping the attributes ensuring the brand recognition on the market.

To facilitate visual perception, we simplified the graphic symbol and changed the font to a more modern one. A pattern in the form of stylized yeast cells successfully complements the identity.

UCU Law School

Gram developed the brand identity for UCU Law School. We had to create a modern and fresh identity without ruining the library silence inherent for this industry.

The brand identity declares a combination of knowledge and traditions with modernity and openness to innovation. The first association coming to our minds when we are talking about a legal activity is restraint.

We’ve decided to do

the opposite. Red color distinguishes the institution among competitors. The updating of aesthetics of Cyrillic combined with letters of Latin alphabet means a combination of western and eastern European culture.

UCU Apps

Gram created a dynamic brand identity for Applied Sciences Faculty of Ukrainian Catholic University to provide a holistic brand perception.

Working on brand identity, we conducted a line of evolution of information recording from an old mnemonic system to binary code. We took a dot on the screen for a central element of identity. It is a symbolic image of the bit and an association to quipu.&nbsp

The identity elements represent the transmission of digital information by modern technologies. The brand identity for UCU Apps is associated with information code displayed on the monitor and being a key to understanding and storing of information.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

Chocolette Confectionary is a producer of low-calorie chocolate.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Gram?

We needed help with our packaging and other designs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve produced designs for our new products, done redesigns for new markets—including work on 3D packaging—and worked on marketing material like booklets, leaflets, and displays. We use them for all our design work, and the latest project was a design for a new chocolate bar.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with Oleksand (Creative Director, Gram) and with my client manager. I also know a couple of the designers from their team.

How did you come to work with Gram?

I’d worked with them at my previous company, in Ukraine. They did great work for them, creating designs for crackers and other products, so when I came to my current company, I invited them to work with us.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend €30,000 (approximately $34,200 USD) per year.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2018, and the collaboration is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The collaboration’s been excellent, and we’re still working on new projects. Their work is usually very creative, and they’re able to understand what I want to see as the final result. They deliver and it’s sometimes even better than my expectations.

How did Gram perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Skype regularly and they reply to me very quickly. I always know when they’ll deliver the work. Our deadlines can be difficult sometimes, given that we enter new markets and there’s a lot of technical work associated with that, such as packaging in other languages. Gram usually delivers very fast, and they always do their best.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like their 3D work, the quality of their work, and their creativity.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They do their best—I can’t think of any improvements.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

No.
