Healthy Family is a Warsaw clinic, providing medical services for 20 years. We provide comprehensive health services within the primary health care POZ framework mainly based on a contract with the National Health Fund.

Grafit Agency was responsible for the development of our new website. We needed to refresh our old website to make it modern and attractive to our patients.

What were your goals for this project?

The clinic's website is a showcase of the business and a source of news for patients. We measured ourselves by refreshing the site to not stand apart from the cutting edge giants, in the medical community. The main goal was to create a user-friendly website consistent with the clinic's image, social media, posters, and flyers.

Grafit agency was recommended to us by our clients. We were looking for a company that specializes in creating a modern image. Grafit's portfolio convinced us to entrust this company with the project

Describe the project in detail.

Our project was to create a modern website that will represent our clinic with dignity. We wanted to create an intuitive guide to key health information, introduce our team, and create a blog with news and articles.

What was the team composition?

We worked with the project manager, who was responsible for team comunnication.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final result exceeded our expectations. The website is viral among our partners and customers who appreciate the clear access to news and the most important information. We still cooperate with Grafit Agency, we work together on functional forms and developing our blog.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was available to us, answered every question and explained the process of creating the website. First, we discussed the website's purpose together. The team prepared a clickable prototype that we refined together and got the final result. Communication during the project was at the highest level both remotely and in meetings.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were most impressed by the professional approach and knowledge of the client's needs. Working with a young team is a pleasure and a great learning experience.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We continue to work with the company. We get along great and we are happy with the way they work. There are plenty of challenges ahead.

TO BYŁ ROK is an innovative project in the gift industry - a unique design card, where the most important events of a given year were gathered in one place. A sentimental journey into the past.

For what projects/services did your company hire Grafit Agency, and what were your goals?

The challenge was to create a website for an innovative idea in the gift industry, innovative and therefore different from all others. The e-commerce store designed and created from scratch with record time fully met these expectations.

How did you select Grafit Agency and what were the deciding factors?

The cooperation began with a friend's recommendation. I trusted him. The first contact with the Grafit Agency convinced me that it is a good choice. I also trusted my business intuition and was not disappointed with it.

The key element that decided to start cooperation was the transparency of cooperation from the beginning, clear expectations of me as the contracting authority in formulating the guidelines, and the (quick) deadlines.

At the beginning we discussed the project together. Grafit wanted to know my expectations well. Already at this stage, he proposed paths that later turned out to be needed or even necessary.

For example, the choice of WordPress as a sales platform, suggestions regarding the optimal choice of partners for cooperation (payments, courier companies), and other impressions.

I had one permanent interlocutor who was perfectly familiar with the specifics of the project. Agreed changes or proposals were implemented immediately.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The e-commerce project was created in record time, it was practically ready in a month. A fully functional store, with a beautiful and original graphic design, fully integrated with payment systems and courier.

Daily contact, quick questions and answers, content and professionalism. Many things that seemed impossible to get over to me became simple and trivial after Graphite led me by the hand through many important aspects of e-commerce.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Innovation, out-of-the-box thinking, quick reaction, patience and always proposing several solutions, constant contact with the client and - most importantly - listening to the client and his expectations. Throughout the cooperation, I had the feeling that I was in good hands. In this way, they gained my full trust.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think that for young people they already have incredibly rich experience, sense and intuition, and a very pro-customer attitude. They will get even better with time, though it's hard to imagine.

The Virtuosa Foundation is carrying out projects combining the virtuosity of excellent architects, designers, classical music stars with good-hearted people from the business world. The aesthetics and standard of interiors for children and adolescents have a huge impact on their psychological comfort, and the changes we will make together will remain for years.

For what projects/services did your company hire Grafit Agency, and what were your goals?

Our foundation needed an agency, which would be willing to design and implement a website in a very short time, from the ground up. We wanted our website to be our virtual business card, to represent our foundation, bring people closer to our mission, its goal and present our partners.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had already worked together with some of Grafit’s team members on a few charity projects in the past. We posted an announcement on Linkedin that we were looking for someone to create a website for us. Grafit reached out to us, among many others firms. We decided to go with Grafit, having considered their perfectly suitable offer (which included a very short implementation time) and a great portfolio.

We didn’t have much content to put on our website, so the most significant part for us was presenting our Foundation in an appealing way. Grafit adapted to the conditions and by including very neat and smart animations made the content appear much more lively. Moreover, they provided us with the ability to easily add new, future content with a template made by them especially for our needs. Grafit also prepared the website in two language versions.

We were in touch with the project manager. He coordinated all the work and passed all information to two others team members - the web developer and the web designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The incredible thing about the collaboration is that the website was delivered to us in only five days. These were tough demands on our part, but Grafit managed with it without any problems. It was clear to us that they got engaged in our mission and really put all of their effort to help our Foundation. Grafit included everything we needed on the website. Now we can delightedly inform people about our Foundation’s great initiatives.

In fact, we were in contact constantly, due to the very fast-paced character of the project. We could rely on Grafit’s quick response to any of our inquiries. Also, Grafit was frequently giving us updates on their work.

It is pretty obvious that it seemed unlikely that any team would consider doing this work in only five days. Grafit Agency’s contribution to our foundation was a very valuable support in spreading our mission. We definitely felt the modern and expert approach of the team and their agile work style.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing like that comes to my mind.

I own a luxury and sports car rental located in Warsaw. We rent cars for the long and short term. We have many vehicles available in our offer and what distinguishes us from similar companies is that we can deliver our car to the client in only a few hours.

We are a new company, so we needed an entirely new website to advertise ourselves and manage rentals online. We required the website to be simple in use not only for our clients but also us because we need to regularly add new cars to our offer. We also wanted to make it easy for our clients to contact us, so we asked Grafit to highlight our email contact, phone number, and a contact form.

Our friends worked with Grafit on their own website and they recommended it to us because they were delighted with the cooperation and its effect. We reviewed Grafit’s portfolio, and it impressed us so we reached out to them. Their transparent and reasonable offer ultimately determined the cooperation.

Grafit delivered the website using WordPress, including an intuitive dashboard for editing existing content and adding new cars to the offer. They selected fonts and colours for the website to match our company’s character and catch the user's eye. We were exceptionally delighted with how they played with the visuals to introduce the renting process as really accessible and straightforward. The contact form also stands out, just as we asked for.

I worked with the project manager, who orchestrated all the work and passed all the info to their team. I was pleased with good communication and being presented with clear goals. I think that the idea of carrying out workshops at the beginning is brilliant. It helped me get ready for the teamwork.

I got introduced to many valuable concepts like the design basics, which helped me understand the process of creating the website. We also discussed the website's structure and what content I have to deliver to Grafit for them to use, and we scheduled weekly appointments.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were delighted with Grafit’s work etiquette, and the whole process was actually pleasant. There were no time-related issues. Grafit was really professional and finished the website in the time set at the beginning of our collaboration. They definitely understood our needs and delivered a website that perfectly suits our requirements. Thanks to that we acquired many new clients.

Our first meeting, where we discussed the project’s aspects, took place at Grafit Agency’s office. From then, we communicated through e-mails and had weekly call meetings to summarise the progress of the work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Throughout all of our work, we were confident that we were working with the professionalists, and we trusted them that they understood our vision and would put it into our website properly. They seemed to know a lot about UX and keep it in mind, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. This was very important to us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

To be honest, I cannot find any example of that. We weren’t disappointed with any aspects of the work.

We're primarily a platform for the safe sale and purchase of High Fashion clothing. Our idea of social responsibility and the growing trend of "sustainable fashion" made us want to create an intuitive platform where you can exchange your wardrobe without leaving home!

Our primary objective was for Grafit Agency to provide us with a commerce platform along with a luxurious brand identity. Furthermore, we requested a photoshoot along with a promotional video for our website.

We discovered grafit in the Clutch ranking of the best agencies in Poland. We really liked their approach during the preliminary meetings, their competence and sample portfolio.

We began by brainstorming logotypes, reaching an acceptable choice very quickly. Next we discussed the structure and future functionality of the online platform. We all pinpointed various details involving the photoshoot and commercial.

We worked directly with a project manager, and graphic designers who delegated tasks to developers. This all went on without a hitch.

We are blown away by the finished product. The services were rendered in the most professional manner imaginable. We can be proud of our elegant online identity as well as the functional website through which we handle commercial services.

We are highly satisfied by the results, the whole process was very effective and the outcomes of their work outgrew all our expectations.
