We started with an intro and familiarizing ourselves with the client's needs. The next step was mood boarding when the Product designer from the Grafit team presented the first design proposals to the client.
They used this time to get a feel for what the client was looking for in their final product. After choosing a design that would work best, they redesigned the entire user flow step by step, each screen at a time.

The project went smoothly, as we worked with a product designer who communicated directly with the customer. Our project manager assisted when needed, and we could finish the project on time.

Our cooperation was very successful. Our work resulted in a redesigned application in Figma, ready to be developed. We were pleased with the results, as the product designer perfectly understood the client's needs.

The foundation's website was created a very long time ago, it was outdated, not responsive to mobile devices, it made it difficult for us to function. And above all, donors had no way to find out about us, no easy way to donate. We needed the support of specialists to help us change this.

The Grafit Agency was recommended to us by people already involved with our charity. From the very beginning, we had a feeling that it would be a successful collaboration.

Primarily, we wanted the website to be more modern and optimised for mobile devices. We needed blog functionality to be able to post news and an English language version, as we also have donors from abroad. The most important functionality for us was to be able to donate easily online, by card, Apple Pay, Blik. So that the user can support us with just a few clicks.

The whole process was coordinated by the project manager, who collected the assumptions, presented us with a work schedule and then delegated the tasks to the team.

We are very impressed with how much easier and groundbreaking it is for the foundation to be able to collect donations online. It was a fruitful period, given that many bigger and smaller companies have trusted me to capture what's important to them with my camera. I specialize particularly in fashion, lifestyle, product, and portrait photography, but I also expand my activity to other themes.

For these few years since I started to photograph professionally, I had only found jobs by word of mouth. However, it became difficult to share my portfolio with each client and keep it neat, while not having a website. That’s why I hired Grafit Agency - to have all my realized projects tidy in one place, and present them in an especially attractive way to gain more clients.

We have already met each other when working together on other projects. I heard great things about them from common friends and I also checked out their portfolio, which first impressed me in terms of all the projects they delivered, and secondly inspired me to also have that good of a portfolio.

I didn’t care about having any complex features on my website, I just wanted to structurize and present my portfolio in an appealing way. Grafit chose fonts and colors and designed a visual layout, with emphasis on the intuitive and clean structure of photos categorization. The navigation is also really intuitive, which I really appreciate because my photos gain 100% attention from the web users.
Also, the photographs on the landing page have some cool animations, which altogether give the website a very designer look. For me specially, Grafit created a simple dashboard, where I can update my portfolio by myself only. Everything was made using Webflow.

I worked with the project manager, who coordinated all the work with the remaining Grafit employees.

Since the website launch, I gained more new clients than usual, who also said that they have seen my portfolio and they fancied it. Personally, I am also very pleased with the delivered website, it meets all my needs and is also very eye-pleasing.

I would say their managements style is really fresh and productive. They conducted a workshop at their office for me at the beginning of our collaboration, and I really liked it, because it made me feel involved in the process and it also made the later work easier. I learned the basics of design, we also talked about the desired structure of the website and what kind of content do I have to deliver to Grafit.
We also scheduled every week calls to sum up the work, and they all took place as agreed. Other than that, we contacted via e-mails.

What can be kind of hard in this type of project is delivering the relevant content. Grafit Agency created our website from scratch. It had to be consistent with Qullart’s already existing identification - our image, colors, logo, and fonts. We laid the website’s structure and content together with Grafit. The essential task was to develop and include our portfolio, offer, and recommendations. Grafit’s specialists added subtle animations, which give the website a modern character. They also optimized it for mobile devices. The technology used for the website was WordPress.

There were three people from the Grafit Agency working with us. The project manager was the one who mainly communicated with us, planned out the project, and provided us with the timeline.
The Grafit's designer prepared a prototype in Figma and together with our technological partner worked on our visual identification. Web developers implemented the website using WooCommerce and WordPress.

We were working in one-week sprints. We communicated through email, phone, and Asana (task manager software). Every week we discussed the project's status, and every two weeks, we had meetings with their team in the Grafit Agency's office.

There were a few things that stood out the most. Grafit Agency has an up-to-date approach to designing our website. It consists of young, talented specialists who know and understand web design and development very well.

When working with such an extensive project, what may be most problematic is outlining the steps of implementation and aptly grasping the client's vision, especially when the visual identification is extraordinary.
