Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a marketing associate for a cheese brand.
What challenge were you trying to address with Partners + Napier?
We needed help with our media buying campaign development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Partners + Napier helped us launch two campaigns. They also help with social media, website, campaign support, media buying, and all marketing efforts. In terms of ad campaigns, they do Native ads, retargeting videos, mobile display, e-commerce, and digital couponing.
What is the team composition?
We work with two account managers, as well as with Greg (Director of Retail Marketing), Sharon (Chair & Founder), and Michelle (Sr. Manager).
How did you come to work with Partners + Napier?
When I started working with the company, they were already hired. I believe our president really liked the relationship with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested between $150,000–$500,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
They began working in May 2018 and the relationship is currently ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It depends on what we’re trying to drive, but we always hammered in KPI’s. They always go over the top to do their best and go above and beyond. We’ve been really successful with the things they’ve done.
How did Partners + Napier perform from a project management standpoint?
In the beginning, it was really all about cultivating a relationship. It was tough at first but once we began to understand each other, it became a good relationship. Meeting deadlines has never been an issue.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re a great company to rely on for those big projects. Partners + Napier are really good at turning that concept or big idea into a reality and finding the right people to tell the right story, convey the right things, and help move along what we’re trying to get done as a brand and as a company.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Social media-wise, they should tap into a bigger demographic with the teams they put together.
