I’m the owner of a gaming community called Kaotik Precision. I started the clan about a year ago because I’m a hardcore gamer and I wanted a non-toxic community where people who are new to the gaming world could grow in a better environment. We also host in-clan tournaments and monthly events for our members. 

What challenge were you trying to address with Go Logo Now?

I needed a personalized emblem logo for my gamertag so that I could participate in gaming tournaments.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Go Logo Now designed a personalized emblem logo made specifically for me. We plan to reach out to Go Logo Now to make 6–7 more emblems for my clan and the rest of my members.

I worked directly with one person. 

How did you come to work with Go Logo Now?

I Googled graphic design companies and submitted my email through their contact forms. Go Logo Now was the first company to reach out. I liked what they had in their portfolio, and we talked a bit. We went from there.  

How much have you invested with them?

We started working in January 2021, and it took them about a week to finish the logo. We’re considering working with Go Logo Now in the future.   

What is the status of this engagement?

The logo cost was $170. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Go Logo Now’s team did a phenomenal job turning the idea I had for my emblem into a physical image.  

How did Go Logo Now perform from a project management standpoint?

Go Logo Now’s communication was on point and very strong. I reached out to them day and night, and they always replied, even if they weren’t at work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Go Logo Now did very well and really listened to what I needed. The only struggle we had was that I didn’t provide any ideas for the emblem font, and they made the original image with a random font, which I didn’t like. However, once I explained what I wanted, they fixed it and even came back to me with a couple of examples. The communication was the best aspect of working with them, and the work was outstanding. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really — everything was really good. We plan to work with Go Logo Now on a bigger project designing our community and member’s logos, which will need a wider variety of graphic design skills. 

Any advice for potential customers?

I recommend that future clients trust Go Logo Now. At first, I was really skeptical, but once I started to trust them, it became easier to communicate. They’re graphic designers, and this is what they do. The more details they’re given, the more material they have to work with.

I am the administrative manager of a small ballet school.

Go Logo Now built a new website for our school as well as set up company specific emails. We were previously using a plug and play platform.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

This vendor was selected before I joined the project.

When I joined the project, the website was partially complete. The first stage of work I took on was creating and updating copy, ensuring link functionality and overall ui review. This took several iterations to reach go-live status. Email set up only to about an hour. We ran into password authentication issues, but the team was able to get this resolved.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked directly with Allen Brown, Senior Business Consultant. Aside from that, I was not privy on how many resources were specifically used for each project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website looks beautiful and our emails are functioning properly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Allen was a wonderful person to work with. He is very patient and very responsive. We were able to get things completely overwhelmingly through email; occasionally by phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Go Logo Now had been a one-stop-shop for a business' web presence needs, while being very attentive to the needs of our projects. Allen, in particular was very easy to engage with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are quite satisfied, so don't have suggestions for meaningful improvement!

My goal was to have great website to get a lead and attract new clients

I registered in bark and few company called me to get hired but with all things that they offer for the value and price I selected them.

I discussed my project and how I want my website and what should offer and give information to the guest and they can connect with me . For wedding and event planning.

I just launched my website and family and friends loved it. I just need to promote more so I can start my business.

I am the only one in my team but they helped me throughout the whole project.

I read their reviews and saw their work online Also starting new business so need to look not only how design will turn out but also if it’s affordable for your company and they were just right for me.

I was Saturday with their work only concern is they have to work on their content team.

I hired Go Logo Now to help me get my project of 3 years digitized and ready to meet the world.

I posted the job and they were one of the companies that responded to my posting.

They are taking my artistic creations off the paper so I can bring them to life. The project was bigger than I originally thought, so they will be doing two projects for me. The first project is of 25 images, and is projected for 3-4 weeks.

The second project will be for 12 images that are more complex. They are going to show me the various versions as we go along for approval so that the project is exactly what I want. They were very flexible and accommodating with initial set up of the project.

I worked with one member Kairi, who is amazing! but she had three others working with her. Continuity in my contacts are important and Kairi has respected that request, and remained my contact through out. She keeps me uptown date about meetings for the project, and plans that are made. Always open to any questions I may have. She and her co-workers have all been great.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Kairi taught me some new computer tricks to help manage files and images I had never learned. Very professional, and as happy about my new success as I was.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I have to say the workflow is perfect, which is why I have chosen to hire them for the second project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The best part is how Kairi and her team match my energy! I truly feel they are as excited about this project and its launch as me! They respect how important is to me and the years I have put in getting it to this point, and what the final vision is. I will continue to use Go Logo Now and Kari and her team for as long as I have work.

One of the best things is the being able to reach out to Kairi when ever I needed, over any topic, and she was always back to me same day, or sooner, and help me with what ever I needed at that moment. Huge for me as the owner.

Back and Forth Meetings it was simple and it took 5 months and that is why they were cheap in $$$ so chose the plan that fitted my budget.

4 Months and everything was ready however just worked on bugs for the entire following month. It was a 6 months project.
