We wanted to increase our brand awareness and engagement via social media and content marketing for Rite Water Solutions. We also wanted to build a strong brand for our range of Covid 19 disinfection products.

After the initial discussion with the Co-Founders of the company where we agreed on the scope and commercials, I was assigned an Account Manager for my project. He was my single point of contact for day to day communication and operational discussions.
We had a content writer, graphics design, visual designer, video specialist and a digital marketing specialist assigned to our account who used to work with the Account Manager.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had a dedicated Account Manager and regular weekly meeting as touch points to track the work progress. Also the Founders of the company Ajay & Dipankar were always available when needed for their strategic inputs and direction.
This helped in smooth execution of our projects and I am extremely satisfied with the output.

In terms of SEO, our main services are visible on the top five pages of Google and Bing for major keyword searches. On our social channels, we’ve observed a 15–20% increase in the footfall and engagements on posts.

They plan and execute strategies smoothly. We haven’t faced many communication challenges with the vendor. They’ve submitted campaign ideas and executed them mostly within the expected timelines. I have closely worked with Ajay and Dipankar who lead TGTG and found their creativity excellent.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project is still ongoing as per goals mentioned previously. We have achieved the first 3 out of 5 goals and the management is quite satisfied with the outcome.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Both of our teams have single point of contacts (project managers) who connected on a daily basis for 10 min to quickly check on the deliverables and the timelines. If a delay or gap was felt it was immediately escalated.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They are very innovative and they can produce creative marketing ideas.

None that I can think of at this point of time!
