We are building a digital product for US market and then GT provide us manpower and IT consulting that solve our needs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We see in GT a business partner in which we can trust. They are faster than other business partners, especially in providing workforce needs.

For NDA reasons we can't say so much about our delivery process even work details but basically our scope it's a platform cloud based who serve for mobile application and integration resources like APIs.

We have 4 people working in our project and 3 of them are developers and one designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Like i say before for NDA reasons we can´t share outcomes but the project it's improving his metrics day by day.

Like i say before for NDA reasons we can´t share this kind of information but we use agile methodologies and very known tools to support it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One of the unique thing that make difference is the fluid communication and a very kindly between companies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe one thing to improve it's have a presential meeting every quarter to discuss the current quarter goals and the next one.

I’m the Chief Crypto Project for a big size company retail merchants products in North America and Caribbean states.

Our challenge was to integrate a crypto payment processing platform in our ecommerce in 90 days for the first MVP.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We search different vendors in America that provide IT services for blockchain. of the 5 best cabdisatos that presented the solution, the best architecture was proposed by Global Task

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Once we chose the provider, the project was defined in the following phases: Discovery of sandboxes in crypto payments, creation of backend for the platform, creation and improvement of front ends, prototyping, final tests and ramp up launch. all under an agile methodology.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

our main contact was his country manager and the coo but he worked with 30 other developers in the back end, front end, ux, ui, qa and devops positions

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We became the first retail ecommerce to accept crypto payments in Latin America

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Having a dedicated resource in our offices made it possible to mitigate time zone changes between our functional teams and their development teams. In addition, the CEO and COO visited our offices in Mexico on several occasions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Rapid adaptation to changes the IT solutions in the decisions of our business model.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Having a greater amount of local resources to reduce costs in future projects.

Not sure how they were selected, but we continue to use Global Task because of their high quality developers and good support
