Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the founder and director of a sales and marketing company. We are a company that helps entrepreneurs and business owners achieve the vision that they have for their business. We provide sales, marketing, and social media support and we also run strategy days and workshops.

What challenge were you trying to address with Global Exposure?

We were looking for a partner for our own website, but also a partner moving forward to help with our client’s requirements.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We helped with the design direction and they helped with the backend and the navigation. It was a really good process of back and forth, since we are in the creative space as well, we had lots of discussions. They used WordPress for the platform. I had a clear idea in my head of what I wanted to achieve from a creative and aesthetics standpoint, and they delivered. They also assist with SEO.

What is the team composition?

I work with Reece (Director).

How did you come to work with Global Exposure?

I met Reece at a networking event that I was hosting, and we kept in touch. When he started to establish his company a bit more, we decided to work together on a few projects.

How much have you invested in them?

We have probably spent about £6,000 to £7,000 (approximately $8,000 to $10,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2020. It is ongoing because we use them to help facilitate our own client’s requirements as well.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have started using them for SEO now as well, but I think we are still trying to crush out those numbers to get a true representation of the effect. We weren’t using SEO before at all, and there has been an improvement, but I can’t put a number on it. They know what they are doing when it comes to SEO, and the way they analyze it is really, really helpful and informative.

The fact that we continue to work with them is a testament to the quality of work they produce. I think the quality is very good.

How did Global Exposure perform from a project management standpoint?

They are good at hitting deadlines. Project management is exceptional and there is also accountability— they'll chase us for what they need. We communicate through Zoom calls and phone calls. We have calls with them probably every week at the moment.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s a difficult question because I am not a normal customer. I think what makes them different is their reliability. A lot of web designers I have worked together with in the past aren’t the most reliable, and they don’t take ownership.

I think Reece as an individual is a good guy as well. He has a great idea of what a relationship should be in terms of one company to another. He is always trying to help.

Every business owner has a million and one other things to worry about so when they are looking for a web design person or SEO person, or any other additional person to come into their company, they are looking for someone to solve a pain point effectively, and if they can add any additional value that is a bonus. Reece and his company do that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I think they are quite proactive in terms of constantly looking for ways to increase efficiency and increase automation. From my perspective, I am probably coming from a slightly different angle due to the fact that we are working together continuously on a number of projects, but I think they are definitely actively trying to problem solve and make things easier and more efficient which is what you want.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I think they do a lot of things really well. Just having a clear idea of your vision and of what you want helps with any company that you are working with.
