We needed help with SEO services to get better rankings on our website.

We started with keyword research. We identified 10 keywords and they started onsite and offsite at the same time. They installed a WordPress plugin, and they asked us to purchase a tool for them to optimize keywords. They also used the identified keywords to do offsite link building. They used various sources and quality backlinks were found. They built this system manually over a period of 4-5 months. Around early February, we started to see the results. Our rankings increased dramatically.

They provided SEO services on a monthly retainer basis. They did link building exercises for us. They also did on-page optimization, social media, and content writing.

Our rankings increased dramatically. They helped us to rank on the first page of Google. They posted our links on around 250 websites. We use Google Analytics to look at the metrics.

How did Glimmers Point perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a weekly meeting on Fridays. They used Google Sheets to track all the link building and on-page optimization. I was seeing their results live. We communicated via email. Project management was handled very well. They share metrics with us monthly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They don’t hesitate to say yes. Whatever I requested, they said yes to it. Their relationship building skills are very good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The link building sources that they choose could be better. The content they wrote for us wasn’t very high quality. Eventually, we had to do our own content like blog posts and classified posts. However, when we asked for a better content writer, they provided it. Now we’re all good.

My client is happy with their SEO work. Generally, it takes two months to show on the top two pages of Google, but within a month we started seeing results. The conversion rate is good. We also gave them our competitor’s website and they showed us a comparison of how we’re doing.

Before we started, they gave us a full report on how our website is doing. They gave suggestions and made changes in the tags. The weekly reports they provided were great and helped track progress.

My client didn’t have a deep understanding of technology, but Glimmers Point understood how to explain things simply. When they sent a report, they really helped him understand what everything meant. 

They gave us a really personal touch. They didn’t treat me like a business or source of income for them. They treated us like a friend and made suggestions.
