Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CIO of an IT services company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Gleecus TechLabs?
We were looking for a technology partner that could provide mobile app development services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Gleecus TechLabs has done two projects for us. One was a logistics project where users can book Uber and track the vehicle arriving at their place. They can move the order to different locations, along with looking at the vehicles and find out how the driver drives the cars. It also shows the temperature and other details.
The second project was an e-commerce site where users can place orders and make payments.
Their team created apps for iOS, Android, and web. The Android app is built using JavaScript and Kotlin. For iOS, their team used Objective C and Swift. They used HTML5 and JavaScript for the web portion. For the backend, PHP and MySQL were used.
What is the team composition?
Our single point of contact is our project manager. There are around ten people on the team.

Gleecus TechLabs is great at architecture, UI design, and coding. They’re proactive in giving the right suggestions.

Our ongoing engagement with Gleecus TechLabs started in 2017.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Gleecus TechLabs built technically sound work. We’ve completed phase one of the projects and are now planning to roll out with phase two. I recommend working with them.
How did Gleecus TechLabs perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management style was great. The assigned project manager interacted with my project manager. We started the engagement with Gantt charts. Their team plans the projects and updates everything in the software tool. Everything is done professionally.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Gleecus TechLabs was excellent at providing solutions. When I started the first project, I wasn’t sure about what I wanted. They discussed it with my stakeholders, understood the business idea, and proposed a solution. I was impressed with how proactive Gleecus TechLabs was.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I've suggested that their team perform automation testing.
