I am the Legal and Business Relationships Manager in HUMIND, a talent attraction and recruiter center in Mexico City. In HUMIND we are specialized in finding reliable and trustworthy applicants for financial sector, including banks, e-commerce, fintech startups, and brokerage firms.

For what projects/services did your company hire Gila CMS, and what were your goals?

We were automatizing our processes, so we needed tu build a job seeker website, where applicants with knowledge and experience in financial sector could upload their profiles, create CVs and get in touch with our business partners and clients. Therefore, we ask GILA CMS, to build this website that could be able to manage our profiles internally and also, to get an easy filter for our costumers and business partners.

I reviewed some previous recommendations on many different websites, including CLUTCH, and I got a recommendation to hire Gila CMS services, since they were both profesional and affordable.

First instance, we needed Gila CMS to understand our needs and to help us set up the idea in developing terms. Next, Vasilis, Head Office in Gila CMS, walked us through every step that was necessary to complete the task. He proposed to have weekly meetings to review the advances made on the website, and he also listened to our requests. We programmed results delivery weekly and every new meeting, there was another goal we must review in order to continue with the project.

Vasilis, as project director was our main point of contact and he is available whenever we need to review or make changes to the deliverables. There was also a full time developer in charge of making the project deliverables and she is present in every meeting we hold.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Today we have a completely functional platform that does exactly what we need. It is a platform that allows applicants to search for specific vacancies in financial sector, and also generates candidates profiles, creates CVs and has every security locks we are obliged to have, in terms of developing and also data protection.

Vasilis is a direct person and is very communicative. He is always pending on clients needs and he has a great disposition and attitude when anything must be change or redone. He also proposes many good ideas, that helped us to have a better comprehension on our platform needs. We developed a weekly calendar with meetings and specific delivery dates which made this project easy to follow. Also we had a chat were we connected the most relevant parties in the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Gila CMS manages to deliver a concrete but also human service. The people working there are professionals and interested in every project they create. It is remarkable that every problem that arises is issued and any task is completed on time. Moreover, they are also pending on clients needs anytime of the week, and they attend urgencies with diligence.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I sincerely consider Gila CMS provides a great service and I am grateful for their job.

We help students with exam prep by providing contextual information for every question. Students can learn and prepare at the same time. I am the Co-Founder and President

I hired Gila CMS to build the platform on which we would deliver our Learning system to students. I'm a first time entrepreneur and I wanted to keep the platform easy to use, good to look at and I wanted to keep things affordable. GILA CMS helped me achieve all that!

I conducted an interview with Vasilis who heads GILA CMS. I was looking for technical expertise, flexibility with working for a first time entrepreneur and out of the boxes ideas for questions that I presented in the interview. All those boxes were checked!

• Design the interface of users and learning materials
• Design and implement the learning sessions of the platform
• Design and implement the exam questionnaire for the students - Create boards to analyze how the platform is used by the users

Key deliverables were:

• The ability to upload the content in the system
• Have a friendly UI for the learning session and exams, so students can use it as early as possible and get feedback

The technologies used are PHP 7 and MariaDB

The project was delivered ahead of schedule and we are preparing for the next stage to add additional features based on student feedback. I look forward to working to working further with them

We used agile style, but with weekly scrum meetings to check on the project status

Dependability and flexibility. I can count on them to be very accommodative to our needs and budget. For every idea I get several solutions based on different budgets so we can pick what works best for us. I can depend on them to promptly take care of the few bugs that we find and to respond in lightning speed

I think they're on good path and I'm very pleased with their work

I am the owner of the online store of hipatia.com.mx. This is a store of jigsaw puzzles, books and games.

I did NOT want to hire a programmer to make my store, I wanted a system that was not so sophisticated that I could learn to operate. That it wasn't so expensive. To offer me a support service in case I need it.

In my search for options, I found many options some look expensive and specialized. I found on Facebook Gila CMS, where they promote a way to make web pages easy and with no programming knowledge. 

I scheduled a meeting with team of Gila CMS to show me how the system for the virtual store works.

Once I purchased the virtual store, I started working on entering my products. Then when I want to incorporate an API so I can incorporate a payment service. They provide the service to introduce this API. The same way happened for a WhatsApp pop-up. Then my store was settled.

Every time that I need a consultation to learn how to use the store, I communicated with two different people who were in customer support.

I started selling online and could see how many people were interested in my products, control my inventory, and communicate with prospective clients.

The management of this project was surprisingly smooth. I feel that the attention was very good. If I had a problem or see a bug, they fixed it in less than an hour.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

To make and work a virtual store in the system of Gila CMS was effortless. They were patient and willing to help me throughout the partnership. The prices were accessible to me.

They could improve to make the design more flexible for showing the products more.
