Elite Tech World is an international consulting firm established in year 2018. Specialized in selling and procuring Ferrous, Non-Ferrous scrap, and wide range of Electronic items. Elite Tech World has dedicated office staffs in China's Wuxi city to give a premium service support to clients. Expert in Supply Chain and Elite Tech World has products range as Heavy Melting Scrap, Plate & Structure, Blue Steel, Steel Turning & etc. At Elite Tech World I am serving the company as a Marketing Manager with responsibilities to enhance company's client reach and approach.

As the company was a new establishment and being a Marketing Manager, it was my responsibility to have creative and impressive digital products, and having a business website was one of them. We had just an imagination of our business website which is more corporate yet decent and stylish as well. The same thoughts we delivered to team GFXRIDER.COM As per their process we had few meetups with team gfxrider and in those meetings, they tried to understand our requirements, and then they showed us 3 designs concepts. We chose one of the designs and then they developed the website and during the website development, they were showing the progress of the website which was quite satisfactory. About the technologies, they clearly mentioned in their proposal that they will use opensource and custom design and development skill to get website done. They mentioned Photoshop, HTML5, WordPress, PHP, JavaScript and etc.

On the basis of our meetings and their information we had a team of 3 members for our website development project. Not sure, but if I am correct two were out of them were developers and one was the designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Overall I can say that we were satisfied with their services. Of course, there were few tweaks, modifications during the design and development but they took it easy and finally delivered the project as per the satisfaction of Elite Tech World. We are planning to have online marketing services from gfxrider as well.

We had a WhatsApp group leading by their project manager. I was free to post my suggestions and requirements on the group chat and I was getting responses frequently. We had few telecommunications also with their project manager, and he was quite polite and cooperative. We got our website even before the assumption date of the project which was mentioned at the initial stage.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their skills in managing design and development aspects with affordable pricing was immensely impressive for us. As we were aware that in India most of the website development agencies are not trustworthy in terms of after sale support services and once we found the same with gfxrider, we found it unique and impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As we had just one project of website with them which was positively delivered to us. We can't say anything on this.

I am the owner at WebTafri which is an entertainment blog. My purpose to run this blog is just to provide a healthy and joyful content to my audience.

I had an idea to create a platform where I can give entertainment and fun stuffs like; Celebrities Photos, Recipes, TV & Film News and etc., to my target audience. I was searching for an experienced web agency who can easily deliver this to me.

Before I found GFXRIDER I hired an another web agency but it was just wasted of my time as they took too much of time and even not deliver my project. So, I was really afraid to hire a new web agency for getting my blog ready.

It was my daily discussion in my friend circle to find-out a reliable and experienced web company and then I came to know about GFXRIDER as he had a good experience with them.

I met twice with the team of GFXRIDER and they assured to me for best web development services and yes, I got the same what they promised to me.

Honestly, I was not really technically sound at that time, so I was most dependent on GFXRIDER and they took it positively instead misguiding me. First, in our initial meetings they tried to know my idea, requirement and goals.

Then they prepared two wire-frames of the blog and asked me to choose and I chosen the running one. They asked me to get all the information like; Categories, Images, Articles, and all.

I provided the same to them and they organized all the things. They were showing the progress on every step which was a comfortable part for me, as instead having a complete website at once I asked to make some changes at various part of the website and then gradually I got the result as per my desire.

Regarding technology I am not really aware about that except I remembered Photoshop, PHP and WordPress.

There were 3 team members (except project manager) of GFXRIDER I met during my project development and I remember that one of them was Senior developer there and rest two were designers.

My purpose to create WebTafri was generating income from Google AdSense and I clearly delivered my message to GFXRIDER at the very initial stage of the project.

On this, they did guide me that how and when I can be eligible for Google AdSense and they help me out to get Google AdSense successfully and they configured it on the website.

That was really an unforgettable moment for me when I saw the Google AdSense at my Blog.

Along with their skills communication and support is the key success factor for GFXRIDER I can say. As team of GFXRIDER was easily available on my comfortable timings.

Connectivity and communication with them super easy. Regarding timelines, although there was a slightly delay in launching the project as per the expectation but still I was happy because the final result was according to my desire.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They designed and developed my website/blog on user friendly platform which me and my team can easily use without having sound knowledge of web development. Talking about unique.

I can say they are fulfilling their promises, commitment, and above all best after-sale support services. Which I rarely see in the industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Too much of perfection, as I mentioned above that there were a slightly delay (4 days) in project delivery and the reason was they were trying put their 100% perfection before launching, even while I was satisfied.

I told them that I think minor bugs can be made on the live website.

I’m the owner of Servo Tech Corporation, a manufacturing company. We create a variety of different products, including a manual stabilizer, transformers, and more. We also manufacture industrial and commercial transformers to manage electricity.

GFXRIDER designed and developed our website. They also host my website. In August 2020, they optimized my site for SEO purposes. They continue to provide support services when necessary.
