We hired Getman Design to create a website for our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Getman Design has designed and developed our website from scratch using Tilda; they also maintain and host the site. They’ve also set up our website to host our emails. 

The site is stylish and minimalistic; on it, there is information about renting apartments in Cyprus. A catalog of rental apartments and houses is housed on the website, with a description of each. There is also the option that allows users to filter by whether or not they want to rent or buy. 

What is the team composition?

We’re working with the CEO. 

How did you come to work with Getman Design?

We found Getman Design on freelancehunt.com. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with Getman Design since August 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website has helped our business and allows us to showcase our residencies to customers. The quality of deliverables is very high — our primary contact accurately incorporates our edits. 

How did Getman Design perform from a project management standpoint?

They communicate quickly and clearly with us through an online messenger. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Getman Design's specialization in developing minimalistic and useful websites in Tilda is excellent. We’re very demanding clients, but Getman Design delivers for us. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everyone needs to improve, but I can’t pinpoint anything they need to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Accurately describing a project is the key to working with a freelancer. It’s essential to make a good connection with them to ensure a good project.

We needed help with web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Getman Design helped us design our website using a no-coding platform.

They continue to provide occasional revamping and updates to the site based on the feedback from our customers, which we’re also applying to our ad campaigns to increase our platform’s traffic.

What is the team composition?

We’ve been in contact with a senior designer from their team.

How did you come to work with Getman Design?

We chose them because we liked their portfolio, and they had an award for one of the best websites.

How much money have you invested in this partnership?

So far, we’ve spent around $2,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The feedback from our customers has been great; they say the site has a fresh and trendy look. Also, the messenger integration they added has been very helpful in getting in touch with people that reach out for inquiries.

How did Getman Design perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re a responsive team that understands our market and adapts to our requirements. Also, they’re always one step ahead regarding budgets and deadlines; we’re a new company, and we appreciate how they go beyond their work to satisfy our needs.

In terms of tools and communication, we use phone calls and Messenger — they’re very responsive and straightforward.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The value for money they bring to us is outstanding. Also, they have solid work ethics, which is unusual nowadays.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could grow their team size to expand their knowledge and expertise rather than just focusing on their niche.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them a test task before engaging with them to see if you like their work.

I om CEO in DZWINNER - it`s like an "Oscar" but in contact center sfere in Ukraine. We make challenge fo contact center emplloyee and support to aim goals.

For what projects/services did your company hire Getman Design?

Our wensite was created in 2014 and we need to redisign it. We don`t have expertise and we decided to attract for this job Getman Design.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looked webdesigners for this task. Of the 10 interviews we conducted, this company seemed to us to be the most professional and we were not mistaken in our opinion. Time and erxpertice - were important factors for us.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First, we held a short interview where we decided on the tasks. Then we were offered 2 solutions, we chose one of them and started working on it. About once every 2-3 days we received status updates and saw progress. Already in the process, we introduced some clarifications to the project and the contractor fulfilled them on time and in full.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

1 manager worked with Getman Design. This is enough, because everything was professional and high-quality.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The result fully met our expectations, and in some cases exceeded them. We are very satisfied with the work of Getman Design! Almost all of our customers have noted the difference between the old and new site.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was easy. Getman Design always provided realistic deadlines and competent solutions for various problems All that remained was to give the content and approve one of the proposed options.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The greatest respect for us was the immersion in the essence of the task - the depth of understanding of the request. This was supplemented by expertise, which allowed the task to be completed on time and within the budget.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. All tasks were done perfectly.
