What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We were looking for increased conversions and for the cost per conversion to be below $15. The client didn’t provide metrics for us, so I came up with them myself. Despite having to start the campaign without set metrics in place, she preserved. She got the cost per conversion well under my goal. Once we got conversion tracking in place, the rate was well under $5 with 6% of people converting. We ended up with 87 registrations, so I was pleased with the results of the campaign.
How did Get Savvy Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
She’s thorough, communicative, and responsive. When she indicates that she’s going to complete a project, she follows through. I find that to be a rarity in the industry. She sent reports when asked and provided clarification on details that we had questions about.
What did you find most impressive about them?
She’s responsive and thorough in her work. Additionally, they’re great at keeping me in the loop. There was never a point in time when I didn’t understand what was going on. They were communicative and asked all the right questions. She wasn’t relying on me for instruction—she was clearly the expert in this area. I felt very comfortable and confident with what she was doing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
When she sent me her initial campaign report, it was heavily numbers-based. I requested an analysis to go along with the data, and she was able to follow up with that. So, I don’t have anything negative to say about her work.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure they understand your goals going into the project. They’re a goal-oriented team, so clear communication of goal upfront is key to success. If you’re clear with your project details, you should be set.
