Offline Marketing Campaign
We were approached by an franchisee in the fast food industry who was based in the Midlands who owned 7 locations who wanted to boost the footfall to his locations. He wanted an offline marketing campaign to increase the current ongoing online marketing campaign. He was very open to suggestions and he really want to grow his locations to the maximum. He advised us that he wanted to try each offline strategy at a time, and he wanted to see an increase in sales. The idea was to try smaller campaigns to see if they worked and if they delivered the desired results, the owner was willing to put more money into the campaign.
Having understood the brief, we decided to try a mixture of different offline marketing strategies to boost his business across all his locations. The first avenue which was explored was leaflet marketing. The idea was to design a leaflet that captured the attention of both new and existing customers and encouraged them back to Subway for their food purchases. Next we looked at radio stations where we could spread the work on a cost effective basis. We also approached newspapers where we could spread positive news about each subway store. We also assisted them with the reputation of each store via online reputation management.
In terms of results, the best way to quantify this was in terms of turnover. Across the franchisees 7 locations, we increased the total turnover by over 20% in a period of 9 months through our offline marketing. A lot of our ideas were taken on board by the franchisee who used them in the future months too. We also helped the franchisee manage both negative and positive reviews with our Online Reputation Management strategies as well. The franchisee was really happy with our efforts and the increase in turnover.
Website Rebuild and SEO
The client came to us in 2021. They had a website but had a developer who had stopped commicating and they had no access to their website. They were in a tricky position as they had no access to their website and only access to their domain name.
We rebuilt the website from scratch for them. We advised them to use WordPress and created the site website as before with a new modern design. We changed the website architecture so they had more relevant pages for SEO. Once the client was happy, we made the website live.
Once the website was live, we ensured that the exact same URL structure was followed. The client is still with us today and we now run a highly successful SEO campaign for them. All of their keywords are on Page 1 of Google, and they have seen a dramatic improvement in traffic and leads generated.

Website for Musical DJ
This client is a London based DJ with over 15 years experience. He is now based in London, UK but has DJed in a number of different countries including USA, Mexico, Hong Kong, France and Italy. He has DJed at all kind of different events including weddings, corporate do's, clubs and party nights and Christmas parties. He also provides full lighting services, smoke machines and has a highly specialised team who can accommodate all party requests.
We were approached by the client in late 2017 with a brief where he wanted to increase his online exposure. He was relatively unknown on the Internet and did not even have a website. The brief was to build the client a website and to get him listed on every website available and to dramatically increase his brand exposure. He wanted a modern, responsive website and wanted to be listed in Google as well as on all review based websites.
When you type his name into Google, he now dominates the rankings. At the time we started, there were other people with the same name as him in Google.co.uk. He has now displaced them and he sits comfortable in most of the positions across the first 5 pages in Google. His reputation has soared and now gets a large number of bookings directly online and he now gets a huge number of referrals as existing clients can show his new website to their friends, colleagues and family members. All in all, he is a very happy client.
Website Rebuild and SEO Project for gardener
We were approached by the client in 2020 who had an existing website which was really slow, but was extremely dated. The client wanted a more modern looking website together with a content management system where they could edit the pages. They had not had a content management system before and had been reliant on a unresponsive developer.
We advised the client to invest in a WordPress based website where they could have a content management system and they could make all desired changes. We designed and built the website in just 1 month and made it live straight away.
Since going live at the beginning of 2020, the website has rocketed in the search engines. The client gets nearly all of his business from online enquiries and he has lots of rankings on the first page of Google. We also assisted the client to optimise his Google My Business account and teach him how to get more reviews and improve customer engagement.

The client offers services in the commercial and residential roofing sector. He approached us in March 2020 and wanted our assistance with building out a successful Google Ads campaign.

We were approached by the client with reference to building her a new website. She had worked with platforms such as Fiver and Five Squid but she found their fee of 20-25% was too expensive and she wanted to get customers directly to her website without having to pay huge referral fees. I’m the director of Thames Valley Services Ltd, a contract office cleaning company. We provide regular office cleaning services to our clients in central London, UK. We pay a fixed rate fee of £1,500 (approximately $2,000 USD) per month, which I think is very reasonable.

We started working together in March 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
GenieCrawl took over the project extremely well and very professionally. I don’t have exact figures on the results of our engagement. However, when I search on Google for a lot of generic keywords and phrases relevant to our business, our site appears on page one of the results.
How did GenieCrawl perform from a project management standpoint?
GenieCrawl has been excellent. They keep us updated about what happens, and they request our feedback. We promptly provide it to them, and they act on it quickly as well. Their project management is outstanding, and their work ethic is brilliant. We communicate through email and phone.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was very impressed with Genie Crawl’s work ethic and involvement when they took over the project. Additionally, their professionalism, SEO knowledge, and the fact that they keep us in the loop are important assets to the success of this project.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Honestly, there is nothing that GenieCrowl could improve on. I think they’re perfect.

Be very clear about what you want to achieve and what keywords you want them to concentrate on.

We wanted to start SEO for our company, I searched quite a bit and genie crawl looked to be the best. I was told exactly what we needed to do and the work was set about very quickly.

We wanted to cover work across the South Coast up to London with SEO. This was to enable us to get noticed on the web.

We hired Genie Crawl for our SEO work and have been pleasantly surprised. They have also helped us with any other technical issues we have had along the way.

I have worked closely with the sales people from the company. They have been easy to work with and seem to know what they are talking about. I am not sure of the full extent of there team but have spoken to quite a few people.

The project manager that was assigned to us was easy to communicate with. We have had plenty of updates and all is going well. I was impressed with the short amount of time it has taken to get going. they always let us know the deadline and kept to it.

For what projects/services did your company hire GenieCrawl, and what were your goals?
I wanted help to build a website and attract new clients to my work. Im a new artist and I needed help building a website to promote my image and music, and attract new listeners to my artist project.
How did you select GenieCrawl and what were the deciding factors?
I was looking for a company that could help me create a website through wix, as this was my chosen website creator, and I wanted this done as fast as possible, so I chose GenieCrawl because this ticked all the boxes.

I have previously used wix in the past, and I was comfortable with the platform but I didn't have the time to put together a full website myself, so I had to outsource this to a reputable contractor such as GenieCrawl.

All my interactions were with one person throughout the process. We discussed the project via email, telephone and zoom meetings.

My website was successfully completed within the month that we agreed on, and the GenieCrawl team gave me a refresher course on how to use wix as it had been a while since I used the platform.

Most of our communication was done by email. I also had some zoom conference meetings where we discussed provisional ideas for the website. They set an initial time frame of one month to design and build the website, which they met.

With GenieCrawl, I felt like a valued client even though I have a smaller business. I felt as valued and listened to as bigger businesses would have.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Due to my schedule, weekends were slightly better for me as I had more time but offices were unfortunately closed. However, my project manager did arrange a few meetings outside normal working hours to make up for it, which was greatly appreciated.
GenieCrawl delivered a professional website with engaging and interesting content. As a result, customers could easily navigate and order books from the site. Traffic also significantly improved. GenieCrawl's quality service led to the success of the collaboration.
