Our initial engagement begun with a discovery phase, laying out our goals and where we wanted to go with our company. They helped us with specific keyword research and directly performed an analysis of our competitors. From there, they made on sight changes and created new collateral with our updated tactics and chosen keywords. The team also writes monthly blog posts for our website, gearing it towards our target demographics.

Since implementing our new SEO strategies and efforts, we are ranking on the first page of google for several specific keywords. Our site traffic is steadily growing, with sources and backlink building at a very good pace. We had many customers that had found our online website with ease, which shows us a high achievement of work ethic on behalf of GenieCrawl. This gives us great confidence, trust and expectations of GenieCrawl.

GenieCrawl have been amazing at managing our expectations and deadlines. We found that they have a variety of professional skills amongst themselves, enabling them to efficiently work within any given task and timeframe at hand. They are always ready at hand when we contact them via email or by phone for any implanted changes that may occur. We specifically have a 2 weekly meeting between our team and GenieCrawl for any big updates regarding our SEO campaigns.

GenieCrawls level of professionalism, authenticity, transparency and pure passion far proceeds any company that we know in this industry. As a team, they have put in a lot of due diligence before getting started, ensuring that we at Teknest have a smooth and very functional project. Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At the moment, we have seen no areas for improvement on their end regarding their professionalism. I feel they could benefit highly from investing some time to create an Instagram account as this social platforms helps a lot of industries like ours.

I am an author with a background in hospitality, tourism, property finance and facilities management.

I engaged GenieCrawl to assist me to get my work published and to connect me with reputable publishers. I also used GenieCrawl to proofread my short stories prior to approaching publishers. I also asked them to help build me a simple WIX based website too. I still need to add more to the website but I finally have an online website.

Since 2001 I have been working with various companies and it was only in 2020 that I decided to focus my efforts on becoming a full-time writer. I didn't know how to get my work published and I didn't know who to speak to. GenieCrawl was the revelation to me as they connected me with several successful authors, and they also helped me with the structure of my stories and proofreading them with their team. They also helped to build me a website so I could have an online presence as well.

Since engaging GenieCrawl I managed to get several of my books published and they are available on the internet for purchase. My biggest success is my online dating book which is now listed for sale on Amazon. I am working with them on a few new publications which I hope will be equally as successful. My website is also live and I am working on adding more content too.

My total communication was with Neil and the bulk of this was by email. As I was sending my work to be reviewed it made sense to communicate by email. I also added Neil on skype and I was able to have skype conversations with him too.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

To be honest I knew very little about publishing my work and marketing and getting some online exposure. I just have a big passion for writing and I wanted an affordable company to guide me and put me on the right path.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Since I engaged them I can honestly say they have exceeded my expectations. At the beginning I was in conversations with Tony Andrews and once I became a client of theirs I communicated directly with Neil Reddy. The service provided by Neil has been nothing short of outstanding.

I’m the director of Thames Valley Services Ltd, a contract office cleaning company. We provide regular office cleaning services to our clients in central London, UK. Additionally, we provide facility management services such as plumbing, electrical, and gas maintenance. Basically, we can help our clients with any labor required for office maintenance.

GenieCrawl took over the project extremely well and very professionally. I don’t have exact figures on the results of our engagement. However, when I search on Google for a lot of generic keywords and phrases relevant to our business, our site appears on page one of the results.

GenieCrawl has been excellent. They keep us updated about what happens, and they request our feedback. We promptly provide it to them, and they act on it quickly as well. Their project management is outstanding, and their work ethic is brilliant. We communicate through email and phone.

Since completing the project with GenieCrawl, I now have my own in house mailing platform together with my own dedicated server. I am currently achieving a high inbox delivery rate without paying extortionate monthly costs. Overall, I am very pleased with the project and they delivered it to my exact satisfactions.

It was very easy to communicate with them via email and telephone. We also had some Zoom calls where they screenshared so I could see how they were getting on with the project. I felt I was kept up to speed with the project from start to finish.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I felt the service delivered by the company was impressive. They always kept me in the loop and I always knew what they were doing. They also completed a few extra tasks which I had not asked them for at which they did not charge. I also found them very honest and straight-forward to work with.

My experience was on the whole was very positive. The only slight negative was that they do not work over the weekends as compared to some other companies I have worked with before. This really wasn't a massive deal as they did work efficiently on the project.

I wanted a website that appeals to my demographic and to rank highly in Google so parents could find me. I wanted someone to be able to type in specific keywords and my website appear at the top of the results so I would gain lots of enquiries.

I actually found them via your website - Clutch. They were ranked highly on Clutch with positive reviews, so I reached out to them as well as a few others. My initial conversation with them was very positive and I was impressed with the sales guy I spoke to. Their price was also attractive which really appealed to me.

The project was to simply build a website which appealed to my demographic and a website that would rank well. I also wanted a website where I could edit all the pages, add content, change images and basically control the website myself. The idea was that I would be able to look after and maintain my website myself as and when it needed to be updated.

There is only me, as I am a self employed tutor so I work alone. With Genie Crawl, I spoke to the sales person to begin with and then I had a person who was the project manager who I worked closely with for both the website design and also for the SEO work that they did for my website too.

My website now ranks well so if I type in my main targeted keyphrases, I actually rank in the first spot in Google UK. For me this shows as a total success. As a result of ranking highly for my main key terms, I have seen a lot of enquiries. We saw many more pre COVID-19, but I am still getting them now, and I hope post COVID-19, I will start to get busier and busier.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was very smooth and efficient. We interacted via emails and my questions were always answered fast and throughly. I found it very effective and I cannot complain as the whole process was smooth from the beginning

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were very fast at doing the tasks and responsive throughout the project. They set a deadlines at each stage of the project and they completed it much earlier than the planned deadline. I also found the support to be great.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Its hard to criticise a company that worked so hard for me. Communication and the delivery was great. It would have been nice to have met them in person but the distance played a big role in this. We still did Skype calls and Zoom calls so that helped a lot.

As owner of SG Tree Services we offer all aspects of tree and hedge maintenance with our specialised team of arb personnel. We are located in Alford, Aberdeenshire where there is a wide and dynamic range of work that we cater for from residential to commercial projects.

The goals for the project were to get my website found more easily through the most popular search engine results. Ultimately I wanted my website to be at the top of the search list.

I was not disappointed as the website was very professional from the outset. This then allowed the GenieCrawl team to easily create the links to manage the SEO process and boost my search rankings.

To me the team composition is simple as I was allocated an account manager, Brett Miller, who was always at the end of the phone to assist me. Brett then allocated the work to his team of website designers and SEO programmers who arranged the website.

Although this is very early stages of my business project, ie weeks, I am having very positive feedback from colleagues. The website is already beginning to rank highly in the search rankings and I am gaining some good positive leads. My previous website had be going for months and achieved next to nothing.

The project management was through my assigned account manager, Brett. As Brett was my single point of contact he was not only a familiar voice to get to know but we discussed what I wanted in non technical terms and he relayed this information to his technical team. This worked very effectively for me.

Over and above the quality website and layout. They always have a quick response time in getting back to me.

So far I cannot find any areas where GenieCrawl can improve their Service.

We are a team of solicitors based in the London Borough of Ealing. We specialise in immigration and property law but can advise on other law issues too. I am a Senior Associate at the firm.

We hired GenieCrawl to help us with the online visibility of our website. We wanted to reach out to a wider audience and get more enquiries to the website. GenieCrawl currently work with us on brand optimisation as well as search engine optimisation for our website. We are also in discussions with them redesigning our current website too.

We were looking to get more online exposure to our firm. A lot of our business is referral and word of mouth, but we were now looking to generate online leads and enquiries. We were looking to appeal to a new market that we had never targeted before.

As we are not internet savvy, we wanted an online partner to bring our online business into the 21st century. We wanted to attract a new wave of online customers. Within 6 months of working with them, we have started to see more and more online generated leads and this is more than we have seen up until now. Up until working with GenieCrawl, we had only received a handful of leads in a number of years. Since partnering up with them, we are now seeing high quality leads which are converting.

It has been really smooth working with them. They always chase me up if they need anything and I find them always being proactive. As I am very busy, I often miss emails, but they chase me up and I am happy to oblige as i know in the ling term, I will see the benefits

We wanted them to optimise another business we had in another language and I found out that their team only optimises English websites. If they were to have some multi lingual staff, I definitely feel that would be an asset to them.

We had an old website that wasn’t mobile-friendly and needed SEO. We hired Genie Crawl to redesign, reorganize, and update our site.

What were your goals for this project?

Our main goal is to become one of the best tourism portals in the Balkans.

How did you select this vendor?

I was referred to Genie Crawl by someone who had previously worked with them. I spoke with them over Skype, and even though English is my second language, I felt very at ease with them. I chose them because I was comfortable with them and didn’t foresee us having any issues.

Genie Crawl came in and made changes to my website. They improved the look and feel of the site, as well as the admin area. The team updated the admin side of my site to let me easily upload all my content.

When they finished the admin area, they added random content for me and showed me how to edit my uploads and make changes to the site. The team also built an interface that lets potential customers see the properties that interest them.

I’ve communicated directly with a single point of contact since the beginning. All of our communication has been via email or Skype, and he is very responsive.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The website is attractive and modern looking. It also has every feature that I wanted. I can now make changes to my site through the admin portal, and new customers can follow up with inquiries by logging into the client area.

I’m planning to add another feature that will let tourist destinations upload their properties directly, rather than emailing us. The next stage of the project will be SEO, and I’m excited to see how they’ll further improve my site.

Everything goes through my project manager. He’s excellent.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I’m glad that we use Skype instead of phone calls. English isn’t my first language, so Skype is typically easier for me. I also appreciate how Skype records our messages during each call.

I also like how fast my project manager responds to me. I can message him at any hour of the day, and he’ll get back to me. He seems to be as eager as I am about completing the project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Our biggest challenge is the language barrier, but we’ve been able to solve that using Skype. There isn’t a lot that they need to improve. I’m very happy with how Genie Crawl has performed.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I started a small business to share my insights into the market and trading strategies for others to see what I do. I have a trend-following system where I stay in certain trades over the long term, as opposed to day trading. The idea is that three out of ten trades typically win. When we win, we tend to make much more than we normally would. The goal is to ride a trend as much as possible to receive a profit.

What challenge were you trying to address with Genie Crawl?

I wanted to develop the members’ area of the website. While it had been built in 2014 and had a nice frontend, I wanted Genie Crawl to make it more user-friendly.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Genie Crawl provided front– and backend development for my website. Their team used a number of processes to obtain information and architect a solution. Most of the work involved updating the members’ area and adding more features through illustrating results, creating dashboards, and optimizing page loading times.

I also wanted their team to develop a few scripts that I could then use to automate my day work. I go through different markets each day, trying to identify trends manually. Genie Crawl built a few scripts to have this process automated.

What is the team composition?

For the most part, I worked with a single project manager. They rotated two–three developers for my project. I was partially involved in selecting the resources.

It was through word of mouth from someone in our team who’d worked with them before. Based on the referral, their price, and their previous work, we selected Genie Crawl. We went through a normal tendering process.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with Genie Crawl in April 2019, and the current phase has been completed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Generally speaking, I’m happy. The automation process saved me a few hours each day. The project will likely extend into the future. It was frustrating to request changes over the weekend because they don’t work during those hours. From a customer service, product, and solution perspective, I have no complaints. We’re also thinking of hiring them for SEO.

How did Genie Crawl perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team is efficient and transparent. We were in regular contact, as necessary. Whenever I raised a question, someone responded relatively quickly. We mainly communicated through email and phone calls. I believe they’re using LinQ as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with the project management aspect. The level of planning ensured that needs and expectations were being met throughout the project. All of our requirements were captured, and I was impressed with how they addressed issues.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. We’re happy that Genie Crawl was referred to us.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

We’re looking at working with them again. Genie Crawl made the site more user-friendly, automated the process for looking at markets, and made my life easier. The idea now is to grow the business and bring Genie Crawl onboard for SEO. Given that success, I’d recommend other people do the same.
