We have been on the market for years now. We innovate software solutions in the healthcare domain and create patient-specific and self-determined care. I'm holding the position of Chief Technological Officer.
For what projects/services did your company hire СherryPick?
We hired CherryPick LLC to help us develop an admin panel (BackOffice dashboard) alongside an existing medical web service. Our staff needed a way to administrate both aggregated data and manage all the roles, and their subordinates.
What were your goals for this project?
Our main goal was to create an admin panel from scratch, that would allow us to manage separate instances, use-cases, roles and generate reports & statistics on the services provided.
How did you select this vendor?
We have been looking for an external vendor and decided to stick with CherryPick LLC as we have already worked with their team in the past and they were able to deliver great results in time. The was no reason for us not to trust them again and continue our cooperation.

The project began with requirements analysis and planning. Primarily we only had a list of features that we needed and requested CherryPick LLC to advise with the rest. During our cooperation they were responsible for:

* Feature implementation
* Project Management
* QA and deployment
* Post-delivery support and improvements
What was the team composition?
The project team was small and we had long-term cooperation. The team consisted of: * Senior Full-Stack JS Developer * Project Manager * Manual QA
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The admin panel was partially available after 2nd sprint and we've been adding functionality as the time passed by. We're currently using it internally without any access to the external world.

Project management was arranged effectively: * sprint planning * sprint reviews * daily reports * effective RFC management & flexible approach * in-time deployments
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Communication was extremely responsive, we were able to directly and most importantly free to communicate with the entire team at any given moment. We had a highly effective collaboration.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There's always room for improvement. It would have been even better if we invested more time into planning and creating a more detailed Scope of Work before initiating the project itself. The overall experience was productive and we received exactly what we were looking for.
Through an iterative sprint process, CherryPick LLC delivered a functional admin panel that's been used internally. Project management was arranged efficiently, so the client was cued in on all developments. The team was extremely responsive, which culminated in an effective collaboration.
