Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of The Rock Foundation Repair, a residential repair company for homes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Furthermore Agency?

We live in an area with a lot of clay in the soil that causes the ground to swell and selected houses to crack. I wanted to maximize our advertising dollars and narrow down the people who suffer the most problems and who we need to reach right away.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Furthermore provides software that lets me look over my digital presence. It keeps track of 98% of the social media and reviews sites where customers can talk about my company. That way, I know what’s being said about my company at all times. It gives me weekly updates in my email and regular updates when people review my company so that I can read and respond right away.

Furthermore also built my website and created my logo.

What is the team composition?

I don’t spend time directly working with Furthermore’s team. I have enough that I feel secure in what’s happening for my business.

How did you come to work with Furthermore Agency?

Joshua (Founder) called me. I was surprised that he found me because I was just starting out at the time, and he said, “What kind of a marketing guy would I be if I couldn’t find you?” I liked that reach-out. I’d encourage his salespeople to spend time reaching customers, making themselves available, and showing how they can truly open doors for those customers.

How much have you invested with them?

I use one of their packages. Furthermore is very affordable for the amount of coverage that I have.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started talking last October, and we still work together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The software saves me a lot of time. I’d want to hire someone full-time to monitor and take care of this stuff down the road, but Furthermore and their platform help me cover that for the time being. It really is opening up additional business that I can get into.

How did Furthermore Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m pleased. They’ve done a good job for me. Every time I have something come up, they’ve been there and found solutions. They just get good work done.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their software packages have truly saved me so much time. I can take care of what I need to take care of quickly. That’s where I benefit the most.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Joshua keeps up with the latest firms and best practices. His work allows me to brag to my more established supply businesses and give strategic advice. It helps me stand out as a company and as a business owner.

The time invested has multiplied itself out. Furthermore is capable of really honing in to my needs and recommendations.
