We needed help building our website and logo.

Funnel Boost Media revamped our logo and turned it into a bunch of different designs. They also created a completely new website for us.

In the first phase, we met in person. Jacob (COO) walked us through different ways we could get traffic to our site. He was very open and honest about all of the different aspects of digital marketing and what we’d need to do after. It helped us figure out how to best use the website.

From there, our board voted to move forward. We have one person on staff that works closely with their graphic design team.

I know Jacob personally. We decided to work with them because they have the best websites in San Antonio. They have the best reviews. We had multiple quotes from other firms in the area. Funnel Boost Media gave us a really good price compared to the other options.

We spent $5,000 on the website.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our website hasn’t gone live yet but the quality is 100 times better than our last site. The team was able to break apart our logo and use it in the site design. The colors are more cohesive and it's more user-friendly. The quality is beautiful, and they did a really good job.

How did Funnel Boost Media perform from a project management standpoint?

The team does extremely well. They’re extremely available and organized throughout the process. We didn’t have to repeat anything. The team took in and understood every piece of information we provided them. Overall, it was a very easy project. Within minutes, I can get an answer via email, text message, or phone call. They were extraordinarily responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their price is low because they do everything in-house. They run everything out of an office in San Antonio. They’re able to deliver $15,000 websites for $5,000 because everyone is in one spot.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, the entire board was really impressed with their attentiveness and the overall result. They really cared about the project. The team also gave us a lot of really great ideas on how to grow and view our online presence in the future.

Don’t work with anyone else; Funnel Boost Media is the best option out there.

We worked together from August–September 2020.

I was extremely pleased with their work. Cory did a fantastic job of keeping me up to speed on their progress. He also made sure I knew how to update the site on my own.

They were very good. Their team responded quickly to any of my requests for changes and new features for the site. They were always open to my suggestions and would explain in detail how they would bring my ideas into reality.

They were informative and helpful throughout the process.

I can’t think of anything. I had a good experience all around. They answered all my questions and followed up after the project ended to make sure the site was still working properly.

Give them as much information as possible in your initial meetings. They’re great at accommodating changes, but providing them with as much as you can from the start will make everything easier.

The website cost $7,500. The monthly SEO is around $2,000 per month, so we’ve spent around $65,000 in total.

We started working together in December 2018. We’re still working together on the monthly SEO services.

I’m very pleased with the website and the services they provide. 

How did Funnel Boost Media perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly communicate through email, but they’re available through phone calls. They always take my calls whenever I need them. Mainly, it’s easier for us to communicate through email, though. 

I’ve never had a problem in terms of meeting deadlines or scheduling with them. They were at every meeting and appointment. They use Salesforce to manage the project. Their team always does what they say they’ll do, so I’ve never had a problem with them — I’m very satisfied with that. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The easiness of the whole process and their availability are great aspects of working with them. They work seven days a week so I can communicate with them on the weekend — they’re always available. I’m very happy with their service and continue to use them.

No, I don’t have any criticism.

I’d definitely refer them to anyone — I’m very happy with their service.

We hired Funnel Boost Media to do website redesign and CRM integration to our existing website. We also used them to help us create and maintain a sophisticated phone system for our company & SEO

Our implementation began by speaking with the owners, Ryan & Jacob. They assisted us in choosing a CRM, phone system, and website format that would be applicable to our business.

We have since seen a huge boom in traffic with the SEO service and continue seeing results from that campaign. Also - our process management for handling existing business has been greatly improved.

Organized and efficient. We love all the tools they use to manage business.

Time management and expertise with third party software. They were experts at streamlining our business.

I am a partner in a company that does wedding photography, planning, & live action painting. We are located in San Antonio, Texas.

We hired Funnel Boost Media to assist us in getting more leads in our local area. We hired them to assist us and do analysis on our website to maximize our SEO presence and attract more traffic to the website. Our goal was to double our traffic and rank for more searches related to our industry.

This vendor was used in a project for a non profit that I am on the board of directors for. Funnel Boost Media did a fantastic job on the website for that company and we decided to try out their SEO services. Their prices are certainly not the cheapest but they are a fantastic value for the price. Also - Jacob and Cory make themselves very available and we didn't feel like just another number.

SEO began with a baseline analysis of our website and the "foundation" building phase. They have names for everything and took a lot of time to make sure that we fully understood their services and what Local SEO actually meant prior to everything.

I primarily worked with Ryan, Jacob, and Cory, but I know those are just the main people that communicate with Clients.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We rank in the first position for multiple keywords directly related to our services. We have only been at it a few months but the results of the SEO campaign are palpable.

Very, Very, Very organized. They have timelines and "no later than" dates for everything.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their level of professionalism. One of the owners is a military Veteran and you can feel that in the roots of the company. The team is well organized, professional, and both owners make sure they are leading from the front. I know multiple people who are veterans that I have referred and FBM has done work for free for them. They take great pride in that and in their dealings with the Veteran Community. Many of our clients are military Veterans so it was an easy choice.

I do not believe so.

Funnel Boost Media was hired to create a fairly complex CRM style database for merging content from various sources and allowing customizable reporting and data access.

Selected FBM based upon their flexibility, knowledge base, trustworthiness and fair pricing.

Scope of work involved project sketching, creating field criteria, data flow, export needs, reporting requirements, etc.

Owner Project Manager Programmer. We met approximately every 2 to 3 months for a project update.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our project was highly complex. FBM set an original timeline for completion and was focused on making sure the project was finished to satisfaction. The timeline of the project was aggressive and they were able to deliver the final database within a very reasonable time frame.

Good collaborative communication involving the owner, myself and key programmer. We communicated electronically using google docs and spreadsheets during the project. They responded immediately to requests and edits from my team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their flexibility, positive attitude, and honesty were impressive. They know their strengths.

Nope! Very happy with FBM!

Account manager for a pharmaceutical solutions company for seniors.

Needed an interactive website that had a landing page and where customers were able to scroll through products. Needed a website where customers could purchase online.

I called the number given to me by a fellow small business owner. It really came down to the service and promptness of response that I received from FBM.

I’m just going to remark on how professional this whole outfit is. People that answer phones are worth almost any dollar amount. I didn’t have time to mess with Go Daddy and get bilked while being out on the back burner. FBM is in the trenches with its customers.

Since I am not really in the field, I don’t think I’m much of an authority to expound. I will say the timelines were all met, with no deviations.

Again, FBM is in the trenches with their clients. It is obvious they are just as meticulous with their clients success as they are their own. This company is going to continue growing. They grow because they do solid, dependable work and don’t make their clientele feel like another paycheck or another number.

I am the regional operations manager. We operate within the financial services industry and provide funding for various types of real estate projects in the south Texas region.

Website design and digital marketing. We did a significant amount of due diligence of different marketing agencies in the San Antonio and surrounding areas. We looked at multiple companies that do website design in San Antonio. The project included building a website to include a payment platform to facilitate smaller transactions.

One of the factors we took into consideration was that Funnel Boost Media was Veteran led. I believe that this translates through their organization. Everything is extremely organized, and they seem to have an established internal infrastructure that takes influence from the military.
