They’re well ahead of the game, and we’re the ones who are always lagging at sending them documents. On the other hand, email communication is fantastic. They answer all our questions and give us feedback. We have no issues at all with Fuller Landau.

They’re a smaller firm, but they offer a bunch of services. Also, they’re joined with the consulting firm that does our tax returns.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their merchant system for electronic payments wasn’t working one time, so I had to do it over the phone. In that sense, they could improve their online money system.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Fuller Landau is directly partnered with a shred company. If you can do a shred, you should definitely consider that and get the most value out of it.
