Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the designated community lead for the Hispanic Latinx community at the North Carolina Community Engagement Alliance (NC CEAL), which is funded by the National Institutes of Health. I co-lead a team that has engaged the Latino community on COVID-19 issues and the importance of vaccination.
What challenge were you trying to address with Frontiers Animation?
When the project started, COVID-19 rates for Latinos in North Carolina were 10 times those of the general population. This community had been disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and vaccines were just becoming available at the time.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our own state Department of Health and Human Services had both been providing quality information, but it was too academic and complicated in its presentation. We were looking to create simple, straightforward, and culturally appropriate materials that communicated the same information to us as Latinos in North Carolina and honored our culture.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We began the engagement with Frontiers Animation by creating concepts, topics, and content for five animated videos. We used animated characters that Frontiers Animation had previously created for our partners in Arizona and California. Frontiers Animation wrote dialogue for those characters.
We gave Frontiers Animation data, and they created graphics with simple percentages. They communicated what the CDC and state authorities were saying, but presented it in a way that really resonated with our community.
Frontiers Animation facilitated our English discussions, translated everything, and delivered work in Spanish. They then created draft videos. We gave feedback and made additions regarding the script, characters, voices, and the look of the drafts.
Frontiers Animation helped us hone in on the wording, and we helped them account for the connotations of certain words in different Latino cultures. We wanted a couple of the new characters in some of our videos to have more melanin to represent the full Latino spectrum. Overall, our changes throughout the process were small.
After receiving their initial batch of finished videos, we found it in our budget to animate two additional videos. One was about the vaccination of children aged 5–11, and the other was about the importance of mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. For no additional charge, Mustafa (Managing Director) also gave us audio files that we could broadcast via radio and comics that we could print.
What is the team composition?
We worked directly with Mustafa and one project manager. They coordinated with their team behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with Frontiers Animation?
Our partners in Arizona and California had already created a few animated videos with them, and we loved the animated characters in those videos, so we reached out to Frontiers Animation.
How much have you invested with them?
We paid $6,000 per animation.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with Frontiers Animation from April 2021–January 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’m excited to say that we were amazed by their quality of work. The videos were crisp, with no technical issues. The mileage that we’ve gotten out of our investment in this project is extensive.
We created a Facebook page and posted everything that Frontiers Animation created for us: The animations, PDFs, and all of the comics. In a few months, our Facebook page jumped from a few hundred people to well over a thousand. We’re really pleased with that metric. Each of those people might have also shared our materials with others.
The print comics that Frontiers Animation provided us for free were fabulous because not everyone we’re trying to reach has internet access, and they’re not necessarily active on social media. We were able to print photo novella comic strips to give them when they came in for services related to COVID-19.
The materials were so well received that a local Spanish newspaper with a circulation of 15,000 printed a full page of our comics for free every week in November 2021, part of December 2021, and in January 2022. This newspaper was offered for free in bodegas, helping us reach our full community.
The full impact of these messages is immeasurable — we’ve touched many people through these animations and messages. These materials are reaching the people that we wanted to reach in our community.
At least three colleagues have since reached out to Frontiers Animation with messages that they want to communicate to our Latino community. They saw how professionally produced our animated videos were, and how clearly Frontiers Animation communicated important information.
The content and cultural appropriateness of their videos were amazing. Each of us could identify with at least one character in each of their videos. Frontiers Animation was amazing at helping us hone in on the wording. Their team knew how to speak to our community, and that ability went a long way. They also formatted data in intuitive graphics with pretty colors, simple percentages, and wording that hit home with our community.
How did Frontiers Animation perform from a project management standpoint?
The project manager that I worked with was excellent. We were amazed by Frontiers Animation’s timeliness. They delivered quickly, within 3–4 weeks, which was important because these messages were urgent. We did tweak one deadline a little because not all of our team members were available during the holidays.
Their team is located all over the world, but they always met with me at times that were convenient for me. We communicated via email and weekly Zoom meetings during production.
Frontiers Animation was very responsive and receptive to our feedback at every step. They quickly made every modification that we asked for. They were a very collaborative team, and whoever worked behind the scenes really listened to our feedback. Overall, we had such a pleasant experience working with their team.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I found their quality, professionalism, timeliness, and benefit-cost ratio impressive.
The quality of their animation was impeccable — they’re superb in their field, especially considering the price. They showed great commitment to ensuring that the product was what we wanted. The team we worked with at Frontiers Animation was wonderful — I’d work with them again anytime.
Mustafa was generous in giving us more than was included in their original quote. For example, we only paid for animations but he also gave us audio files from the animations to share with radio stations. One of our animations was originally supposed to be one minute long but ran to two minutes. Mustafa stepped in to deliver the full two minutes without cutting any information, as all of our messaging was important.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The only time we really nitpicked was when we edited a lot of Spanish-specific punctuation errors in their translated material, specifically exclamation points and question marks. Everything else was fine.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Keep that communication flowing — stay connected, give them feedback, and be flexible. You’re going to get what you ask for and probably a little bit more. Make sure to ask for exactly what you want and share your thoughts, though, because they can’t read your mind.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the director of digital marketing and communication at UnidosUS, the largest civil rights and advocacy organization representing the US Hispanic community.
What challenge were you trying to address with Frontiers Animation?
We hired Frontiers Animation to create animated videos for our call to action and advocacy campaigns.
What was the scope of their involvement?
For this project, Frontiers Animation developed an animated video to augment our campaign to pressure the US Congress to extend the Child Tax Credit. We met with their team at the beginning of the project to outline our needs. From there, they proposed several video options, collaborated with us to develop and edit the script, and hired voice actors. Once all of that was finalized, they produced and edited the video using their tools; Frontiers Animation's team also did audio mixing.
After the animated video was completed, they made several minor messaging edits we requested. They actually ended up absorbing the cost of those changes. Once we signed off on the animated video, we uploaded it to social media, our website, and YouTube and shared it with internal stakeholders.
What is the team composition?
I'm not sure how many teammates from Frontiers Animation worked on the project, but we mainly communicated with their CEO and a producer.
How did you come to work with Frontiers Animation?
Frontiers Animation sent us a cold email that sparked our attention. In the end, one of the main reasons we hired them is because they're a full-service animation studio.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested around $5,000 with Frontiers Animation.
What is the status of this engagement?
This project with Frontiers Animation was from December 2021–January 2022. However, we intend to continue the partnership for future projects in the near future.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It's difficult to measure the success of this project because Congress did end up changing their vote on the Child Tax Credits. However, I'd say that project accomplished the objectives we set for it.
How did Frontiers Animation perform from a project management standpoint?
Frontiers Animation had excellent project management — they stuck to schedules and budget. Typically, we communicated via emails and Zoom meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We're really happy with our partnership with Frontiers Animation. They've had excellent customer service and invested personal attention into our project. Additionally, the cost of their work has been very reasonable.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don't have anything for Frontiers Animation to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Frontiers Animation will help clients with less expertise in the video production industry with the creative process, and I'd advise customers to take advantage of those services.

I’m the managing director of impact communications at Save the Children, an international nonprofit organization.
What challenge were you trying to address with Frontiers Animation?
We needed help producing an animated video that talked about our climate work.
What was the scope of their involvement?
First, they made a script narrating our work through a child’s eyes. They then developed an animated video, and they handled all aspects of production. Our target audience for the video was high-value donors like foundations, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
What is the team composition?
I worked with a producer and an assistant producer.
How did you come to work with Frontiers Animation?
They reached out to me.
How much have you invested with them?

Please describe your company and your position there.
I work as the Communications Manager at the Young Center for Immigrant Children's Rights, which is a human rights organization fighting for immigrant children and their families. We champion the best interests of children who arrive in the United States on their own, from all corners of the world.
We serve as trusted allies for these children while they are in deportation proceedings, advocating for their best interests, and standing for the creation of a dedicated children’s immigrant justice system that ensures the safety and well-being of every child.
For what projects/services did your company hire Frontiers Animation, and what were your goals?
We work with Frontiers to produce an animation film about one of the first children we served at the Young Center. The video is more than 7 minutes long and centered on Young's experiences as he sought safety in the United States and faced deportation. We wanted the video to tell his story accurately and in a dignified manner that shows his strength and that all immigrant and refugee kids.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Frontiers gave us not only the best price but also beautiful work samples from previous projects. They also seemed to understand the value of immigrant stories and be excited about being part of this project.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
We had already created a script and voice over so Frontiers worked hard to create beautiful artwork and credit for the film as well as find appropriate music. We reviewed the product three times before finalizing and then realized we needed a chance in the credits section as well, and although that last round of edits went beyond the scope of our agreement, the team at Frontiers accommodated our request.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
We work with Ayesha and Mustafa both of whom were excellent. Ayesha was great at project management and Mustafa helped us with envisioning and big picture thinking. They were both open to feedback and thoughtful in their response to our questions.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We haven't shared the project publicly yet. We hope to do so at the end of the month. Our staff love it.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Working with Frontiers was a delight. They stuck to deadlines and helped us do the same. They are professional and courteous.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The artwork produced for our project is exceptional. It was so tailored to the story and our needs. Clearly, the Frontiers team listened to our voices throughout the project. They always incorporated our feedback thoughtfully and thoroughly.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
None. Can't wait to work with them again!

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a digital learning specialist at Education for Employment, a nonprofit organization in the international development sector. We conduct job training and employment programs for the youth in the Middle East and North Africa.
What challenge were you trying to address with Frontiers Animation?
We needed their help in creating an animated video for our learning platform.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Frontiers Animation produced a three-minute-long animated video, which served as a tutorial for the students enrolled in our online learning platform. We set up the storyboard, and their team was responsible for all the custom animation and screen design efforts.
We came up with different versions of the video, available in Arabic and English. Apart from the creative work, integrating the voiceover into the finished product was also included in their service package.
What is the team composition?
There was an entire team of dedicated resources from Frontiers Animation that worked on our project, but I was only in contact with one of their developers.
How did you come to work with Frontiers Animation?
One of their founders reached out to my colleague via a cold email, which was forwarded to me. I thought about having that email in my folder when we were looking for an animation team to tackle our project, so we then contacted Frontiers Animation.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $7,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project ran from May–July 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Frontiers Animation created a product that exceeded our expectations. The overall quality and the customizations they implemented represented our organization and mission well, and that was our main success metric for their work.
Additionally, we were pleased with how their team did an outstanding job in highlighting the regional specificities and the diversity of the Middle East and North Africa.
How did Frontiers Animation perform from a project management standpoint?
We mainly communicated via email and had periodic Zoom meetings. Frontiers Animation rewarded us with a collaborative work experience — they were responsive to our questions and requests and were equally receptive to feedback. Throughout the project, they had a smooth project management process that made everything easier for us.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Frontiers Animation had an excellent price point that well justified the quality of their work. We were also impressed with how eager they were to collaborate with our team and deliver everything we needed.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We had some miscommunication when it came to the designation of our scripts, but that was handled professionally. Other than those instances, Frontiers Animation was a reliable partner to us, and we wouldn’t mind hiring them again for future projects.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be upfront in outlining your needs, and allocate enough time to participate in the brainstorming and production meetings. These methods can help you determine if their team is working towards delivering your mission and design expectations

Video Animation & Web Dev for Telecommunication Firm
"I couldn’t find a better partner than Frontier."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the senior project manager for a telecommunications firm.
What challenge were you trying to address with Frontiers Animation?
We wanted to help our customers move in a direction to self-service, and to do so, we wanted to ease the comprehension of our content through video.
We were looking for someone to help with video animation. We were looking for something more interactive and for it to be aligned with our brand.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Frontiers helped with video animation. We had a demo before we went into the contractual agreement, then had the script writing process, the storyboard, the mood board, and the feedback in their tool to which they gave us access to. It continued this way even after the demo.
They’re also helping us redesign our FAQ page and our chatbot avatars. They’re also helping us with analytics for the entire customer journey.
What is the team composition?
There are around seven people including the CEO, who really wanted to make sure we got the support we needed. Once we were comfortable, we had a dedicated project manager, the head of design who we rely on on a weekly basis, graphic designers, and 2-3 web developers.
How did you come to work with Frontiers Animation?
I was looking for an overall solution, not just the animation. What made Frontiers stand out was the fact that their offering was such that they could adjust to our needs. When we told them we also needed to redesigned our FAQ page, they quickly found a solution for us to jump on.
This is something that was missing in the market. Usually we see people really focusing on animation and they don’t provide any other services. The work they do stands out from the videos I’ve been looking into from their competitors. The pricing and references were also very good.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $50,000-$100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in August 2020 and the work is ongoing. We actually started the project in October 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It’s really nice working with them and the way they approach the topic. The project is still ongoing. We are hoping to go live in the next few weeks. The videos that I’ve received so far and shared internally with our directors and chief officer, they have received very positive feedback.
How did Frontiers Animation perform from a project management standpoint?
We use Teams. They use a different project management tool but they were willing to adapt and started using Teams. We have a daily or weekly call and we have a slot assigned for the meetings.
It’s been a positive experience. Whenever I need to talk to them, I can reach them. I’m never frustrated waiting for feedback. They understand their customers. I don’t have to explain myself multiple times. We have video conferencing, calls in the Teams environment, and sometimes Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We handed our branding guidelines over to them with some screenshots of an avatar which is a real person on our team. We shared these basic guidelines and what came out was so accurate to what we would have expected from our own team working internally.
This is something you don’t find easily. There was no further explanation needed where we had to ask them to make changes. They just looked in the script and came out of it perfectly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We had a conversation this week along with my superior. We had a general round on feedback. Her feedback was that everything was working as it should be. I’m struggling to find anything for them to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Explain your pain points to them. We didn’t just talk about animations, we talked about the entire context of what we were trying to achieve. Going in this direction also enabled them to use their resources and knowledge to suggest how they can help us in this journey.
Even now in the midst of the journey, they realize how we work, what our customers need, and what we’re trying to achieve. They suggest what could be additionally useful for us. Usually, you don’t get this kind of advice for free.
With Frontier, what you say you need is what you’ll get. It comes down to how you initially define how you want to work with them and what you need from them. The rest is really smooth. I couldn’t find a better partner than Frontier.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
We run outdoor education programs and summer camps for young people and families. I’m the director of development, so I’m in charge of fundraising.
What challenge were you trying to address with Frontiers Animation?
They helped us create an end-of-year fundraising appeal video.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They created a video for us to send to our community to inspire their support. In the video they made, there’s a narrator speaking over a song we provided from the camp. Additionally, there were 10–12 characters in the 90-second video along with an appeal at the end of the video that directed viewers to a place to make a gift to our foundation.
We were new to the process, so their team walked us through their process. Our team initially wanted to have our staff handle the voice acting. However, they warned us that the audio quality may not be up to par, and they were correct. They recommended a professional voice actor, who we then hired to do the acting.
Their team also took photos and videos from our collection to guide the creation of their animations. That made their work authentic to the location and feel of our camps. They also incorporated all of our edits without pushback during the feedback stage.
What is the team composition?
I worked with Mustafa (Managing Director) and one other team member. Others were likely involved in the project, but we didn’t speak directly with them about their work.
How did you come to work with Frontiers Animation?
My wife has seen many examples of their work in the healthcare industry. Based on what she’d seen of them, she recommended that I look into their services. I reached out to them and didn’t feel the need to look into competitors. Their capabilities and portfolio lined up with what we needed.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about $6,000 on their work.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with them from October–November 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve been monitoring the open rate of emails containing the video and the number of gifts that come to us via the link. Based on those metrics, we’re happy with their work.
How did Frontiers Animation perform from a project management standpoint?
They worked hard to meet the deadlines we set. Our communication throughout the project was very positive and strong.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Despite knowing that some of our ideas wouldn’t work, they allowed us to explore those options anyway. They were able to create a project that felt true to our organization without having any prior connection to our work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would’ve been helpful to know at which points edits were easy to incorporate into the work versus when edits would be more challenging to work into the product.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be clear about the message you want the video to portray and use their creativity as a resource.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
We’re a nonprofit based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, the capital city of the Himalayan state. We work with children with developmental disabilities. I lead the research and community follow-up programs at the foundation.
What challenge were you trying to address with Frontiers Animation?
We won a grant to create an animated movie that encapsulates the work done by our nonprofit during the lockdown.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We wanted to send out a message to the families of children with disabilities. We knew for a fact that they’d had to struggle quite a bit during the lockdown, being completely disconnected from services, care providers, and so much more.
The whole premise of the movie was that mothers were doing all the heavy lifting with their kids. The request was to find some way to convince the whole family to come together during these tough times, so they could all pull together and have an impact on the child’s development.
Frontiers Animation connected immediately to the work we did, and they did a lot of research to understand the premise of the project. With all this in mind, they created a two-minute animated video for us.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Mustafa (CEO) and Arifa (Project Manager).
How did you come to work with Frontiers Animation?
Mustafa and I are part of the same university fellowship. I’d seen some of the animations Frontiers Animation had done, and I really liked the attention to detail and the care they took to ground the movies in their respective contexts. I approached Mustafa about our movie, and he immediately agreed.
How much have you invested with them?
They received £3,000 (approximately $3,800 USD) from the grant institute.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Frontiers in April 2020. The idea was conceptualized in April, we got the grant letter in May, we started working on the movie itself in June, and it was finished and launched in August 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We shared the video with other disability organizations, both in our province and across India. They, in turn, shared it with the parents they were working with, and the response has been phenomenal. Parents really understood the message, and they were inspired on what to do further.
Part of our work is to integrate children with disabilities into mainstream schools, and we got very good feedback from those schools on the video.
We also created a bilingual Google form, in English and Hindi, and shared it with all the parents, asking them questions about the film. They gave us a lot of feedback, including that the film is an illustration of a family facing difficult times during the pandemic, and that it helped build a positive attitude.
People told us that it showed them how to take care of one another during this difficult time and engage children in different ways with all family members. Overall, the video was very much appreciated.
We also tracked our progress on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. We got 456 impressions on Facebook, and the average reach was 409. We had 1,250 impressions on Twitter and 94 on LinkedIn, and we got 736 views and 129 likes on YouTube.
All of this was within one month, and it’s not going to end here. We want to use this movie for a long time to come. The video beautifully encapsulates the work we’ve done and it’ll have a long-term impact.
How did Frontiers Animation perform from a project management standpoint?
Both our parties knew that this was a time-bound project. We had a short period to deliver the movie, but Frontiers Animation was very prompt and stuck to what they told us. We mutually decided on deadlines for each step of delivering the movie.
There was one occasion where our foundation delayed the response a bit, but that was because we had various issues and had to work across different time zones. There was never a delay or lag from Frontiers Animation’s side. They were prompt with timelines and everything else.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Frontiers was very empathetic toward our cause. There was an instance where we had to change the timelines, and they embraced the change naturally. It may have cost them extra, but they didn’t project the cost on us. They were very accommodating, flexible, adapting, and understanding. They were nice throughout.
Everyone at our foundation agrees that it was a very pleasant experience interacting with their team. All along, they had a sensitive approach to the project. We were talking about a vulnerable population—not just people with disabilities but young children with disabilities—and Frontiers Animation was very sweet in their approach to the project while remaining professional.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Everything went as per plan and they’re on top of their game.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Clients have to be very clear about what the premise of the movie has to be. It was up to our foundation to give them the idea and storyline. Frontiers Animation helped build on it, but the main concept had to come from us. There had to be clarity in our minds about the message we wanted to convey. With that in place, their team can take an idea forward and create an excellent animation.

I work for Stanford University in a health promotion role.
For what projects/services did your company hire Frontiers Animation?
As universities plan to bring students back to campus in the safest ways possible, we needed to find ways to communicate the most important public health practices that we would be asking students to follow upon their return.
We needed to reorient students to what life would look like on campus for the forseeable future and to do so in a way that was easily digestible and demonstrated empathy.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goals were to encourage positive health behaviors that are proven measures to reduce spread of covid-19. We anticipated that this would be a critical piece in training students on these health guidelines so that everyone returning to campus had the same baseline knowledge and knew what to expect.
How did you select Frontiers Animation?
We found Frontiers Animation after seeing a video they made for Stanford Medicine.
We considered working with one other group but ultimately decided to work with Frontiers Animation for several reasons; they have a vast team that were able to turn around our project on a very short timeline, they demonstrated a deep commitment to representing our campus culture and doing research to meet our needs, and they were extremely responsive and passionate about the project.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
The Frontiers Animation team was able to take our ideas and run with them. We presented a preliminary script and from there they presented mock ups every step of the way. They created storyboards, narrator options, animated stills, etc.
They chose a chibi art style which worked very well for our student population and they were extremely mindful of representing our diverse community within the video.
They also did a tremendous amount of research and created characters with subtle nods to cultural aspects of stanford that were incredibly creative and showed a level of commitment to the project that we were extremely impressed with.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
They garnered feedback every step of the way and were able to accommodate changes throughout the process which was hugely helpful as we continued to receive changing guidelines from the state, county, and university.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have received excellent feedback on the video. It was the most clicked link in a resource email sent to students. It has been live for 48 hours and has already received thousands of views.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Using fram.io was very helpful. It made it so easy to comment on different parts of the video through the editing process. Everything worked very efficiently and Mustafa and his team were highly responsive throughout; even during off hours which was incredible.
They managed working with us from a different time zone and on an incredibly tight timeline.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their work speaks for itself and is beautiful and well thought out, but what makes this company stand out is their passion for the work.
They were just as excited to create this project as we were and brought a level of energy and creativity that made the entire project feel fun. They also are extremely customer friendly and accommodating.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I cannot think of anything I would change about my experience working with Frontiers Animation. We had high expectations and they continually exceeded them every step of the way.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the Managing Director and founding partner of a media production company.
For what projects/services did your company hire Frontiers Animation, and what were your goals?
We had previously worked with Frontiers in the development of animated public health explainers. We brought them on to create a very specific style of animation based on one of our founders artwork/style for a public health campaign for the State of California.
How did you select Frontiers Animation and what were the deciding factors?
We enjoy working with them - they are engaging, professional and deliver on a timely basis.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
Our team developed the script and the characters and then Zoomed with the Frontiers Team. They were quickly able to take our scripts, storyboard and transform them into full color drawings and through the animation process in a very quick time period. This was an extremely aggressive timeline with rigorous editing.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
Mustafa was the lead on the project and was excellent in terms of keeping the team on track and communicating with our team. Yahya led the animation team and was equally incredible and creative. Alex handled our Spanish language needs and coordinated the musical selections which was critical.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The video was of such a high quality that the State of California Department of Public Health was able to use as PSAs on network TV and in use for paid advertising. They also used it through their social media channels.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Incredible. They adjusted their work schedules to meet us even we were in Los Angeles, and they were spread all over the world. Various apps and zoom were critical tools and we really enjoyed the seamless nature of our communication. Frontiers met our aggressive deadlines.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their ability to take a very challenging task - adapt to an established and award winning artist's style - and quickly flip that around in a workable animation that will meet the rigorous standards of the artist, professional media agencies and the State of California Public Health Department.
These guys are legitimate and we have incorporated them into our team for multiple future projects.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not really. Each new project becomes more seamless than the one before. Looking forward to next project with this team.
