MARTINI - "MARTINI FIERO DI"
On the occasion of the launch of ‘Martini Fiero’, the new aperitif created by the Martini family, the group has chosen to focus strongly on Digital Marketing and in particular on the Online Contest dedicated to the launch. Thus was born "Martini Fiero Di", a Prize Competition valid throughout the national territory and dedicated to the Community of loyal fans.
The Single Page Application developed by Frankhood then generates the personalized card which can be shared in the Contest gallery and on the user's personal social networks. A fun experience that takes advantage of the Instant Win dynamics and is driven by highly coveted prizes for the community, such as tickets for the 'Jova Beach Party', the most awaited event of the summer, in addition to the possibility of accessing the exclusive terrace ' Martini in Milan '. A highly successful operation perfectly in line with the wishes of its public, providing them with an attractive, agile, automated, and responsive platform capable of skillfully supporting the initiative in every technological requirement.
The Frankhood Development Team immediately entered into harmony with the strategy concept created by the Bitmama Agency of the Reply Group, proposing technical solutions aimed at achieving the highest level of automation and reliability in the generation of images to invade social networks with a flood of UGC branded Martini. The backend of the application is written entirely in Python - Django; PIL (Python Imaging Library), an open-source library that provides support for opening, manipulating and saving images in any format, was used for the generation of the images. In addition, an automated moderation system has made it possible to avoid generating inappropriate content that is not in line with the brand's netiquette. All certified by the Frankhood approach which in the Continuous Improvement phase involves the use of Test Data-Driven and Behavior Driven to deliver a product of the highest quality.

ENEL - RACE TO CHANGE
Our collaboration with Enel was certainly one of the most ambitious, as when the aim is to spread sustainable innovation, there is an opportunity to accelerate real change. This is exactly what the 3,939 participants in the ENEL RACE TO CHANGE did. RACE TO CHANGE was a true race for the environment, promoted by the largest electricity company in Italy, who has always been attentive to sustainability and environmental issues.
For this ambitious project, Frankhood developed an online platform where participants have the opportunity to choose, for their daily journeys, the sustainable solution closest to their needs from a range of proposed alternatives: going on foot, by bicycle, by public transport, train, or by driving an electric car.
The 3939 members who kept their 'ecological promise', received a certificate of participation via email, specially designed for the occasion by the illustrator Francesco Poroli.
A configurator allows users to select their original mode of transport, and have it replaced with a more environmentally friendly option, calculating in realtime the CO2 emissions saved, based on the length of the route. On the homepage, a graph created with the three.js library illustrates the total kg of CO2 saved by aggregating all the users' promises.
For each promise, a user receives a personalized illustration based on the choices made in the configurator. The image is created in real time by the system, using the PILLOW library. Finally, with every promise made by users, Enel has committed to donating a tree, to be planted through a service offered by the treedom.net platform.
The use of the Pusher Channels API service which implements the Publisher Subscribe pattern gave the layout enormous dynamism.
The platform was created using Python and Django for the back-end and Vue.js for the front-end. The front-end is a Single Page Application in order to guarantee users a unique and immersive experience.

JUVENTUS - MEMBERSHIP EVENTS
The ambitious challenge for each solid brand is to combine the bond with its target clients and to integrate them as loyal members. These goals become a strong asset if we’re talking about one of the most popular, supported, and winning clubs worldwide: Juventus Turin.
When the sense of belonging to your colors is able to reach millions of people from any Continent, it means for a huge Organisation like Juventus, to develop a clever brand strategy with the aim to interact with its fanbase and to generate the enthusiastic output to have their fans to be the 12th man on the field.
Juventus for these reasons has launched a new section on its official website, totally committed to its supporters, choosing the Agency Bitmama from Reply Group and Frankhood as their partners to develop the ‘Member Events’ platform inside juventus.com (memberevents.juventus.com).
Thanks to this new platform, all the Juventus Members can discover and actively attend all the exclusive initiatives that can literally make dreams come true for the most grow-fonding fans; something such as Vip Hospitality, Bimbi in Campo, Invito all ’Allianz Stadium, Un Giorno con la Squadra.
In regards to the technical development of the platform, the project scope was to create a section able to manage and to automate each use case. A great challenge on the backend side was interacting and interfacing with all the services of the Juventus world for the management of the Membership Card, the caring account, and so on. Also noteworthy is the functionality that allows you to create custom forms for each event directly from a configurator so that the fields of each application can be customized according to the nature of the event. The development team was therefore engaged in the search for the best performing solutions, to deliver an impeccable product capable of giving the Juventus fanservice an innovative System of Interaction with their beloved Team.

BARILLA - CAPTURE THE PASTA
'Capture the pasta' is a mobile application for iOS and Android, created for Barilla USA, winning an IKA Award for the Best Mobile Communication App.
The app includes a very innovative competition: a real virtual scavenger hunt, with 1 million virtual Blue Boxes distributed throughout the USA which can be tracked through smartphones.
The aim is to find the virtual boxes via GPS and take photos on a smartphone to ‘capture’ the product (various pasta shapes) matched specifically to the scenery of American cities, and then share them on Facebook and Twitter gaining points to win prizes. Every point won is a chance to win weekly trips, and the grand finale prize is a trip to Italy.
Frankhood developed an innovative geolocation system based on Open Street Map and Google Maps data that allowed the mapping of the entire American territory and the distribution of virtual pasta boxes with criteria aimed at maximizing engagement. Specifically, Frankhood was responsible for creating an algorithm that dealt with the spatial distribution of Blue Boxes throughout the United States and that, through the use of GeoDjango, PostGIS and OpenStreetMap, guaranteed a uniform scattering, taking into account the type of roads and population density.
In addition to the competition back-end and the logic for the distribution of the blue boxes, a Facebook application for real-time tracking of game statistics was created.
Finally, REST APIs were created to communicate with the respective Android and IOS mobile applications.
The result of the initiative was the engagement of 810,000 American citizens without any advertising investment.

BIT - BANCA PSA IN TASCA
Mobile app designed for the sales force of Groupe PSA — the Peugeot, Citroen and DS Group.
Banca PSA commissioned Frankhood to create BIT - Banca PSA InTasca, a mobile app for the sales force that can offer financial services sellers the most effective and innovative tools to stimulate sales of the brand's products.
The application supports sellers and customers at all stages of the purchase process through a direct acquisition channel, simplifying the interaction experience and promoting loyalty.
Each seller thus has a range of digital services in their pocket, which allow them to consult documents, technical data sheets and commercial material, view monthly action plans in a new and dynamic way, download forms from the document archive, compare the cost of driving an electric and combustion vehicle, access communities, and manage the seller's personal profile in real time, updated with the status of courses and qualifications.
Frankhood has used its expertise in user-oriented development to create a product that would bring real value to the company in terms of efficiency, commercial strength and brand perception.
The project is part of the services offered by Frankhood to accompany big brands in the digitization process with customized tools and solutions.
For the creation of the app's back-end, Python language and Django framework were chosen.
For the APIs, Django Rest Framework, a powerful and flexible toolkit for creating web APIs, was selected.
For the creation of the front-end, a cross-platform approach, using Ionic, Capacitor and Angular, was selected.
The 'Native Progressive Web Apps' represents the evolution of Hybrids.
A basic characteristic of this project and of the majority of the projects we carry out, is that the entire base code is tested with Unit tests and Functional Tests, covering all business logic using a Behavior-driven development (BDD) approach.

PRODUZIONI DAL BASSO - LA PRIMA PIATTAFORMA DI CROWDFUNDING IN ITALIA
Produzioni dal Basso is a donation and reward crowdfunding platform, one of the largest in Italy and certainly the most established.
It is managed by FolkFunding, Fintech startup specialized in crowd economy, sharing economy, and open innovation.
In 2019, the platform raised over 3 million euros, with 50,000 donations to more than 4,000 funded projects.
This success was achieved thanks to our work, and also due to the support of important CSR and OPEN INNOVATION companies such as Fastweb, Infinity, Slow Food, Banca Etica, Banca BPER, Intesa San Paolo and Lastminute.com.
The Project's biggest challenge was transforming the existing platform, built many years ago, into a modern, high-performance platform capable of withstanding continuous development and integration processes and ever-increasing traffic in line with its constant growth.
We have developed a new and more modern responsive layout, with a series of advanced features integrated.
The server infrastructure has been completely redesigned: a monolithic architecture transformed into a highly reliable cloud server infrastructure.
The migration of the base code to Python 3 and Django 2 was very important. The performance optimization phase of the platform, which reduced the loading times of the most-visited pages by about 90% and allowed the insertion of multiple cache levels, was critical.
The activities we were involved with included:
-
Implementation of a new responsive front-end
-
Optimization and reduction in loading time on the most-visited pages by 90%
-
Migration to Python 3
-
Migration to Django 2
-
Introduction of multiple cache levels
-
Implementation of a logging and monitoring system to check system status in real-time
-
Migration to a highly reliable cloud server infrastructure
-
Development of new features and donation types
-
Creation of a working system and priority code to enable operations to be performed asynchronously.

LOCAUTO RENT - WEB PORTAL
Locauto Rent is a national leader in the private and professional Car Rental sector.
For Locauto Rent, Frankhood developed a web portal that offers customers a rental system, designed to respond perfectly to their needs and able to offer the best available choices at all times. The interface of the selection panel allows the user to filter the search with different levels of detail, meaning the system can identify the best option from the numerous rental solutions in the database.
Frankhood's focus also on this project was the creation of value for the client and its customers, through an agile and digitally integrated mobility service capable of simplifying the rental process, reducing waiting times and ensuring compliance with principle business operations: reliability, flexibility and speed.
Among the most relevant features of this project is without a doubt the use of Django CMS for the management of static content.
As for the front-end, the Vue.js framework and a component approach was used. In this way, it was possible to create components that at the front-end level had responsive and javascript behavior inside them and that had an associated CMS plugin at the back-end for inserting and managing content. This approach has allowed a very high reuse of the components to develop.
The platform created for Locautorent has its core in the booking engine which is present in many sections of the site. Through the booking engine, users can book rental cars or vans in many sections of the site. This functionality was created as a Single Page Application (SPA) in order to offer users a smooth and rapid user experience, without interruptions or annoying loading pauses.
The system also interfaces with the myriad of Locauto services dedicated to managing rentals, including payment gateways, vehicle availability verification services, tracking services, etc.

JUVENTUS - #ITSTIME
Juventus Football Club is among the most famous and well-loved football clubs in the world.
The collaboration with Frankhood was born from the club's need to interact effectively with its fans by using the digital ecosystem as a bridge for direct connection with its fan base.
itstime.juventus.com is a web-based application, launched in April 2017, aimed at Juventus fans wanting to support the team in their quarter-final match in the Champions League, the highest European competition for a club. The application model allows each fan to take a selfie or upload their own photograph which is processed by the system, equipped with an innovative facial recognition technology, and edited, digitally coloring the user's face with two black and white stripes. The edited image can be downloaded and shared on social media using the hashtag #itstime.
The initiative leverages user-generated content to multiply the emotional impact, strengthening the sense of belonging that binds the fan to the club, generating more than 1 million shares.
The most interesting aspect of the project was the use of Computer Vision techniques to apply the 'face paint'. To do this, the following approach was adopted:
-
use of Open CV classifier for face recognition to ensure that the system only accepts photos containing one or more faces. The classifier also performs the task of identifying the ROI on which to apply the black and white pattern;
-
use of the dlib predictor to identify the 68 landmarks or control points that characterize a face and that are useful for calculating orientation;
-
use of scikit-image for deformation of the image with the black and white pattern to be applied based on the positioning of the landmarks calculated by the dlib predictor.
The campaign had unprecedented success and in times of heavy traffic, it took 12 virtual instances on OpenStack to manage the load because of the massive participation.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am a senior lawyer in an important law firm in Milan. The law firm has grown and evolved since its founding as a result of the firm’s dedication to providing legal advice and representation both in and out of court, as well as team’s vast professional experience and outstanding skill as lawyers.
For what projects/services did your company hire FRANKHOOD?
We wanted to apply for Artificial Intelligence solutions to automate our internal processes, decrease time wasting, enhance efficiency, identifying and solving conflicts. All in support of our Compliance documentation review.
What were your goals for this project?
After some market research we’ve found out that we were needing an application that could automate our Legal Team workflows by identifying deviations in legal agreements and contracts moreover suggesting alternative texts to eliminate potential conflicts.
How did you select FRANKHOOD?
I had the opportunity to meet Frankhood’s CEO Francesco Cipriani many years ago and after exposing him to our problems, or actually obsolete processes we were still using, he proposed to himself to support us. Then we met Frankhood Team and they are still handing over some software updates of the application to improve its already great accuracy.
Describe the project in detail.
The development of an AI application that could automate our Legal Team workflows by identifying deviations in legal agreements and contracts moreover suggesting alternative texts to eliminate potential conflicts. Our scope was to automatically recognize key clauses and data points through rote learning technique. So it was important for us to find the right match and use Machine Learning solutions to read and analyse documents much like a human does. This provided huge insight to compliance reviews and also helped us to manage and streamline document review processes using artificial intelligence (AI).
What was the team composition?
The team was composed of 2 Data Scientists and a Project Manager.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The perfect features developed are now in use and we are surprised how AI can contribute also in the legal field
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Our team was stunned by the way they communicated with us and how they have immersed themselves in our needs.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Fast response, huge quality and the ability to transform into a usable software was a theoretical idea we had, adding all their expertise to understand properly what was the most suitable solution for us, non technical people for sure.
Are there any areas for improvement?
What they have done for us, works and very well. During their presentation before the Kick Off Meeting we had, they were already focused on what to deliver. We had a great experience and ROI is already paying off.

In addition to our solid presence, we have the ability to listen to customers and prioritize their digital needs.
For what projects/services did your company hire FRANKHOOD, and what were your goals?
Frankhood automated a very complex and delicate process considering the theme of the project and found excellent solutions both in terms of UX and UI at a high technological level and accessible to the users to have a very clear vision of what are the choices that the system is making, and why.
It also allows a simple and intuitive review by the judicial authorities to demonstrate compliance with obligations. They have created a system that grants a quick comparison between different actors considering that the fulfillment is usually to be done within 48 hours.
Oblivion. This was our only goal. Everything explained in your previous section was our ambitious goal to have developed and ready to use as a big help for our Company Operations
How did you select FRANKHOOD and what were the deciding factors?
Frankhood is well known in the Italian market as a solid Software Development Company and we handed over to them this project since it required deep technical expertise and a huge level of accuracy.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The Oblivion software is a new platform that aims to comply with the dictates of the Authority to Internet service providers regarding the inhibition of websites by darkening the DNS and IP or their subsequent restoration.
In particular, the software created has the purpose of managing the requests of the competent Authorities by creating an automation flow that allows interaction and comparison between different actors where necessary.
Moreover, through a web service, the software outputs a list made up of key-value pairs containing the records to be delivered to other external systems that take care of putting into practice the operations necessary to comply with the law users.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
3 Backend dev, 1 Frontend dev, 1 Project Manager and 1 System Admin.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The platform itself is a great success and all requirements we had have been accomplished.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
Their Project Management style is adaptive, so Agile and we had the chance to share our Trello board daily updated e Cisco Webex for our monthly Sprint Review and general meetings.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The workflow between our teams was excellent from the beginning and beneficial for both. The most impressive thing I noticed about them has been their qualitative and quantitative approach to research in order to fix issues with the best possible solution implementation.
It’s unbelievable how quickly they are able to troubleshoot. This means they have such a high knowledge base that drives them to always surpass expectations.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Since we had the chance to meet and work with Frankhood, we can only say they’re extraordinarily rapid, deeply technical but at the same time creative, then very talented. The improvements are what they seek daily as their goals, then that’s not an answerable question talking about them.

Please describe your company and your position there.
My company is a creative communication partner to organizations that are ready to embrace the future.
We create products, services and experiences to realize the full potential of your brand. I work as a Technical Project Manager for Imille, coordinating all technical aspects of projects between clients, internal team, and external partners, such as FRANKHOOD.
For what projects/services did your company hire FRANKHOOD, and what were your goals?
We asked Frankhood to develop the Corporate Website of Wasa, a well-known Swedish crispbread brand within the Barilla Group.
At my company, we provide strategy, branding and design needs for the project, as well as acting as the single point of contact for the client, so we worked with FRANKHOOD to develop and delivery the actual website.
The specific need was to develop a website that could be tailored for more than 20 Countries, each one with different editorial needs.
How did you select FRANKHOOD and what were the deciding factors?
Frankhood has been and currently is our tech partner for many years and we are always eager to work with them. We developed many high-profile websites together, and their work has always been of very high quality, in particular for complex projects. They were a natural fit.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We have worked on design, content and branding, prior to the development start. Frankhood managed all the technical side of the project. They developed the custom CMS, back end integration and features, as well as all the front-end components.
The strategy to deliver 20 separate country-based websites, each with distinct editorial needs and integration or customization, was to work on a single codebase for all countries, in a component-based editorial system.
This way, there are differences only in deployment configuration, and the actual websites are composed using the custom-made components. Many external services mandated by the client have been integrated, such as CDC (Identity management system), SMC (tracking), structured custom analytics events for GTM/GA, cookie management system, etc.
In addition, all sites can host digital activation campaigns (prize competitions) as needed, integrating with several country-specific promotional agencies and service providers. The development has been done in Python-Django using Django CMS for the back end and Vue.js for the front end.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
The team was composed by 3 Backend Dev, 4 Frontend Dev, 1 IT Project Manager and 1 System Admin.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The websites are being delivered in record time, under an extremely strict schedule, which include several last minute changes, and extra integration efforts (such as changes in Identity management requirements, or activation of promotions on website launch).
The client is very satisfied with the deliveries, and is requesting more countries to be added, as well as new promotions and technical (tracking) features on the already active websites.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
Their project management style is agile and iterative, very adaptable for projects such as Wasa. We usually have video conferences through Google Meet, email for updates, and Google Chat for instant chatting. We are also using Trello & Jira as PM tools.
FRANKHOOD also interacts directly with the final client when necessary, without overstepping boundaries.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are fast in delivering results. The quality of their development is really high level, and their technical project management is very efficient. In particular, they are very scrupulous: they always deliver on time with their estimates and test every development thoroughly, there are rarely any issues at all with their releases.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not really: this was a very hard assignment and they delivered spectacularly on every front. I can think of many ways this could have been a nightmarish project with other vendors.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I worked as Operations Manager till June 2020 and I managed all incoming and outgoing operations, since Frankhood was driving the project my goal was to make sure that my team would cooperate with them with maximum efficiency and charisma.
Our Company operates in various sectors such as Banking, Fashion, Healthcare, Electronics, Mobility and so on, that’s why we needed a restyling of our internal processes, something that Frankhood had done and is keeping on doing.
As an internal project we were keen on ourselves to provide our agents first and our customer as a consequence a deep understanding of what and how things would have changed.
For what projects/services did your company hire FRANKHOOD?
To develop a creative and systematic platform to increase the stock of knowledge about the internal control and management of resources, the optimization of agent performances, the forecasting of customer demand and the clustering of the products of greatest interest based on customers historical data.
What were your goals for this project?
To create a creative management platform with the development of new artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms based on innovative flow charts for data processing and innovative data mining algorithms applied to management data of activities connected to the customer service commercial network through the support of big data technologies.

Jan. - May 2020
Project summary:
A digital marketing company partnered with FRANKHOOD to develop an app that would allow fans of the Juventus football club to interact with the team during the Champions League.
Feedback summary:
The company was most impressed by the team's ability to quickly identify what the company actually needed and suggest solutions to deliver it. This followed the success of another project for a different client, which involved building a trading portal in the power market.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
Juventus Football Club is one of the most famous and supported Football Clubs in the world. It all began with a bench on Corso Re Umberto, one of the most famous streets in the city center Turin.
A group of friends congregated on this bench. They all possessed a shared passion for football, a special game that had recently been ‘imported’ from England. They had an intriguing idea, to create a sports club.
The boys attended the ‘Massimo D’Azeglio’ high school which specialized in classical studies. They were well educated but the eldest was just 17 years of age. This paved the way for the club’s name.
In Latin, the name ‘Juventus’ means youth. They weren’t aware of it yet, but on 1 November 1897, they had given birth to a legend.
I'm a Digital Project Manager and Senior Account of Bitmama, the communication company, that takes care of design the Member Event Section.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire FRANKHOOD, and what were your goals?
The collaboration with Frankhood was born from the club's need to interact effectively with its fans by using the digital ecosystem as a bridge for direct connection with its fan base through the development of itstime.juventus.com, that is a web-based application, launched in April 2017, aimed at Juventus fans wanting to support the team in their quarter-final match in the Champions League.
SOLUTION
How did you select FRANKHOOD and what were the deciding factors?
We got to know them thanks to an internal reference. When we had the chance to meet them, we understood it would have been a great benefit for both of us to work together on this project.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We have initiated the project with a general meeting where all actors and stakeholders who had interest in the project were present.
As output of the meeting we got a clear overview of scope, schedule and quality requirements. Since our initial goal was to enhance the brand’s product and as output generates an increase in sales, with the app they developed we achieved what we had in mind in terms of productivity.
The app has been downloaded from the whole sales force and it is used in daily operations. Their executing of the technical deliverables of the project with Python language and its framework Django gave us immediately an idea how the final product would have been.
The quality of their work is great and it wasn’t a surprise for us.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
One frontend Developer, two backend Developers, and a very supportive Project Manager.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The initiative leverages user-generated content to multiply the emotional impact, strengthening the sense of belonging that binds the fan to the club, generating more than 1 million shares.
The campaign had unprecedented success and in times of heavy traffic, it took 12 virtual instances on OpenStack to manage the load because of the massive participation.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
One of their top skills is for sure the active listening.
They identify immediately what you want to create and a big plus - they are also very supportive in sharing their own idea on how to make the product better by adding some features we didn’t think about.
Their project management is for facts, flawless. We have been using Zoom for project review and communications in general.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
It was impressive the way interacted with us. Always proactive, on point, adaptable to some ongoing changes requested from us and very supportive.
For sure their technical asset is massive and allowed them to be the MVP on the field for the success of this project.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
For sure they don’t lack ideas, innovation and progress, but their future challenge will be dealing with Startups or SME, as well as they did with us, by tailoring their communication for each segmentation domain they will work with.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the digital manager and transformation leader of a captive bank in the automotive industry (PSAGroupe financial services). Italian Branch.
For what projects/services did your company hire FRANKHOOD?
We wanted to design from scratch and implement a mobile app for the field and sales force to provide contents and tools accessible via mobile.
What were your goals for this project?
Fast proptyping, cheap solution, high flexibility and scalability. I wanted to realize a solution in 3 months and low budget to demonstrate the potential of the idea and keep improving it broadly.
How did you select FRANKHOOD?
We found them through referral and included them in a tender with other 4 providers. The choice was done basing on the best proposal in terms of pricing, timing and flexibility of the solution.
Describe the project in detail.
The app was designed with a tailor made approach basing on specific bank needs. The MVP included few tools and basic user management, but was designed to be easily extended with new features to follow a continous improvement roadmap.
Frank Hood proved to be extremely reliable giving a critic view also on the requirements and being a good "consultant" instead of a mere executor. Eventhough we are owner of the software and could switch to a different provider, we do not see any reason to even investigate an alternative.
What was the team composition?
A Project Manager, two Front-end Developers, two Back-end Developers.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The target was to deploy a solution withing 5 months and to reach 90%+ adoption before the end of the year. The MVP was ready in about 3 months and we achieved >97% by the end of november. The result was good both in terms of time/effort and overall quality (UI / UX / performance). We received good feedback from the users and from the admin perspective it fits perfectly our needs
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Most of the implementation followed the pattern:
1.new requirement
2.specification,
3.quotation,
4.approval,
5.first workshop,
6.implementation,
7.demo and tuning,
8.release.
As a client I was, and I am, continuously involved in the project to clarify and decide on functional choices. We do not organize daily meetings but instead we share a view on the progress using trello and track change requests and new needs as soon as they emerge.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Things are always running smoothly. Even-though we follow a strict timeline and we had to face unexpected events and situations, we are never in hurry.
The feeling from my customer perspective is that they are able to couple broad skill and knowledge with a very high level of flexibility adapting and increasing the project team at need. Being involved in every stage is a great plus and allows me to drive the internal communication easily
Are there any areas for improvement?
Hard to say basing on my personal experience, since we never really faced big issues at all during this partnership.
Internal feedback shows that FRANKHOOD's output was exactly what the client needed. The vendor provided a responsive and qualitative workflow that materialized their needs into the software. The client said that its ROI quickly paid off after its launch.
