Fractional Teams provide services for social media marketing, SEO, community building & engagement and advertising. We asked them to assist us with planning external ads and full creative control over our social media channels, as well as non-traditional social channels in the interest of building brand awareness and increasing engagement.

Fractional Teams has also helped us with design and copywriting activities, including production of presentations and other static content assets.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We experienced a huge increase in signups, revenue and general awareness of the company in just a few weeks after ramping up our services with Fractional Teams.

Everything, including very customised requests have always been responded to, actioned & delivered in a timely manner.

Fractional Teams supported us with a fractional CMO role whilst also helping to deliver elements of the marketing requirements. This included things like event marketing, social media content, website redesign and migration, collateral and presentation design and styling.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There were a number of projects that were focused on deliverables that we judged depending on how they looked. This included the website redesign and the creation of a customer portal. Some of the activities like marketing for our social media and events were tracked upon a number of metrics associated with the activities (number of attendees for event etc)

Project management came from two of the team who were diligent and clear in their needs and feedback. All items were delivered on time and were happy with the way that they worked with us providing changes where required. All the requirements that we asked were delivered on time including some elements which were under lots of time pressure.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Wide range of experts that they can draw on to deliver what they need to. Lots of feedback and very easy to work with. Their knowledge of our telecoms market is invaluable as well as they were able to understand requirements without us having to explain in detail with what we are doing.

We were very happy with the work that they delivered to us. Nothing comes to mind

I am the UK managing director of the subsidiary of a Belgian specialist engineering firm

For what projects/services did your company hire Fractional Teams ?

As a business staffed entirely by engineers our marketing and social media activities have been very much best efforts. Our limited blogging and linkedin activity has however proven to be quite successful in attracting customer engagement. We decide to put out the feelers to find someone who could manage this for us.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We put something out on LinkedIn and although we had a number of responses Tim at Fractional Teams was by far the most proactive. We started discussions and were able to get up and running with him very quickly.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We conducted a number of discrete exercises that identifying our target audiences and the type of activities we should focus on. We were also able to identify what sort of content got the most engagement. Tim then set us up on a number of platforms that we weren't using including twitter and YouTube and put the engagement monitoring tools in place for us.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Fractional Teams have a number of specialists in web development and marketing and we have had engagement with a couple of these as well as our main contact Tim.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The response was fairly immediate. We doubled our LinkedIn followers very quickly and this growth has continued.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We get a monthly report on progress which we discuss in a meeting with Fractional Teams. We also use this meeting to identify improvements we can make to our website and are in the process of setting up more contracts with Fractional Teams to enact these.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The specialist knowledge they bring to the party is very impressive. They understand our industry and are therefore able to work more effectively for us.

It is still relatively early days but we are happy with the progress so far

Clear knowledge in the cloud communications industry. We have found it very difficult to find an external company that possesses the level of knowledge required for our niche, Fractional Teams exceeded our expectations.

The only negative was that it was easy for the final content to get lost by sharing it via Teams, it would probably work better via email
