SC TOTAL GEO SRL has as main object of activity the sale of car parts and accessories. I`m the owner of the store.

For what projects/services did your company hire F.P.D. Consulting & Solutions, and what were your goals?

Our store had no exposure in the online environment. The first thing we wanted to do was a store presentation site where we could add some offers, which we would later turn into an online store.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for a website development agency in our city. That's how we found them. We checked the projects they worked on before and we saw that they have potential in the development of websites.

We met at their headquarters and discussed the strategic plan to develop the website. Having no idea what the website should look like, I let them choose the design.

Three people worked on my project, a design consultant, a web developer and a copywriter.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I was very satisfied with the final product, the design they chose proved to be a pleasant and appropriate one. Without promotion made on the site we had an increase in traffic of about 25% obtained only from organic traffic.

We used Microsoft Team to communicate with their team. We had one weekly meeting where they show me in what stage the project was at and discussed any changes or ideas that I wanted to make to the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They offered us free support sessions to teach us how to modify, edit and add items to the website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As for us, I have nothing to complain about. They met all the requirements for this project.

Present on the market for 25 years, we are a company that offers optometric and ophthalmological consulting services, we also sell glasses, contact lenses and accessories for them.

Our website was very old and needed a refresh. We hired this team to develop and design an online store for us. Through this we hope to grow our business by the end of the year.

We searched online for agencies that deal with the development of online stores. That's how we found them, we got in touch with them and they made me an irrefutable offer.

We had multiple online meetings where we discussed the goals and objectives proposed by them, and I totally agreed with most of those proposed.

A project manager, a content manager, a designer and a full stack web developer. Also a photographer I forgot to mention.

After launching the online store, We saw a ~ 50% increase in traffic and appointments at consultations increased.

We had weekly online meetings with the project manager who told us the details about the project. We used Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp to communicate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were pleasantly surprised by their way of updating the stock on the website, quickly and efficiently. They were experienced and young people with brilliant ideas.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really, both the communication and the result were above expectations.

We try to update our web image (rebranding) and came across F.P.D projects and instantly liked and in this way we start the collaboration.

We liked the team and their project results.

Increase the Logika image on all social media pages, also very good feedback from our clients regarding the new Logika look;

It was a very professional workflow from both sides

They are amazing professionals in a very young company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Definitely there are thins to improve along the way, but for us the final result are more important and at the end of the day it was a success project/collaboration.
