We are Thematic park developers in Greece with more than 15 years of experience.

I am the project manager of the History parks in Crete, Heraklion.

For what projects/services did your company hire Fourthedesign, and what were your goals?

The main tasks for Fourthedesign were to design the main interior plan and the orientation of all the exhibits for the theme park. Fourthedesign also developed and design the Virtual reality & augmented reality games for the exhibition, and took part in the whole corp identity of the park.

How did you select Fourthedesign and what were the deciding factors?

We have work with fourthedesign and their creative director Gianni Kastrinaki in the past on other interactive projects and we were very pleased to work again with them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

• The main scope was the design concepts and “feeling” of the Theme park.
• The creation of interactive AR games and installations.
• And the design of our virtual reality games.
• For the augmented reality games they combined Unity and Microsoft Kinnect.  
• For the VR games, they used Oculus quest VR Masks.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 3 people from fourthedesign participating in our project: a programmer and 2 interactive multimedia designers.

Fourthedesign took part and work side by side with the team of historic park and all deadlines were met on time without delay.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had outstanding work and technical knowledge.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The Theme park is ready to welcome its visitors.

I am the owner of Cretarent SA, a car rental company in Crete, Heraklion with more than 45 years of experience.

Fourthedesign developed and design our website booking system and our mobile application.

How did you select Fourthedesign and what were the deciding factors?

We found fourthedesign due their reputation on goose search results. Their webpage was amazing full of creative projects.

We wanted to update our one page website into an automatic booking and payment system.

There were 2 people from fourthedesign involved on this project, a programmer and a designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The update of Cretarents website to an automatic booking system, raised our bookings 40% up compared to the previous season.

The deadlines were always on time and all the milestones delivered without delay’s.

Their communication skills and the quality of their work.

No, everything’s gone as planed,we are now on face 2 for an update.
