I am the CEO of Vita agro-processed foods Pvt ltd, we are the manufacturers of spices which is used in wafers, chips and many other items.

We used Fourtek services for transferring our Physical server to cloud infrastructure, we have an ERP system and much other software which we were handling in our in-house server. We transferred all to the cloud server. Fourtek help us migrating from physical to cloud.

We want to update our infrastruture without harassing our current workflow, with zero minute downtime, Fourtek team was able to do it and we have maximized our operational cost because of them.

Once we selected this vendor, we had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. Within the first two weeks, they understand our current design and provide 3 step approach to counter the problems which may occur in transition. After a few iterations and discussions with our operations team, we finalized the architecture design and we started implementing

There was 1 Account manager, 1 project manager, 3 Engineers and 2 Testing engineers.

Within 3 months after implementation, we saw a 30% reduction in the overall cost of cloud and our techonological reduction. We can now expand our operations in no time and without technical burden.

Project management is good. We aren’t in contact often because my other team members communicate and manage the projects with them. If there are any issues, they usually resolve them. We communicate via telephone and other means. We sometimes meet in person.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re friendly and affordable. When we change requirements, they usually don’t charge us extra, and if they do, it’s very minimal. Other vendors would charge extra money for little changes. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could open more offices that are closer to us so that we can contact them more frequently. They’re in Delhi, and it takes 7–8 hours to go to their offices. Sometimes, we want to meet in person.

I’m the CEO of Zonup Technologies, an IT company with a team of around 40 people. We work on government projects, mainly administration systems and portals.

We outsource all our projects to three vendors, including Fourtek IT Solutions Pvt Ltd.  Specifically, we needed help with mobile and web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fourtek IT Solutions Pvt Ltd built all of our ERP and CRM systems with connectivity to mobile apps. We’ve outsourced all our front- and backend systems to them. They also provide 24/7 support using a dedicated team and a maintenance agreement for all the government projects we’ve worked on.

They’ve helped us develop 2–3 iOS and Android apps so far. We aimed to have the apps work offline as internet connections were often unavailable for end users. These apps would be used in remote villages as well as dam and road construction projects. All the data stored in the apps in the field would be uploaded to government servers automatically, when possible.

Fourtek IT Solutions Pvt Ltd also built a CRM platform using the Laravel PHP framework and React Native. The platform connects government hospitals and other large buildings. It’s designed to generate reports according to the property management system.

I estimate we’re paying an average of $2,500 per employee per month. They charge us $16 per hour for Salesforce work, $12 for iOS, and $11 for Android, based on the team and their experience. Their project manager has a cost of $25 per hour.

The total so far has been $100,000 or more. We’ve worked on fixed-price projects as well, with varied costing.

We started working with them in July 2009, and the collaboration is ongoing.

I’m highly satisfied with their work. We’ve maintained an excellent long-term relationship with them, which wouldn’t have happened if they didn’t provide good quality.

We needed someone to develop our AI translation platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fourtek IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. developed our AI translation platform. Their team works on the UX/UI, architecture, code, and other design elements. We also used their machine learning engine, while outsourcing all of our product development to them.

The platform consists of translation memory and is powered by a community of people. English tests can be worked into multiple Indian languages. The goal is to make an AI stronger and faster than Google.

For the backend, we’re using MongoDB and MySQL. The frontend uses Node.js, Vue.js, Laravel framework, and Java. It also uses APIs. For machine learning, we’re using NDK and Keras libraries.

They’re supporting us in every manner right now. Their designer created a logo, and they provide digital marketing services. Some members of their team write articles about my product.

For development, about six people are supporting us. For design and testing, there are two and three. Two of those are involved in the digital marketing and content writing aspects.

If I need a senior engineer, they have it. The team at Fourtek IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. has the perfect experience for collaboration. The project manager is also skilled. They understand the product better than us, which is another thing we like about them.

Timelines could be improved. Sometimes they’re delayed, but they do end up delivering a majority of the time.

We needed someone to help us develop Android apps and something like a Google Play Store in Indian languages for our client.

We worked together to create a business and marketplace Android app that could be used in the Indian market. Our app store platform is targeted toward larger markets and it’s for listing Indian apps. They built a customized app in Swift, Spark, and Java based upon our client’s request.
