91 springboard event glimpse
91 springboard a coworking space in Hyderabad had an event inside thier premises that was a flew market to support small business owners and create a supportive environment for them.
We cover the event glipses and try to capture the essence of the event and interviewed few people about the experience of attending the event and include that in our final video.
We got very good response from everyone at 91 and social media audience.

We would like to share one of our client story .For Hitex ,we did event HYCAN last year and it was of 3 days .It is really great example for us how we did it.
Problem statements :
Video and photo coverage in highly precision budget ,covering event space comprises of 10,500 square metres of area. We had to cover 2 halls and one open area of 3,500 square metres and most challenging part was event was going on parallelly in each place .
Execution :With 1 Cinematographer ,one drone cinematographer , one photographer
we had to do that for 3 days . So we came up with execution plan in a way that even with less resources we should not miss any important activity.
Takeaway : By seeing our execution plan every stakeholder of the event got trust on us the way we design the shoot .
We delivered what we committed and most importantly on time . As you know ,events video losses their relevance if been posted or shown late than when it supposed to be .

Once we select fotilo films and discussed the commercials, We started with the NDA and the site survey for the video shoot then the scriptwriting and background music selection. They set up the needful lighting and did the required arrangement for the video shoot. After the shoot, they delivered the draft version in 4 days for correction and feedback to move ahead for the final video.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
After the video shoot, Fotilo films have given the draft version in 4 days for feedback and changes. Once the final correction made as per our requirement they have given the final video in the next 4 days with the project closure report and other deliverables.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within 2 months of the video launched, we see a lot of publicity in the market and we are using the same video for presenting at customer meetings which helps a lot to describe and insight on the product.

We are a group of 6 companies for which I should include them all in one video. So here comes the Fotilo Films, where thay have worked with me for almost 4 weeks and given a rought script to according to my needs and then developed it into a Final Script and added a Voice over to it and then sent it to their in house animation team and then I got a wonderful output.
