Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the HR and administration manager of Veolia Water Technologies Saudi Contracting Co. We’re primarily in the business of water treatment, where we’re involved in operations, commissioning, engineering, execution, and procurement for materials related to water treatment.
What challenge were you trying to address with FNRCO?
They’re our manpower consultant and supply company. Because of local nationalization rules, we’re not always recruiting employees on our payroll. FNRCO provides employees on a consultancy or hourly basis.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We have over 50 employees that are working with us and were supplied by FNRCO. These include blue- and white-collar positions such as engineers, accountants, sales staff, electrical and mechanical technicians, drivers, janitors, clerical staff, and so on.
Our team uses two models to recruit candidates from FNRCO. In the first model, we source the candidate and qualify them through an interview. We analyze their technical capabilities to see if they’d match with our company. Once everything is on board, we give FNRCO the documents from our employees and then FNRCO formalizes the candidate.
The second model is different; FNRCO handles everything from A to Z. They source the candidates, we select them based on our interviews, and then FNRCO checks the candidate from their side.

How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested around $500,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing engagement started in January 2018.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They take care of everything. This is a huge advantage because it takes a lot off our plate.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re very flexible and always willing to assist wherever they can. Their team works right alongside us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Initially, there were some problems like invoicing, delays, and knowing who to contact for what. We now know how to work with them and they know how to deal with us.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
FNRCO really values their clients. You need to have someone assigned to coordinate and follow up with them. They have a lot on their plate.
The partner is happy with the services. FNRCO handles a lot of work that alleviates the partner's workload. They guide the process and are seamlessly integrated with the internal team. It's clear that valuing their clients and providing flexible accommodations are hallmarks of their work.
