The project was complex COM extension for MS Office Outlook for more than ten thousands corporate clients that helps them easily manage their event/appointments and share them between users from external systems.

What were your goals for this project?

Make a system easily managed corporate clints' event/appointments and share them between users from external systems.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The extension gives an opportunity to create events/appointments with additional fields and information by using native MS Outlook functionality. Besides, users can use lightweight version of an extension and add just ICS calendar with all the events from internal system.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

During our cooperation, we kept in touch through the project manager mostly, and he proved to be very responsive and professional. Every day we checked up the progress via Skype and Jira and our communication was always smooth. Even though we were geographically distant, we received timely reporting and documentation which was another benefit of our cooperation with Itransition.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We really appreciated the speed of their answers and their commitment. Overall, they were well-positioned to meet the set goals.

I'm a Project Manager in one software development company. We needed 4 extra developers for a new project. So we decided to hire Flyoutsourcing.

For what projects/services did your company hire Flyoutsourcing?

The Profile Builder was the project for one of the biggest technological stock exchange in the world.

The project was about helping people who work in financial area to easily build financial reports with dozens of formulas that have to be calculated at runtime. As well, the report generation engine had to support different formats like Excel, Word, PowerPoint or PDF.

Besides, one of the parts is an integration with external partners, as they have important fresh financial data that needs for customer formulas. This was a challenging project, as one of the requirements was to support more than 10.000 corporate clients (as an example the whole Google is just one corporate client).

Get a new platform that will help people share data & statistics.

I’m the Project Manager of a publishing company. We’re a spoof identification platform for enterprise business customers.

For what projects/services did your company hire Flyoutsourcing?

The Shipping Loyalty Program was the project for one of online stores in UK. The project was about implementing new shipping loyalty program mechanism in current online store solution.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to provide our clients from different countries with special offers after they have bought at least one product. Besides, this shipping loyalty program functionality has to be configurable from internal tool, namely, admin should have an opportunity to set up time, country, description, web site and etc.

The project is still ongoing but we appreciate the work they do very much.

Flyoutsourcing has worked as a part of our team by using TDD, Three Amigos and other best practices that we have.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They’re good engineers. Anyone that has employed people has always dealt with challenges in managing attitudes and mentalities, not to mention bringing in external stress and frustration into the job. But Flyoutsourcing truly had some of the most professional people I’ve worked with. They were as much of a model team as they could have been, considering they weren’t actually on our team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, not really. They were transparent with billing. The team was talented, and the price was very competitive.
