Triage VR Training
For this project, we developed a triage first responder training program in Virtual Reality. Trainers can choose from multiple accident scenarios, injury/accident types, or the number of casualties while trainees practice assessing victims in a safe, virtually-generated environment.
Our solution reflects the reality to an extremely high degree. A trainee needs just to put the goggles on and grab the VR controllers. They are then presented with a scenario prepared by trainers.
The trainer can choose between several feature such as:
-
scenery – g. car accidents, riots,
-
time of the accident – day or night
-
number of casualties – e.g. age, sex, skin color, height
-
type of casualties – e.g. fractures, sprains, hepatitis, bruises, disorientation,
-
complete condition of the injured – e.g. consciousness, the number of breaths per minute, heart rate, airway patency
The trainee that “arrives” on the scene has to go through all the Triage steps.

Browning AR Safe Builder
Purchasing furniture has never been easy, but it is even harder to choose a proper gun safe. Gun safes are large, heavy, difficult to transport and not to mention the logistics of having to return it. Imagine yourself trying to move some 200 kilos across your room in different places, only to check how it looks like and eventually calling the supplier to take it away because the safe doesn’t go with the rest of the room decor...
Browning Safe Builder AR is the answer to this very issue.
For this project, we created an AR application that enables customers to visualize all models of gun safes available at Browning. After downloading Browning Safe Builder AR, users can check how the exact type of a gun safe would look like in their room. It allows for choosing between different safe models, colors, additional graphics, and lock options. Once the safe has been customized, you simply click the “done” button and you’ll be redirected to Browning’s website, where you can complete the purchase.
Browning Safe Builder AR allows customers to:
-
Customize the safe gun,
-
Visualize it in their home environment,
-
Purchase the model directly from Browning’s website
-
Avoid the difficult returns process

Santander Soft Skills VR Training
The Polish branch of the worldwide banking mogul – Santander, came to us help them create the most realistic and engaging training program for both new customer service employees and these already employed. The choice fell on virtual reality (VR) which offers enormous possibilities in this field.
For this project, we developed seven different VR training scenarios, serving as a test for the bank’s customer service specialists. Each scenario encompassed a single appointment with a client. The seven scenarios were not invented just by accident – each one represented a visit of one persona-type customer.
For Santander, VR training means savings, more effective education, and gradual replacement of traditional courses by VR. Virtual reality training programs are more engaging and they resemble learning through play, so employees are very eager to attend them. Thanks to virtual reality, Santander gained one, unified training to play countless times.
The results in the nutshell:
-
Practicing real customer service in a virtual world,
-
Lessons taken from the course are useful in reality, and can be instantly applied,
-
Savings: no costs of training rooms, travel expenses, training can be repeated countless times,
-
Safe training in the time of pandemic: VR goggles can be disinfected and then sent to different branches, no need for meetings in wider groups,
-
More effective learning – according to all statistics VR training is more effective and leads to a better memorization of the training content,
-
Detailed scenarios teaching not only substantive but also impacting emotional sphere,
-
Each customer service employee go through the same process,
-
Easy to organize,
-
Awesome, unconventional training.

Redbox VR Firefighter Training
For Redbox VR, we created a complete, customized training program that allowed firefighters to practice extinguishing fire in a single-family house.
The training scenario had multiple options to choose from – the course instructor was able to choose the location of the fire, its source (e.g. a pan fire), and indicate which people needed to be rescued during the simulation.
The training took place in two composite containers that resembled a house, where trainee firefighters could move around and examine various parts of the building to assess fire safety.
One of the biggest challenges we had during this project was recreating the simulation as close to the real thing as possible. This is why we 3D printed a fire nozzle, equipping it in Flint’s electronic circuit, allowing for sending information on the strength and type of water jet or foam to be simulated. Thanks to the Vive trackers, the fire nozzle can also be tracked in real-time.
Another challenge we encountered was that VR controllers were not an option for firefighters due to the use of the fire nozzle or opening doors, so we chose hand tracking as the only possible way out, which was a pioneering solution in 2018. However, the hand tracking gloves turned out not to be the best solution, so Flint Tech’s original idea was to use leap motion wirelessly. Flint developers and engineers connected leap motion directly to the wireless adapter. As a result, Flint obtained fully wireless hand tracking on the VIVE Pro goggles.

Maker & Son AR for Ecommerce Application
3D product visualization and AR shopping experiences are quickly becoming the next big thing in the e-commerce industry. For Markers & Son, we created a mobile application that allowed customers to interact and visualize furniture in their home environment to boost their confidence in the product fit.
Applications like this significantly increase e-commerce sales since each client can view your product in the context of their own apartment and make the purchasing decision without the need to see the real product.
Consumers can get a feel of the product before actually investing in it, which greatly diminishes the purchase anxiety, improving the overall shopping experience and brand loyalty.
AR shopping experiences are also known to reduce the return rates, as the 3D product models are easily configurable and are projected as they appear in real life - the item’s dimensions, colors, and all other features and accurately recreated so there are no nasty surprises once the product’s been delivered.

Adidas Augmented Reality Marketing Campaign (Android/iOS)
For the Adidas AR marketing campaign, we invited four artists to create 3D sculptures in virtual reality, which were then displayed using augmented reality at the Adidas promotion event in Warsaw.
The result? Increased user engagement and thousands of positive brand interactions with real people.
Due to its immersive nature, Augmented Reality is a fantastic tool to boost your brand activation campaign. Consumers engage with AR because it’s fun and is still considered a novelty - and users are drawn to participate in the experience to try it for themselves.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m a business analyst and a board member at QMK, a company focused on optimising processes & systems for retailers.
For what projects/services did your company hire Flint Tech, and what were your goals?
We hired Flint Tech to develop an intelligent PoS (Point of Sale) system that would provide more personalized product recommendations and increase sales for our retail client.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
One of the biggest factors for us was Flint’s knowledge of edge-cutting technology and their ability to implement it. This wasn’t the first and only project we worked on with Flint Tech, and by now we know we can rely on their creative thinking and being open to exploring new technologies, even if they’ve never used them before.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
This project involved developing an interactive store shelf that invited customers to take a short quiz to determine their personal product preferences and create a personalized recommendation based on their answers. This application was designed for the iOS operating system and developed via the Unity Game Engine using REST API integration with Phillips Hue LED strip.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with 3 members from the Flint team, a project manager, a back-end developer and a UX designer.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We learnt from customer feedback that the PoS delivered by Flint Tech proved to be an immersive brand experience that significantly boosted customer satisfaction. Consumers found the personalized recommendations to be a great way to try new products they knew they would love.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Before we started working on the project, the Flint team hosted a workshop during which we discussed our requirements and workout out the project scope, deliverables and timeline. It was very helpful to know that Flint understood exactly what we were looking for right from the beginning so we were all on the same page. The project was delivered in sprints, giving us all more control and transparency on how it’s progressing. We found Flint Tech to be very responsive to our communications, whether we reached out via email, phone or in-person.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
It was just so simple - we came to Flint with an idea. Flint Tech gave us a viable solution with a technology they've never used before. What also surprised us (pleasantly, of course) was that Flint tested the software multiple times throughout the development stage to ensure that it would work as intended once it’s live.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The only thing we would change from this project would be the lines of communication - unfortunately, we worked on this project when most of today’s online communicators like Teams or Slack weren’t used as widely as today or didn’t exist yet.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m a customer service manager at Santander Bank, a retail banking company. I oversee our Polish branches, providing training and verifying that our standards are met in every branch.
For what projects/services did your company hire Delivr?
We wanted to implement VR technology into our training system, which was proving ineffective at improving our employees’ soft skills and our customer’s experiences.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted an immersive, fun, engaging solution that would train our employees more efficiently than our current software.
How did you select this vendor?
I organized a competition and invited a few top companies in Poland to participate. Delivr impressed me with their knowledge and passion for VR, but most importantly they were the creator of a VR engine that proved to be an ideal solution for us. They also implemented our ideas for free, initially, to show to our bank’s top decision-makers.
Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?
First, they introduced us to the world of VR and guided us towards the appropriate solution—a spherical (360-degree) video augmented with VR technology. They assisted with pre-production and scriptwriting, explaining how to create a video that would benefit the most from introducing VR, and then produced the spherical video using the best possible equipment. After the footage was shot, they uploaded it into their VR Engine and customized it according to our needs. They also provided after-sale care and a 12-month warranty.
What was the team composition?
We worked with a project manager, a camera operator, a post-production resource, two software developers, and a graphic/UX designer.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Our employees showed improved engagement when we tested the first application, which Delivr provided free of charge, so we decided to continue that project and also begin video production. We’re planning to continue expanding our use of VR technology, but there aren’t any quantitative results yet.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
They delivered the project against a hard deadline and worked several weekends to finish it (we shot the video over the weekend). They created a plan and a timeline at the start, and while we strove to keep up our end, Delivr kept everything running like clockwork. Their project manager was in constant contact with us and helped shape the project and deliver it to our standards.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their VR knowledge and expertise were outstanding; they seemed to be on a different level than other companies we considered. They anticipated the future and created something that we only had to modify a bit to suit our needs. We met them at the perfect time and are happy with the result. We’ve already given them two projects and are planning to cooperate again in the future.
Are there any areas where they can improve?
No, not that I could see.
