The app launched about two months ago; during the last month (October), we had more than 1,000 organic downloads. The number of projects created in the app grows as well.
How did Fingers perform from a project management standpoint?
Fingers showed great performance from a project management standpoint. I could track all the work in Trello, a project management system that they used for this engagement. All the process was divided into milestones where they showed the results and progress. Every week, I was getting brief updates of what was done and what was going to be done next week.
What did you find most impressive about Fingers?
The thing that impressed me the most is the real willingness to help find the right solutions. The Fingers team could foresee the problems I could have faced and helped me with risk management for my idea.
Any there any areas Fingers could improve?
There's always a wide area of improvement for everyone, but I can't think of any specific areas where Fingers was weak. I hope in the future that the level of their services will be even higher.
What tips or recommendations could you share that might increase the likelihood of success with Fingers?
If they are looking for an experienced team of developers, they shouldn't hesitate. Plus, Fingers has nice UX/UI [user experience/user interface] designers and business analytics, so it was worth working with them during the design stage.
