The expansion of candidates and clients in various countries of Europe and Asia was our main inspiration for starting this business, but also a directive in which we would like to expand our business in the future. We are located in Belgrade, Serbia, the intersection of Central and Southeastern Europe roads, in the very center of the Balkan peninsula.
We are an agency that deals with mediation in employment, but what distinguishes us from others is our equal devotion to both candidates and clients.
We firmly believe in finding the perfect candidate for our client, but also in finding the perfect future employment for our candidate, bearing in mind that our mediation directly influences the client’s business flow, as well as his life and career.

Please describe your company and your position there.
My company is involved in organizing several conferences, building communities, and promoting domestic tech companies through different initiatives. I'm the founder of the company and involved in all aspects from identifying opportunities, negotiating partnerships, to organizing sectors in order to successfully complete projects.
For what projects/services did your company hire FindIT?
Since I'm involved in many aspects of business and to make things harder the market is saturated, I was having trouble finding suitable professionals for the projects.
Since the perception of our initiatives is important we need flawless design, landing pages, banners, and overall presentation. So identifying, filtering, and selecting candidates for new open positions was a great challenge for us.
What were your goals for this engagement?
We needed a trusted company that can understand our culture, identify and filter possible candidates based on these criteria, and send us prepared proposals with the profiles. The expected result of this cooperation is to take off the hiring process from internal staff and help us get up to speed with quality candidates.
How did you select FindIT?
We are not a pretty big company but we do pay attention to the profiles of people who are hired.
There are several huge and quite a few smaller players on the market that do the same or similar work but FindIT was able to offer a complete process from initial identification, initial talks with the candidates, profiling, and selecting candidates that fit our needs to actually making sure all candidates get feedback if they are not selected.
Also, they were able to attend the employment calls to make sure we are a good fit.
Describe the engagement in detail.
The scope of our cooperation was identifying, filtering, selecting, and recruiting candidates that fit our needs. They also did initial calls with the candidate. I was involved later in the calls with the candidate that passed the initial steps. The vendor was responsible to deliver several candidates that match our needs every month until we fill the position.
What was the team composition?
I worked directly with Jelena who is in charge of the company. She made sure the process goes smoothly from start to end. I also think there are several people involved in sourcing and other areas but we worked directly with her.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
After two weeks from the official start of cooperation, we had several candidates on the table that fit well in what we were looking for. In the end, we hired one of the suggested candidates.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Our cooperation was very smooth and productive. There was no miscommunication and I feel they really tried to understand us from different perspectives in order to suggest candidates that are a good fit for us.
What did you find most impressive about this vendor?
I didn't expect to get a follow up after some time just to check if everything is fine with the candidate. I also think not a lot of companies provide feedback to every candidate that was not hired. I think their biggest strength is they are not using channels everyone does and they are keeping good communication with candidates over time.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I don't believe in reaching perfection so there is always space for improvement. Sometimes it would be good to get a parallel comparison of two or more candidates, but I don't think a lot of companies are offering this option.
